Gosh, those pictures are the hottest! I love them — and I love the fact that Brad is with former president Jimmy Carter helping build homes for the poor.

Yep. Apparently, BP posed for some art pics last September and Vanity Fair is showcasing the artist responsible for the pic. The pic is of BP, his head shaved, a la MAMS, shirtless and in light-colored boxers and he’s standing in the rain. The pic is blue-tinted and it’s a still from a video he did for the artist.

I guess VF isn’t above putting ‘the infidel’ who defiled America’s Sweetheart on the cover of their mag.

You are right! Because in Sept.2005 Brad’s hair was black and longer. He was shooting Jesse James in Alberta.So when Brad did that photoshoot he didn’t know that the “American sweetheart my a**” will backstab him in the back the next year!

ITA. I wouldn’t wish that on any couple.

I have to vent about something here. I do feel sad that all these couples are breaking up …but what’s really annoying is how the magazines treat their break up. The word “classy” gets thrown around too much and phrases like “The best revenge is blah blah blah”. After Kate Hudson announced that her marriage was over, I happened to be flipping through a random magazine and I must have noticed Kate’s picture pop up in that magazine all of a sudden atleast five times. I kid you not.

Everytime some couple breaks up, those woman start randomly start showing up in some polls like who has the best smile and who has the best hair. And then every magazine starts to mentioning their names and starts using their pictures too many times and it gets annoying. It’s like the mags push these women down my throat like I have to start rooting for them and praising them because they are going through a divorce. I can feel sorry for them for going through a tough time but these magazines over do it…and I’m not even talking about the tabliods.

Rant over. Sorry, had to vent.

Do you know who is going to be appearing on Oprahs’ show on Nov. 28? Julia Roberts. Apparantely, if you’re Oprah’s good friend, it doesn’t matter if you actually did get with a married man. Then it’s all good. Who can forget her wearing a “low vera” shirt when it really was low Julia. I guess Oprah doesn’t care about little things like that, not when it can get in the way of ratings.

Also, the new “O” magazine devoted to Oprah and her followers also has a picture of Brad laying on bed. Jared posted it on this site. Brad was wearing some funky orange pants and the whole picture was orange in color. I have no doubt that She will weasel her way into making Brad come on her show again and do an interview and he’ll probably do it too, because he doesn’t hold grudges.

And one last thing, Oprah gave away $1000 debit cards to her audience so they could donate the money to the charity of their choice. I guess it’s also okay for “O” to announce all the charitiable things she does but if anyone else dare gets a mention, than that’s called a PR stunt.

……Brad Pitt too appears from Pune and the crowd is in a frenzy. But he avoids looking at the grizzled bears of the media and goes about quietly helping in his own way.

I know that Brad likes unusual projects, I recall another where he narrated a poem by an author about his wife, which I liked actually. This, however, I find kind of affected and pretentious by the director/artist. It doesn’t really invoke any emotion or say anything really. Brad in boxers(cute) in the rain while the someone says almost intelligible childhood like rhymes. It’s almost like they felt they could do anything just because Brad had agreed to be in their video.

Brad’s Unauthorized Vanity Fair Cover

Brad Pitt struts his stuff on the cover of December’s Vanity Fair — and TMZ has learned that no one was more surprised to see the steamy cover on stands than Brad himself.
A source close to Pitt tells TMZ that Brad shot the photos, taken by artist Robert Wilson, in September 2005, but didn’t have any idea at the time — or anytime since — that they would be used for the cover of VF. Pitt had agreed to be in Wilson’s avant-garde video art project last year, and signed a legal release at the time for the still and video images taken in the shoot. But until the Vanity Fair cover emerged this week, Pitt didn’t know that he would be the magazine’s coverboy.

Reps for Vanity Fair tell TMZ, “In a letter dated October 5, 2006, and sent to Pitt care of Brillstein-Grey [Pitt's managers], Wilson informed Pitt that a still image from his portrait was going to be featured in the December art issue of Vanity Fair.” A source says that Pitt never saw the letter.

Pitt’s lawyers are said to be weighing their legal options. His rep gave the following statement to TMZ: “We are very disappointed that Vanity Fair has chosen to put an unauthorized cover on their magazine. It seriously makes me question their integrity and motives.”

A rep for Vanity Fair tells TMZ: “Brad Pitt posed for a Robert Wilson video portrait, and in the photo release (signed by Pitt), agreed to allow Wilson to use the portrait or any images from that sitting in connection with any publicity on Wilson’s video project. Vanity Fair decided to do a story on Wilson’s video portraits and obtained rights to the entire collection of photographs from those sittings, which included Pitt’s.”
