Aniston Spills on Oprah

You can say whatever you want to say about Jennifer Aniston. I expect you to make fun of every little facet of the woman because you obviously cannot stand her. That’s okay. You can say these things all you want. I will never sit here and tell you to leave this topic or anything like that. At the same time, though, I have every right to oppose you.

It’s strnage. Aniston non-fans hate Oprah. Why is that? To appreciate Oprah, all you had to do was watch her show introducing Product Red with Bono.

Some of you people are so filled with hate that it’s frightening. Lighten up.

MegFl, you are right about Oprah. I think the world is going to the dogs, honestly. The good people are often hated. Oprah has a lot of fans, but you would not believe the horrible things I have heard some people say about her. And usually the people who hate her the most are the ones who are not doing anything in life. It’s like the evil are always picking on the good.

I think Oprah has Jen on her show so much is because they’re both having fake relationships

What I think is so funny is all this hype about Aniston being so clingy and dependent and dysfunctional on her own. Bull! The LA Times reported today that she purchased a home in Beverly Hills and is having it rebuilt, that it’s already in escrow in her name. Gee, I wonder how she managed that by herself. She’s directed a film, no matter how piddling a task you folks think that is. She’s produced a yoga instruction video for a friend and did a layout for Self Magazine to promote it. She’s done a layout for Vogue. She’s done a lot of work for Susan B. Komen cancer research fund.

All this in the few months of this summer. Yeah, she’s really a do-nothing, lie around the house and meditate, little wimp who whines and moans about lost loves. I say bull. We all need to stop reading the tabloids.

It’s none of my business what celebrities give or don’t give to charities, just as it’s none of my business what any of you do for charities. Bottom line, is none of us, including celebrities do as much as we/they could.

During her two-month stay in Chicago, Jennifer Aniston stayed at the Chicago Peninsula Hotel, where she reportedly checked in under the name “Mrs. Smith” (the first newspaper bit indicating that Jennifer Aniston had arrived in Chicago is dated June 7, 2005. The movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith, starring her ex-husband Brad Pitt and his new paramour, Angelina Jolie, opened three days later, on June 10). Inside TV said that Aniston was getting “a kick” out of having the staff at the Peninsula hotel call her Mrs. Smith. “Everyone at the Peninsula knows it’s Jen,” they said. “But hotel policy requires room servers to address guests by the name they’re checked in under.” (Even though this bit of news was widely reported, according to Vanity Fair, “The only problem with this amusing tidbit is that it’s not true. ‘I wish I’d thought of it,’ says Aniston, who is registered under an entirely different, although equally humorous, name.”) Those who claim to be “in the know” say the former Friend star was staying in a $2000-a-night suite at the Peninsula. (Jennifer Aniston is apparently a fan of the Peninsula chain. Before coming to Chicago, she and co-star Vince Vaughn were said to have been seen together at the Beverly Hills Peninsula.)

So, what did Jennifer Aniston do while at the Chicago Peninsula? We know she used the hotel’s gym and tanning facilities. And everybody agrees she spent a lot of time walking and playing Frisbee with her dog, Norman. (Aniston had Norman before she began dating Brad Pitt in 1998.) That’s normal. But, according to Star magazine, Aniston also “indulged herself with repeated viewings of the bittersweet 1977 ‘breakup’ classic Annie Hall.” So many, in fact, that the hotel staff had to keep asking for their DVD back… Hmm…

Jennifer Aniston also spent another night at a different Chicago hotel — this time in the company of Vince Vaughn. Aniston, “is said to have spent the evening at the Four Seasons Hotel [where Vince Vaughn was staying]. The actress was spotted sneaking back to her suite at the nearby Peninsula in the early hours of the morning.”

One more thing. What about all the recent rumors about Brad Pitt missing Aniston? A few rags have been reporting that Jolie is getting scared that she’s going to lose Brad. I am an Aniston supporter, but I am choosing to believe this is hogwash. The media plays with these people like toys.

How can you say that Jennifer Aniston was not hurting? It’s all a facade, huh? Let me tell you, marriages are not just here today and gone tomorrow. I have known people that aren’t emotionally ready to date again for “years” after a marriage ends.

Here go my “what ifs” again…

What if Vaughn was a friend first, who was there for her while she was “going through” and it became something more as time went on?

Aniston is desperate? She’s seeing her youth disappear? Oh, you really hate her.

We are ALL seeing our youth disappear. She was never known for being a great beauty, so I think she is/will adjust just fine. It’s the gorgeous ones that have all the problems with aging.

If Jennifer was smart, she’s quit going to the media to refute or complain about unflattering press. She does it more than most stars. If she was smart she’d keep silent and let rumors die.
If she was smart she realize that she’s just not all that. Friends is history, she’s a B-list movie actress at best, and Dayyyyyum she’s old. There are plenty of much much much much younger girls with more looks and talent, and her career is on life support by her ever-loyal minions. Vince (and the pity vote) delivered her a brief box office hit. She should take Demi’s lead and buy her some Ashton-type action! (where could SHE go after Bruce?) Face it already, she’s just not that desirable anymore.

Oh, and if she was smart, she would have heard the dump truck backing up!!!!!

You said Jennifer keeps going to the media. I don’t see that. Yes, I see the media constantly writing things that THEY said she said, but I don’t see her on “Entertainment Tonight” or any of those shows constantly talking about her private life. She’s on Oprah again. Well, it’s been about a year. Oprah is one of the most powerful women in the industry and she considers Aniston a friend. Maybe Aniston is doing Oprah a favor by coming on. Did you ever think of that? Maybe Oprah wants to ask her things and asked Aniston to appear.

This is what I am talking about. There are a whole bunch of things that go on that you, me AND the media are not privy to. But the media speculates and they write about it and people like you believe it if it is negative about the people you hate.

Aniston is a cute girl. No she’s not a mysterious beauty like “you-know-who,” but she is DEFINITELY not the ugliest woman around. If I saw her walking down the street, I wouldn’t be saying, “Ewwww, look at that ugly girl!” If you would be honest about it, you wouldn’t say that either.

This whole argument about her looks being so bad is just silly. Plain silly. She’s not some old hag, either. She looks like she’s taking a lot better care of her self since she and Brad split too. I think he was probably depressing her. She has a really petite body and dresses nicely. What else do you want?

Oh sure, Aniston is a whiny prima donna, with a fake, inflated personality to go along with her fake, inflated chest, and sure, her voice is annoying to the point of causing spontaneous suicide, but if she were bl**ing you with those pouty lips while she rubbed her own perfect breasts and rock-hard ni**les, would any of that really matter? You want to talk politics with someone of substance, call Madeleine Albright. Me, I’ll keep thinking about Jennifer A. , and I’ll be happy. Really, really happy.
