Brad Pitt was spotted snapping a few shots with his Leica camera around a temple in a town called Lonavala. Brad, 42, has been building houses with other volunteers for the 23rd Jimmy Carter project in Patan village, south east of Mumbai, India. More pictures after the jump…

Yeah…those photos. I told the other guys in the e-mail group yesterday - who knew a hard hat could be an erotic stimulus? Well…the wives on construction workers probably knew…but I had no freaking idea! All the construction workers I ever see just look sweaty, dirty and disheveled! God knows they sure don’t have the raw materials that Brad’s started out with! And a hard hat, a little dirt and some sweaty goodness? Woo…a woman could embarrass herself in public over a guy like that!

Hey Maria - speaking of Joaquin’s acting abilities…did you see that Russell Crowe has agreed to do a sequel to “Gladiator”? Uh…Maximus kinda died at the end…BUT…they’re doing a sequel anyway! Actually it’s probably going to have to be a prequel. Because really…how can they do a second movie with the Joaquin Phoenix’s Commodus? I thought he was as good in that movie as Russell Crowe. As a matter of fact he gave me chills down my spine. He was just so slimey and creepy!

It’s at my house. I’ll send you my address so you can come worship. Actually you don’t even need directions. Just follow the trails of spittle, drool and a certain other body fluid. Services are held 24/7/365. Be sure to tithe, too. I’ve got to pay a maintenance company to clean-up the temple at least twice a day or the temple gets way too slippery for proper worshipping.
PT make that two years for me and I still can’t figure out why the haters come to BAMZS threads. I think it is really getting bad for the X fans, before they had some hope she would come on top as the wronged person after her pity-parties. But it turned out to be just the opposite. Brad and Angie are a loving couple with three wonderful kids , their careerers are sky rocketing, they have been together for 2 years and have known each other for 3 years come January. So, at this point what is an X fan to do??? No new movies, no nominations, no kids, no real boy-friend (but she does have two dogs that Angie doesn’t
). Their only option is to come here and try to make them look bad (like that is going to work with us). At this point I feel more sorry for the X fans than the X, who IMHO is a pathetic ,sel-centered superficial person……
Can you imagine whats going to happen to them when they start the red-carpet, man where is our resident doctor, we need her to stock up on heavy duty medication and keep the door locked.

i just saw a copy of usa today and they did a story on the choreography of celebrity breakups. you know they couldn’t resist bringing up brad and chin. the good news, they pretty much declared the VF interview the hatchet job we all know it was.

Jolie, Pitt face al-Qaeda threat

Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, shooting for the film A Mighty Heart based on the life of slain Journalist Daniel Pearl at Pune have been provided with Y category security due to threat to their lives from the al-Qaeda, Intelligence Bureau sources said in New Delhi on Thursday.
After assessing the inputs on threat perception from various intelligence agencies, India has provided the desired security to the international stars, sources told UNI.
The Maharashtra Police was also informed about the threat perception as the film is based on Pearl, who was assassinated by the al-Qaeda militants in Pakistan after being abducted on January 23, 2002 while working on a story on Islamic militancy.
The stars were on a private visit, otherwise the security could have been further tightened, said the source.
Jolie plays the role of Mariane, the widow of Pearl, the South Asia Correspondent with the Wall Street Journal. American actor Dan Futtermann is in the role of Pearl. Pitt makes a guest appearance in the movie directed by Micheal Winterbottom.
British security experts were flown to Pune earlier this week, after being alerted by Pakistan because of the bad publicity the film would give to al-Qaeda in the world.
The movie is based on an adaptation of Mariane Pearl’s book, A Mighty Heart: The Brave Life and Death of My Husband Danny Pearl, and is being co-produced by Plan B, a production company founded by Brad Pitt and his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Aniston.
A bungalow in Aundh, a Pune suburb, was chosen for the shoot because the area resembles Karachi, Pakistan, where Pearl and his wife Mariane spent some time. The Pakistani government did not give permission to the film unit to shoot the film in Karachi.

The star of “The Break-up” flew in from a London visit with Vince Vaughn, and was whisked through the terminal by a phalanx of at least ten officers on bikes and foot–a bit excessive? Our guy reports that the scene looked like an in-progress bomb threat with all the cops and police cars surrounding the building. What makes the ordeal a little peculiar is that she could have avoided the all the chaos by going out the back way like other big names do all the time… but then there’d be no cop photo op!
