The al Quada story could be true, but I doubt it, especially since we’ve seen BA out in the open in India. And seriously, if there was a threat, do you really think that BP would leave AJ and the kids alone in India? Yes, they have Mickey and presumably, British agents, but really?

Of course, there are those who will see this tabloid story as manipulated PR, like that Scarborough guy, who cited other celebs like Russell Crowe, who claimed that al Quada threatened them; BP/AJ haven’t uttered a single word– they haven’t commented on the rickshaw ride, Mickey’s altercation, car accidents, their weekend trips, Brad’s volunteering at HfH, etc. much to the chagrin of the India press– please reference that ‘Bollywood stars are miles ahead of you, BA, so pony up some face time with the Indian press’ article.

You’d think that BA would mention if f**cking al Quada threatened them. Wouldn’t that be what the US and foreign press would literally cream themselves for- an exclusive interview from BA, conceding that their lives aren’t picture-perfect and that they are scared? That admission would be more important to them than the prospect that they are actually in danger.

It’s a cynical thing to say, but we have witnessed people’s preference for the underbelly of BA’s private lives.

Piper, with a low, and Chirly, I agree with you. I couldn’t see Brad leaving his family in India and fly for 19 hours or so just for an event and fly back to India… doesn’t make sense whatsoever. I hope they all came back, and are here now.

Police review reported threat to Jolie, Pitt

PUNE, NOV 3 (PTI)
A media report about a threat to Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt from Al Qaeda, currently in the city for a film shoot, prompted top police officials here to review the security for the couple.

“We have learnt about the threat to Jolie and Pitt and the news that they have been provided Y-category security from the media which quoted the Intelligence Bureau. We have not received any communication in this regard from our headquarters in Mumbai,” a senior police official said.
A meeting was held here to discuss the reported security threat to the celebrity couple, he said.

Jolie is playing the role of the widow of slain Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl in the film “A Mighty Heart”, which is being produced by Pitt’s company.

Media reports in the last couple of days had said that Jolie and Pitt faced a threat to their lives from Al Qaeda for making the film on Pearl, who was abducted by militants in Pakistan and later killed in 2002.

No one knows where Brad went to. Just because a paparazzi in his captions posing the question of going to LA doesn’t mean it’s true. It’s speculation that he’ll be in LA as I don’t think it’s even been confirmed. I’m sure if he’s back home everyone will know by Noon time

This article adds nothing new to the story.The police official just heard the same reports we all have heard.And if the situation is so serious how comes the Indian police hadn’t any specific info about the treats untill now but British police is already there?? It dosen’t make sence at all!

British police aren’t there. LMAO. The production company in India is a British production company and their security is British. There’s also American security personal there too.

I agree with both of you! The L.A premiere it’s just a rumor. Splashnews.com have said before that Brad and Angie are in India and they actually arrived in India after a week.And you all remember the Eastnews.com when Brad and Angie went to the photography exebition and Jon Voight was there too and the caption said that Angie was waiting in the car and Brad entered alone and as soon as JV was gone Angie entered too.Were at the same time there was not even a single picture about any of all this.Just Brad and Angie leaving the exibition and one pic of JV alone.Bullshits!! So we have to wait and see.
