Here is the latest installment of pictures featuring Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and 5-year-old son Maddox getting mobbed yesterday when they ventured out of Le Meridien Hotel. The threesome was hounded by pesky photographers as they took a rickshaw ride through Pune, India. Looks like Brad got a little inner thigh action… Hubba, hubba!

DIE-HARD FANS TURN BODYGUARDS

Two Pune youngsters thought it was their personal duty to help Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Die-hard fans Jalaj Pawah and Rupin Verma followed the actors on their 15-minute autorickshaw ride yesterday evening and tried to stop people from touching Jolie.
“They are our guests. We didn’t like the way the media was chasing them and also the way people were trying to grope them. We drove along side them to shield them. We did what any diehard fan would do,” said Verma, a first year student at Symbiosis College.
Said Pawah, “We were waiting near the exit gate of Le Meridien for almost an hour when we saw an autorickshaw come out with six security guards on each side at 6 pm. We followed them through out their journey.”
Smiles for media
Pitt and Jolie went for an autorickshaw ride for the second time yesterday. This time, their son Maddox was with them.
They did try to evade the press, but this time most of the media managed to follow them. At the signal near Pune railway station, passers-by realised that the actors were inside the autorickshaw and waved vigorously.
Near Sadhu Vaswani chowk, Pitt looked out of the vehicle and smiled at the media. Here, the bodyguards caught up with the autorickshaw and barred everyone from taking pictures.
Pitt also shook hands with those who were riding close to the rickshaw. Maddox looked a little petrified, but seemed to enjoy the 15-minute ride.

Poor baby, he looks scared. But it looks like they were trying to comfort little Maddox. Family time is important to my family. It is too bad they can’t get a moments peace to spend some reacreational time together.

Yes, Maddox look frighten thatswhy he is gripping Dad’s hand, but I think Brad and Angie never expected they will be mobbed like this since they were able to get away form the pap. on their first ride. but they did return back to the hotel after only 15 mins of ride.
Thanks Just Jared for the pictures. I hope that BAMZS will be able to enjoy India and film the Movie without too may problems. The Paps are going to be a problem no matter where they go. I think BP/AJ realizes this and try to protect their family as much as possible. Their Bodyguard had a right to protect himself and the family. The photographer had to have gotten very close to him inorder for him to even touch him. This is no excuse, just from what I observed. This is just another way for the media to sensationalize and over exaggerate anything concerning BAMZS. Once all the facts are sorted out, this will be another forgetton media moment like all the others. I wish BAMZS a productive and safe stay in India.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt began shooting scenes for a movie about the life of slain journalist Daniel Pearl on Monday, said a crew member on the movie shoot in the western Indian city of Pune.
Security was tight around a spacious bungalow in the Pune suburb of Aundh, chosen because the area resembles Karachi, Pakistan, where Pearl and his wife Mariane spent time.
Jolie plays Mariane Pearl in the in the film, “A Mighty Heart,” and Dan Futterman portrays Daniel Pearl. Both were involved in Monday’s shoot, said a set manager who did not want to be named for fear of losing his job.
A street sign outside the bungalow has been changed to “Zamzama Fourth Street,” and the height of boundary walls of adjoining cottages has been raised to replicate the area Pearl and his wife stayed in Karachi before Pearl’s abduction.
The Wall Street Journal reporter was abducted and murdered in Pakistan in 2002 while researching a story on Islamic militancy.
Pune is about 160 kilometers (100 miles) south of Mumbai, India’s financial and entertainment hub.
Television reporters, photographers and journalists have been camped outside the Pune hotel where the couple is staying and the bungalow since the stars arrived in India late last week.
Pictures of Pitt and Jolie with their son Maddox in an autorickshaw made the front page of India’s national newspapers on Monday.
Their 20-minute ride in the three-wheeler rickshaw took them past shops and department stores in downtown Pune.
The couple are in India with Maddox 5, Zahara, 18 months, and 4-month-old Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt.
The movie is based on an adaptation of Mariane Pearl’s book, “A Mighty Heart: The Brave Life and Death of My Husband Danny Pearl,” and will be co-produced by Plan B, a production company founded by Pitt and his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Aniston.

i know i can’t have it both ways, but as much as i luv seeing these pics (damn bradley looks hawt in #8), i really wish they could be left alone. i’m sure brangie really wanted to show mad everyday life in india, but the poor thing looks so scared. i hope this experience doesnt frighten them from more sightseeing excursions.
Poor Madd. He probably thinks those paps ruin everything for him. He hates them you can tell. Plus, I think Madd was unnerved by people having the ability to get right up next to them in the rickshaw. He’s sandwiched good between them though.
Brad’s a very sweet man. You can just tell how he is with the kids and Angelina. Another thing I’ve noticed about Brad is that he’s usually always touching Angelina in one way or another whenever they’re out. Very sweet.

So let me get this straight….all you BAMZers scream, JJ we need pictures, can’t live a day with out a new picture of your idols…then you get picures as you drool over them analysing the fact that he actually touched her leg (probably just to get her to shut-up cause she looks likes she giving the driver he1l for something that isn’t his fault) and , the whole time bashing the picture takers. Damn, they had to throw the X’s name in, didn’t they? Even though she no longer has anything to do with Plan B. Do they need to mention that ad infinitum?
There is complete seperation between taking photographs of them on a public street or in public where a photographer is respectful and keeps their distance. It’s another thing for a pack/mob to chase them, stick camera’s in their faces, create chaos by pushing and trying to get position within the mob, yelling at each other to get a photograph of them. Clearly they have a child with them. They probably told him all about how much fun the rickshaw was and they’d take him .
Brad and Angelina are always very accomodating. People just need to relax and realize when they have the children it’s a different ballgame

I guess JA brought on all the negative publicity and cover stories she is getting also. Whatever, people analyze and see what they want to because this is human nature. BP and AJ are enjoying their lives. They know that they will be in the media spotlight and adjust accordingly. I am sure that they could care less about anyone opinion of them and how they are living their lives. If they did, then they would be a neroutic mess and afraid to even ventue out of their Malibu beach mansion.
I always love to see the way AJ interact with her kids. She is such a natural mom. I can see why Brad fell in love with her. He is such a natural dad himself. Their kids are lucky.

The foreign journalists are the trouble makers. They will stop not at nothing to make some bucks. I know the local people will protect them from harm. Indians take pride in showing their country to any visitors.

You’re right about that. Indians take pride in treating guests very well, but as an Indian…I cringe everytime I read about how the media and hotel staff is behaving. They are rude and have no ethics when it comes to being discrete and professional.
But glad to see that Brad and Angie are still taking in the sights. I saw the Indian news because I got some Indian channels at home and the reporter was asking the public about B & A riding an autorickshaw. They said it showed that they are down to earth and don’t mind traveling like how the locals travels…most of the Bollywood stars in India would never even dare to step outside their cars and ride an rickshaw among the locals.
They also interviewed the richshaw driver and he basically said it was fun showing them around Pune.

It’s really an astounding thing that people have that type of reaction to seeing Brad with Angelina and his children. Amazing how subtle affection between them send these people off the deep end like he was their husband or boyfriend and they “own” him.
Two years later and a new baby and they’re still holding on to to something that just doesn’t exist.
It’s never going to stop for Brad and Angelina. They’re interesting, progressive , active people and they will be covered by the press

This is what is so great about Brad and Angelina. They can travel and meld into any society and Angelina understands so much how important it is to relate to people on all levels.
