I have heard that Plan B has become THE production house to do business with. It’s so cool to see his name on The Departed commercial “Produced by Brad Pitt.” So cool and I know this sounds mean, but I’m so glad that all this is coming post X. He gets to not have that hanging around his head that X had anything to do with his present success. I think he’s only just begun to set the world on fire.

KILL ME IF YOU WANT!! I’m a Brad Pitt fan. I loved him waaaay before Paltrow and love him still. That being said, I don’t know if I will ever be sure when B&A first “did it”. It’s great to fantasize about two lovers waiting and yearing for each other untill they are free to love. But, knowing that they felt so close from the moment they first spoke to each other, it isn’t far fetched to think otherwise. Brad’s marriage was all but over, they lived seperately, Brad and Maddox got along. Maybe Brad convinced her he would never go back to Jen. Maybe he promised her he would tell Jen he was never coming back, and that he had feelings for her. And maybe she already knew it was true because they were soulmates. They all denied it because A. Jen didn’t want to lose face in the Hollywood community B. Brad didn’t want to hurt either Jen or Angelina and C. Angelina was not going to kiss and tell. When they became so public so soon, Jen was Morified, and the s**t hit the fan!! If everyone here wants to believe the other timeline, so be it. But if the only reason you believe it is so the Jen fans won’t “be right”, then that way of thinking is just as convoluted as the X .

For me, it’s less about the Jen fans being right and more about believing Angelina when she said, “I knew nothing about their marriage.”

I think she was specifically talking about the time before Brad had separated from Jen — which may not be the same time it became publicly known and they announced it (re January 2005) -Angie may have known prior to this, say late fall of 2004 - as usually before we the public find something out, the industry and family, friends will typically know the real deal…so I’d say she knew around Nov./Dec.

But I believe what she said, that before THAT - she knew nothing about their marriage. I’m guessing Brad turned the heat up on Angie when they got back together to finish filming….

One thing I know from the unrated DVD…Liman or Akiva, can’t recall who - said that the therapists office scene was the absolute last scene they shot for the movie (taking place in May or June…the comment was that they rushed the scene ‘wet’ to the premiere practically)….and it’s obvious they were together there. It’s all over them..the way he’s looking at her, and she’s looking at him, with her finger in her mouth-whoa. the hottest scene ever

They just came out with statistics that more couples are now living together, raising families and aren’t married. More unmarrieds then married people in America so Brad and Angelina are the majority not the minority

Interesting. My husband and I have been married for years and have two children, but we never wear our wedding bands, and to tell you the truth, we did the whole church wedding thing to please our parents and we *do* live in Savannah, Ga, and the Bible Belt is alive and well around here. If I met him today, I seriously don’t think I’d want the whole church thing again. For us, and I guess more and more couples, it’s more about being together because we want to, not because either of us is bound legally to stay.

Brad did make that comment, I think in one of the Babel press interviews, about “two people with our track record” and how they were just as committed to each other. Somehow, that makes the bond more pure, just to be with someone solely because it’s your desire to be there. I can see them wanting that after their previous relationship mistakes. It’s a beautiful thing, I don’t care what the MiniVan Majority rails about.

P.S. I do not drive a minivan and never will! LOL!
