Brad & Cate ‘Babel’ On
Here are press conference pictures from the highly-anticipated Babel starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. The event took place last month (Sept. 28) at the Sheraton Universal in Universal City, Calif. Babel will open later this month (Oct. 27) in NY/LA. More pictures in the gallery!

It was also confirmed yesterday that Brad will star in the film version of the hit BBC political drama, State Of Play. Brad will play journalist Cal McCaffrey, who discovers ugly secrets surrounding the death of a high-profile politician. His investigation reveals a conspiracy, and both the British Government and the oil industry are involved.

I think Dave is still bitter because he didn’t get the Tonight show. lol I don’t like his show because they invite trainwrecks like Courtney Love and they manipulate their guests into acting dumb but then deny it later on. I’m much more of Conan fan. He’s more silly than cruel. Also, he can’t get over the time when Angie appeared on his show lol

LOL. I love the acronyms Stephen uses to “defend” foley. I hate to compare between TDS and TCR but yeah Stephen and TCR has taken leaps since the show first started.

In the last photo we saw of Shiloh she looked just like Jon Voight. Tonight I saw a very young Jon Voight in a movie and there is no mistaking the fact that he is Angelina’s father - not only do they share facial features but the long lanky build. Obviously Angie’s mom has contributed the beauty factor and feminizes her daughters face — just drop dead gorgeous.

Wow! Brad and Cate are both so gorgeous-no bad angles at all. I was looking through the 45 pictures of Brad in the Brad Pitt News website and having a hard time deciding which pics I should save. THe camera just loves him- I could stare at his pictures for hours but I will try not to-lest I be accused of having no life besides lurking :)

Beeping manilow! lol BUT, he’s going to be on TCR on the 30th! I’m asusming its to give Stephen his Emmy. Technically, Stephen did win one as a writer for TDS that night. I don’t know if he accepted it.

Lol. If Manilow doesn’t give it to him…you know Stephen will be bitter about it or maybe he will rise above and make some kind of compromise. Like Manilow gets to keep it for half of the year, and the other half, Stephen gets to keep the Emmy.

Thank you so much for the info on Voight family. I didn’t know
about this and shows the intelligence Jolie has comes from her
illustrious family! Her mom gave her the physical feminine beauty
but also more importantly, love for children and family. Brad knew
what he saw–he couldn’t possibly let this jem slip away, especially
after 7 years he wasted in what turned out to be such a fruitless
marriage with such a fraudulent woman. Haters rant on the
’speed’ he went after Jolie, but put yourselves in his shoes—he
didn’t have a choice with Colin Farrel lurking LOL

…and LOL, be sane — I totally agree oabout Brad needing to act fast…seeing Colin all over her on various interviews (and you know Brad must have caught a few — barring that, he had to have heard that Colin was indeed sniffing after Angie…I’ll never forget that German interview where Colin is sitting beside Ange on the couch, and he reacjes out and caresses her leg, and she shoots him this very subtle look and head movement like ‘watch it buddy, hands off’ lol…I always wondered if she wanted to make sure she didn’t convey the wrong thing, should indeed her new co-star Brad see the clip. LOL)

Barry looks a LOT like Brad!! OMG! All the brothers share that broad face, and high cheekbones, which of course Angie has…but Barry really looks like Brad…check out his nose.
