Here is the latest installment of pictures featuring Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and 5-year-old son Maddox getting mobbed yesterday when they ventured out of Le Meridien Hotel. The threesome was hounded by pesky photographers as they took a rickshaw ride through Pune, India. Looks like Brad got a little inner thigh action… Hubba, hubba!

DIE-HARD FANS TURN BODYGUARDS

Two Pune youngsters thought it was their personal duty to help Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Die-hard fans Jalaj Pawah and Rupin Verma followed the actors on their 15-minute autorickshaw ride yesterday evening and tried to stop people from touching Jolie.
“They are our guests. We didn’t like the way the media was chasing them and also the way people were trying to grope them. We drove along side them to shield them. We did what any diehard fan would do,” said Verma, a first year student at Symbiosis College.
Said Pawah, “We were waiting near the exit gate of Le Meridien for almost an hour when we saw an autorickshaw come out with six security guards on each side at 6 pm. We followed them through out their journey.”
Smiles for media
Pitt and Jolie went for an autorickshaw ride for the second time yesterday. This time, their son Maddox was with them.
They did try to evade the press, but this time most of the media managed to follow them. At the signal near Pune railway station, passers-by realised that the actors were inside the autorickshaw and waved vigorously.
Near Sadhu Vaswani chowk, Pitt looked out of the vehicle and smiled at the media. Here, the bodyguards caught up with the autorickshaw and barred everyone from taking pictures.
Pitt also shook hands with those who were riding close to the rickshaw. Maddox looked a little petrified, but seemed to enjoy the 15-minute ride.

guys ive just seen fox live desk and they’re talking about angie, the mighty heart,rickshaw they’ve done and showing the video when micky ”assaulted”(as the host said) the pap….they even question how come jolie said that the movie is not about terrorism.
i just seen the latter part…ill let you know if i could search it in fox website.

Jared put up the video on the first page of this thread; you should see it, it’s very enlightening. I was so scared for them watching that video. I can’t imagine having people watch every move you make and to get in your face taking pictures with cameras clicking right in your face even for just a day, and to have to deal with that all the time..it’s nuts, and it makes me respect AJ and BP even more because they handle it all with such grace.
I frankly don’t get how anyone can defend the papz about that incident with Mickey. You could clearly see how pushy all of them were.
We should all be praying for this family, for their safety and privacy.
I pray nothing bad happen to them.

ITA. If this chaos doesn’t let up, they might really have to pull out of India, which, after seeing all the crazy things those photogs were doing, would definitely be in their best interests, because their primary concern has to be their safety and their children’s safety.
Seeing this, I wonder if anyone has really learned from what happened to Princess Diana..I was just a kid when it happened and even I understood that countries need to impose stricter laws against the papparazzi. I hope governments consider setting limits to how close the papz are allowed to get and what clearer rules as to what they can and can’t do. I mean, these people are celebrities and they’re constantly in the public eye but they’re just like everyone else in that they want to be able to have at least a little privacy and freedom..
To Elena: I still can’t imagine how difficult a time you are going through but know that so many people here are praying and hoping the best for you. Only time and your inner strength will dull the pain for you but if it doesn’t, don’t despair. Keep the good memories and the thought you will all be together again someday. Have faith in the Lord. He’s looking out for them now for you.
It looks like Madonna may be adopting an African baby after all. And if she is, his name is Luca. Although her rep still denies any adopton, a British magazine is reporting it is, indeed, true. They say Madonna has had several emotional visits with Luca and even spent yesterday with him, which was Mother’s Day in Malawi.

I just adore the pictures of Mad holding onto Brad - and Brad holding on to Angie [of course]. Like someone before me, I end up conflicted. I love seeing them, but seeing what they have to live with…..

Well, I can do without the ’scary’ commentary re the rkshaw ride, pretty soon it will be picked up and carried that the JP’s are unfit parents for taking Mad on the ride…I can see it now…no offense, but I’ve read 25 posts from azure about how ‘frightened’ Mad was….let’s just let it go okay?
I meant to add — that I find that VERY strange, all the repetitive posting about that (Mad and scared, etc.). So please can we just zip it. They’re into filming the movie now, and I’m sure they’ll want to get in and out as fast as possible.
