She didn’t thank him because she was throwing a tantrum. The year she won was the year they were supposed to start a family. He didn’t want her to agree to a new season because he knew it would mean no family. They were already having other problems at that time (and shortly before) She mentioned at some point (can’t remember when) about going to couples therapy, so they were working on things. People seem to conveniently forget all of this.

I don’t fault Jen for being upset with the lack of support Brad gave her on her choice, but she went so over the top with that stunt. Everyone knew why she did it (in the industry) It was a way to embarass him and make a point to him.

I have no idea if she did it intentionally or not. Like you & many others, I wasn’t in tuned with HW. I just admired BP in the movies and didn’t even cared for his then wife–she was just that girl on friends that I don’t even watch. But whoa nelly, I’m like white on rice ever since B&A started their relationship and their beautiful fam.

Who are you people who think that Angie and Brad do not love Shiloh as much as Mad and Z? All three children are brought to their parent’s sets, by Angie when Brad was working in O13(Ellen Barkin just mentioned in USA Today that Angie had been a frequent visitor to the O13 set), and by Brad now that Angie is working in AMH. Just because you don’t see Shiloh does not equate to this stupid idea that Shiloh is not loved. Brad stated it best, “Shiloh has a bounty on her head”, and he will be dam*** if he makes it easy for paps to use his smallest baby girl to collect this bounty. Angie was not relentlessly chased when she adopted Mad, but she did begin to experience it when she and Brad adopted Z. They have more poise and strength that I have as I would most certainly have done battle with some paps by this time. They are however, sadly used to living their lives in a fishbowl, and that is one of the strong bonds that they share. Brad has never liked the intrusiveness of the paps and Angie it appears now shares this feeling with him. Little was seen of Z once they left Paris for Namibia, she was not seen in LA until New Orleans trip, and some then screamed loudly that only Mad was loved. Now only Mad and Z are loved, not Shiloh because she is seldom seen. Angie was seldom seen in LA, where do you think Shiloh was, with her mom of course. Shiloh made the trip to NO and none knew Shiloh was in NO until pixs appeared in a German mag of the whole family, all 5 Jolie-Pitts. Shiloh is there with the family in India. Shiloh does not need to be paraded around as she has not even had all her shots at 4 months old and dengue fever and typhoid is enemic in India. Brad and Angie are hands on parents for their children, which is somewhat of a rarity in Hollywood. Shiloh will probably be seen more often as she gets older.
I am beginning to wonder if Angie will now mainly work in Plan B produced films for Brad if the story about the new film is true. This would certainly give her lots of control over her working schedule.

What–this crafty of craftiest couples didn’t know there were paps outside of Drago’s?

Your argument became MOOT the minute they agreed to be photographed with Shiloh front and center.

I think it’s a legitimate point to wonder where Shiloh is. This family is VERY close but from the moment Shiloh was born they’ve treated her differently. We’ve legitimately seen her twice in going on 5 months. And what was that nonsense with all the blankets that day way back when they first got back to L.A. Back in the early days of Zahara, you couldn’t pay Angelina enough to STAY HOME with her.

I think this is fascinating behavior and if Shiloh now becomes the “phantom” child (for the benefit of her safety), they are really going to give the other two complexes.
