OlderJennifer Aniston’s Curtain Call
Jennifer Aniston took her curtain call on stage earlier this evening for her Broadway debut in the 10-minute play, Three Girls and Bob. Jen played a single woman who attends an intimacy workshop with two friends (Rosie Perez and Lynn Whitfield) and then tries out its lessons on a hapless man (David Cross).
Jen’s play was part of The 6th Annual “24 Hour Plays” on Broadway to benefit the Working Playground, Inc. at NYC’s American Airlines Theatre. Jen, 37, arrived at 8 AM and rehearsed through the day. Technical rehearsals ran from 5 PM to 7:30 PM. Doors opened at 7:45 PM and the curtain rose at 8 PM. I am oh so curious to hear the reviews…
Co-star Rosie Perez said: “We had a real boost from Jennifer Aniston. She was as sweet as pie. I really appreciated her coming because she raised the profile of tonight’s event and that is going to help so much. She didn’t have to do this. She didn’t have to take time out of her schedule.”
Jen, 37, was accompanied on stage by fellow actors Nia Vardalos, Anna Paquin, Lynn Whitfield, Kieran Culkin, and Erika Christensen (pictured below). More pictures in the gallery!
UPDATE :: The New York Post says: “Jennifer Aniston made a hit debut on Broadway last night.”

His actions during his separation were not inappropriate. H e was a free man just like Jen was free to dry hump VV on a balcony for all the world to see.

Then YOU have NO IDEA WHO YOUR TALKING ABOUT. You dont consider wearing a vile of blood around your neck, cutting yourself, living with your boyfriend at 14, having sex in a car on the way to the red carpet event and telling everyone on natiowide tv just a little un stable?? So hard to believe someone named Pimpcessa would be so judgemental. YOu are the one who said you thought she was becoming unstable because she was going to “dangerous” places. Not because of things she did in the past. It wasnt a vile that is a lie. it was a tiny pin prick like kids do when they become blood brothers. sweet, unusual but i think it was sweet. why are you so keen to judge her for things she did as a teenager and as a 20 something year old. I have done crazy things in my youth too. but i changed. Angie had a hard childhood but said she changed after adopting maddox he caused her to grow up. that is the goal of all humans.. to hopefully grow and evolve as people.
I used to cut.. i dont any more… I admire Angie for talking about her problems and getting help for them. This is not a woman who is a whiner about life. btw, it was BBt who told the world what they supposedly did on oscar night.
have you never done things you regret now? would you want people to always hold things you did as a young person againest you? I know I wouldnt..and I dont like it when it happens to Angie because I admire her.

Angie puts herself in dangerous situations because of her passion to help thoes less foutunate. I truly suggest you read her book. She was doing these things long before Brad or the kids. I am a big fan of both Brad and Angie,
Again, I was a fan long before they got together, And none of us know what Jen was liked with Brad behind closed doors. I was not married to Brad, so If he did cheat, which I dont think he did before they both agreed it was over, I can forgive him, And Angie, because I am a fan, I have nothing vested in their real lives of living ever day. I just admire Angie, and love her for her acting

Aniston pimped out her new love for all the world to see. On a balconey in Chicago. I know I was shocked, as the whole world was shocked to see her dry humping Vaughn after she went on Oprah and told her not to believe the tabloid stories about them.

It is vile and it is a shame that you were addressed in this manner and I’m sorry on behalf of the regulars who post on BAMZS threads. I feel confident in vouching for the regulars because I read their postings daily and can say a regular BAMSZ fan would not likely speak like that to anyone. I can’t claim that for all posters but I’ve lurked on all the threads for a very long time and can also say that the BAMSZ threads are sporatically the most vile and it is because there are hit and run posters who spout nasty, hateful comments just to get a reaction and stir up emotions, and then sit back and watch the chaos they have created… these posters are neither fans of JA of BAMZS. So my point being Patti, is that whoever wrote that post aimed at you probably was not a BAMZS fan, it doesn’t sound like them and if you’ve read their threads enough times, you can tell the vile from the norm. BAMZS regulars are basically and firstly supporters of each other but their thread discussions have a vast range of topics, silly to sophisticated, but regardless they do defend what they consider unsubstantiated, inaccurate comments in a debate format especially if the negative comments are presented in a non-emotional, rational manner as opposed to the “vile” comments similar to the ones targeted at you. Try posting again when the hit and run posters who spout hateful comments are not there, ie never on a Sunday or during high school or college breaks…that’s when they come out to sport their idea of fun. I’m not saying you won’t be the target of retorts if you do comment negatively on one of the BAMZS, but it won’t likely be vile, but be prepared to defend your comments.

Well at least you admitted you dont know anything. I base my facts on interviews they both gave ..not tabloids. You are only basing your beliefs on how things “look”. It is a shame when people start being so judgemental about others based on “how things look”. Life isnt always perfectly tied up in little bows. Brad was a decent person.. he didnt have an affair, i dont think because he has always been known to be faithful in his relationships. Once a person is separated they are free to date others…we will just have to agree to disagree.

I do not wish them any harm - I hope all well - even you. I have no room for hate in my life - I do however question the pedestal they are put upon by people who think they know whats in their heart. Actions speak louder than words. And their actions didnt display the respect owed to a spouse - and I think alot of people agree - Its not about hate. Haters and mean people SUCK!

Thank you and I certainly will read it with a very open mind - truth be told I just asked my mother what she thought about Jolie vs Aniston and she doesnt have an opinion about Aniston but thinks Jolie is very interesting - someone she would like to know more about. Please understand that I dont think most people hate Pitt/Jolie - I think that when you see someone being battered ona daily basis (like here) - you sometimes protect the underdog. Even if you dont have too much of an opinion about them in the first place - at least thats what I feel.

Jen is very much your plain jane type. Her acting is exteremly limited the best she ever was in a roll is Rachel in friends which in fact is Jen Aniston! I’m sorry to say she looks a bit homely.
In fact she is sweet. I feel it is a big cover over her true personality. She seems naratotic and up-tight all the time.

Don’t give in. I agree with you 100%. It IS about the way that they handled it, and it has nothing to do with having kids for crying out loud!! I don’t care what anyone says, BP started his affair before he is letting on. It’s so obvious. But, regardless of what happened then, he did not have to go and get her knocked up right away. I think that was very selfish on both parts. I agree with the poster who said that the blame should lie with Brad, not Angelina. Although I don’t think she is totally innocent in this, SHE is not the one who was married. And, sure, he is free to see who he wants while separated, but it is just not a dignified thing to do…knock up your girlfriend before the ink is dry. I know he wanted kids, but what the heck would a couple months have meant. That is where they lost tons of fans….And, it had nothing to do with her having kids, it had everything to do with timing. And, pimpcessa, I agree…the Brangelina fans can be very rude and crude and I, like you, feel the desire to support Jennifer.
