Baby Zahara & Her Bracelets

Baby Zahara & Her Bracelets

Baby Z was spotted wearing bangles (those are like totally so in right now) in the arms of daddy Brad Pitt earlier this week. Zahara is almost two and cute as a button! She was carried by Angelina Jolie’s security officer Mickey Brett earlier this week as well.

sorry, I meant #69, not #67 re: explain being legally blind.

Thank you for all the interesting info on Bantu and its meaning
and the peoples of Africa. I love it when BAMZS fans educate each
other!
When people were talking about the different race branches in
Africa, how does this correlate with tribes, or does it? Such as in
the movie Hotel Rwanda, when it was made clear that the conflict
was between the Tutsi and Hutu tribes. Are those the same as
race branches that were referred to upthread?
Why do some people think you might be Indian, SomaliGirl? Are
Somalis lighter-skinned, or havve different hair than other parts of
Africa?

Hey there rdt! I’m loving your post so much. I love that Angelina & Brad arent tied to convention about their kids. They aren’t fad fed children and I love it so much. This are kids who will not be spending alot of time or moola along Roberston st, or Rodeo drive…..hopefully.

Go to VIEW on top of the browser just next to the FAVORITES icon. LEFT click on VIEW, scroll down to TEXT SIZE and choose LARGE/LARGEST ;)

sam team jolie @ 10/21/2006 at 8:41 pm

I love ZAHARA ,she is so cute!

Willard G. Oxtoby @ 10/21/2006 at 8:43 pm

#141 - please note that angelina doesnt give u a flying $h!+

Zahra’s going to grow up and be a beautiful black queen, a wonderful addition to any family.

To CANOODLE:

You can change how big the ‘answer window’ is, the text you type, as well as all the text in the whole page, by doing this easy thing:

At the top of you screen (where is ‘File, Edit, View, Favorites’, etc.
click “View
click “Text size”
Click “Larger” or “Largest”.

this somehow makes the ‘answer window’ bigger as well, and the characters you type are bigger too, so you can read them easily.

I have it on “Larger” and it’s big and bold, very easy to see.

P.S. don’t squint for it adds more wrinkles (isn’t that the saying?) ;)

Willard G. Oxtoby @ 10/21/2006 at 8:50 pm

I dont want to be racial here and this has nothing to do with Z - but some Africans have issues regarding their nationality/skin color. One African girl once tried to convince me that she is Indian - I mean if she was Indian, then I must definitely be from Pluto or something.

Re: 157 Just a suggestion and #161 Anna,
I just clicked on “largest” on my computer and it didn’t make the “leave a reply” box font any larger…any other suggestions? Isn’t Passing Through the computer expert, is it something to do with the configuration of a particular computer, are you out there PT?

Mrs. Lenny @ 10/21/2006 at 8:54 pm

~Zahara is very beautiful And very loved and has a promising future. When she is older, I would love to see her with one of those beautiful Angela Davis Afros.
Peace~

I have no idea which post of mine you are talking about since I was watching OSU game all day long, but since you dragged my name in to it?
Here is my response, I am being nice and you should be too…..

151 | first and last post | OK how do you think we all felt when we started at JJ’s, the same way. I was a lurker for the longest time, Cindy2 could just rip people apart with her facts and wisdom, so I kept on reading and eventually I had the guts to throw my self in with the big gals/guys who had been around at JJ’s for awhile, and they accepted me. Because we had the common denominator ,our love for this family….If new folks can do as I did almost 2 years ago they will have no problem joinning in on the band wagon and have fun  So please don’t give up, we really are a very loving group of people, but had so many nasty posts from haters which toughened us re the haters, so we have become more protective of each other and our beloved family……I hope this makes any sense to you ……

samali is a language Samalia a country. Samali is spoken in Ethiopia too as well as other languages. People in Ethiopia are more racially and culturally diverse than in Rwanda. Rwanda is in the middle of Africa, and tribes there can be from the same race branches, including Bantu.
So it is very true to say that skin color and hair texture in Samalia and Ethiopia vary a lot more than in the center of the continent.

I suppose so. But as for me, I get that leave a reply box with large/bold font when I chose LARGEST. So i suppose you may be right about certain computers.

No new news? I finally have some real time to do some personal surfing on the net and there’s nothing going on?

I’m watching the World Series–St. Louis is winning 4 to 1 (in case anyone’s interested, who already isn’t watching). Go LaRussa!

Hey, I’m legally blind and I’ll happily explain for someone if they
legitimately want to know what it means.
Even with contacts, I do not have 20-20 vision, and never will.
Without, I qualify for the white cane with the red tip, but not a
dog. I am not entirely blind, I can see, but without contacts, I am
seriously impaired. If I set my glasses down, I literally cannot see
them on the nightstand next to me and have to feel for them. I
am near-sighted to the point where (without contacts) only right
in front of my nose is legible. Even with contacts, I cannot
distinguish facial features at a distance of, say the back of church
or a classroom to the front of the room. I can drive with contacts,
but cannot read small street signs from many blocks away as
other people in the car seem to be able to do. Many time I find
where to turn as I’m too close to slow down and get in the correct
lane. I am the Queen of the U-turn!! This tiny type is hard for me,
too. But, caps are difficult to read once posted, so that’s why
people were asking Canoodle not to do it all caps. But I can see
whwat Canoodle means about it being easier in this “leave a reply”
place.

Z’s got a wild hair but she’s cute though hihi n mind u, she’s a fashionista, u go Z…..

Then it’d be like “they only got that role because of their parents”
These kids are going to hear sh*t like that their whole lives,
maybe thay’ll try to stay out of the spotlight?

It could be. Well, famous parents are indeed double-edged
sword. On the other hand, you really can’t escape the fate and
blood of ‘heritage’. Who knows Jolie-Pitt kids might all end up
being doctors and engineers helping the world’s needy. Or at
least their parents will educate them to be aware, unlike those
loser Hiltons etc.

Hello Original JPF!!

Yes, I agree. They will be nothing like Paris Hilton or Lindsay
Lohaan the other rich young kids who have no idea how to
conduct themselves, or the meaning in life, or about other people.
They will all be open, tolerant, and curious about the world, and
very knowledgeable. I love that they are learning how to express
themselves, and they are letting them do that, to find what they
like and not impose anything on them. Brad said in an interview
that they put several musical instruments in front of the kids (kid
replica ones) and let them choose what they wanted to play, what
they were drawn to. This sort of thing is so healthy, and tells me a
lot about how they are educating their children and why the kids
are so happy.

~Zahara is beautful, well loved and has a promsing future. When she is older,I would love to see her with one of those beautiful Angela Davis Afros. Her hair has not filled in completely. When babies are born their hair sheds, especially in the back, the hair on the front is usually longer than the back ,it take a little while before it fill in and even out. She is beautilful. The whole family is beautiful.
Peace~

weird thing — was trying to post and it kept going to a Travelocity
ad instead. So if there are multiple posts, I’m sorry!

Going to sign off now — great to see original JPF, Be Sane, The
Real Lou, QQQQ, Rica, piper, with a low, briseis, Missouri Fan,
Renee, kiki, and bdj — have missed you all! I’ve been keeping up
through the email group, and peeking at Jared pics but had no
time to post, just in the emails, so it’s good to see you all who
aren’t emaling daily. (Hello Stardust, Alexanderina, Estelle, Guli!)
You are among the regulars whose posts are always so interesting
and polite to others, and so I’m glad to be able to read your posts
again.

Yeah, Brad would bust a button if any of his kids became architects! And Doctors Without Borders, how cool would that be, or a soccer team LOL
