I think truth meant that the movie made over $ 1 mill. only in 7 theaters! If that’s the case then is a very very good start!

If BP does sue, I think he’s got a case. Didn’t Jessica Alba sue Playboy for using a promotional pic from Into the Deep or Into the Blue or whatever it was called without her permission? Although, I do think her lawsuit was more about Playboy implying that she had a pictoral within their mag.

Vanity Fair will never get my $$. I made that decision after the Chin hatchet job and if tmz is to believed, I have one more reason to never purchase the mag again.

Apparently, the D10 is going to do a story about BP’s pictorial, although I think we’ve talked about, ogled over, and drooled enough over those pics- or maybe I’m being presumptuous.

I’m not being sweet here lol. No, this is business, and based on who Brad Pitt has consistantly said he is, how he operates, how he moves on down the road and owns his errors, I really think he could care less. I don’t see him allowing that poor poor choice made by VF to stop him from utilizing them if he felt the need. I know some people here think I say grey because some same blue, or I’m being deliberatly contrary (or at least that’s what a little birdy once told me) but that isnt the case. I just don’t believe Brad and Angelina spend as much if any time concerning themselves with what we concern ourselves with. Why move heaven and earth to be together only to keep the past in the middle of the room and to me, choosing to kick all those magazines, tv shows and hosts, or other HW people who took issue with his split, or appeared to side with JA is “keeping the past in the middle of the room.” I’m more apt to believe he and Oprah won’t be lunching anytime soon, but even that may not be the case. Here it is straight no chaser….I don’t think he gives to much of a d@mn about what isn’t anymore. I may be wrong, and I’m not trying to cover myself should I be wrong, I’m just being honest about who I think the guy is, and I’m using basing totally on who I think he is, and I think he’s amazing.

The reason I think we shouldn’t buy this mag because it will send a message to the losers at Vanity Fair. A loud and clear message that you can’t mess with fans and the public like the way they have. I understand people want to show that there are still a lot of Brad fans out there, but there will be plenty of other magazine to buy. And when it comes to showing support, let’s just do that buy going to see his movies. The box office number should be proof enough for those who doubt his fan base. I say wait for other magazine covers that haven’t trashed Brad in the past and this time, don’t buy VF. But JMHO. Everyone has the right to make their decisions.

Oh Guli lucky you….your hubby isn’t bestest friends with the object of your of your….ehm….attraction. Imagine if BP came over for dinner….the poor guy is gonna have to pause every two seconds to rescue me from drowning in my own drool…and GC? What would be going to through his head? This is why I have to keep my crazy thoughts in check….Think of BP in another context…as someone’s daddy. Yes, Yes that’s it…that ought to do the trick. Original jpf - I understand what you are saying and I don’t think Brad’s the kind of guy to hold a grudge for a long time. Even though I don’t like Okra, I would not be surprised to see him go on her show again because like you said, he’s not one to live in the past. The reason I believe he is upset with VF is because it violates his trust, not because they maligned him in the past. I think he simply does not want his picture on the cover. Not because of the trashy interview X did with the magazine, but because all of this was done without his input. He found out about just like the rest of us and that’s got to upset him a little.

For the love of me, I just don’t get what kind of schools their writers went to because in my book that aint journalism when it got no integrity and ethics.

I don’t think buying this issue will be sticking it to the X. Vanity Fair will be the one reaping the profits. That’s their whole point. They have toyed with the emotions of X fans and Brad fans alike for the sole purpose of getting a profit. They just care about $$$. And if people buy this issue, it’s like giving Vanity Fair the approval that it’s okay for them to do what they did by using Brad’s pictures without his knowledge. JMHO

Oh, It is most definitely not about that…that…woman (seriously, do people still care about her?) it’s about VF. Last year, they were leading the brigade intent on soiling BP’s reputation and now… they have him on their cover AND he’s not even the subject matter. How blatant is their exploitation? Honestly, do they really think people are stupid…that because BP is on the cover, we’d automatically forget the disgusting things they wrote about AJ and her children? I’m sorry Bamzs fans, this is one magazine I won’t be buying, I know my money is just chicken change but I’ll have the satisfaction in knowing not one penny of mine is going to that piece of crap of a magazine.

I really don’t think that Brad gives a damn either. I don’t think it has to do something with the X VF interview. And I don’t think that by doing this he cares about the past. For Heaven sake this guy risked his reputation and fame to be with the woman he loves. When at the same time everybody were pointing fingers on him and calling him names. Just like Angie did. In all of his interviews he is talking about his family the present and the future. It’s not like he is suing the VF for saying something about his past. It’s just about because they used a picture to make their COVER without his permition and that is all. (IF he is indeed suing and IF TMZ story is accurate).It has nothing to do with the past. I’m sure Brad would do the same think if any other publication were using him without his approval.
OMG!! I am just now hearing this (TMZ and Brad’s dismay - possible legal action over the VF cover) - we called it you guys!! WE BUSTED EM’!!! LOLOL!! I knew Brad would be pissed off about this!! …and I knew ol’ sneaky ass VF had done this behind his back — see I am almost positive that when ‘da man’s’ article broke, Brad most likely swore to just cut them off cold.
It has nothing to do with him ‘living in the past’ IMO jpf - and everything to do with him simply not associating himself with a magazine that would print such lies and insult AJ the way they did. Forget about how they made him sound ( a lying cheating insensitive adulterous scumbag)- I honestly think that was secondary to the SLURS Angelina had to endure at the COW Benett’s and Maniston’s hands…Brad was DONE. Simple as that. …and anyone who knows Brad, knows that when he’s done…he’s DONE!
So to have this magazine sneakily go behind his back, and not only manipulate his image and place him on the cover - but to have them manipulate an artist and corrupt him with commerce, JUST TO GET ‘BRAD PITT’ on THEIR COVER (because they KNOW they can’t have him any other way!) - probably sickens him.
I’m sure VF thinks they’ve had the last laugh, getting at Brad like this - but I think they’ll be surprised at the backlash, if what TMZ is saying is true.

AG —– OK I agree , hubby is getting ticked off lately…. Like what am I chopped liver crap. I have to agree with him, I just love to look at BP, of course hubby can’t be BP and I ain’t going to be AJ as much as I want to be.
