Brad Pitt was spotted early yesterday afternoon passing through Pune Airport in India to catch a private plane to Mumbai. Brad is rumored to then be catching a connecting flight to LAX for the film premiere of Babel in Los Angeles, CA. More pictures in the gallery!

Hey Maria how are you lady…. TGIF… OK I feel a little sorry for her, I mean what kind of a fool would have Brad for 7 years and lose him, it is sort of sad. BUT, (maria you knew this was coming) what kind of a fool wouldn’t have his baby, forget to thank him in 2003 at GG’s and think she was so great that her career was more important than Brad

AG—- ITA I really feel the same way re: Lainey, one day when she attcks “US” I want to go for her neck, the next day I am ROTFLMAO…. So go figure, what do you suggest we do? Maybe invite her to our next party, get her rip-roaring drunk (TP, get those Ouzo bottles ready) and make her see what a wonderful bunch we are

Frenchy - Thanks for posting, Brad didn’t need VF when everyone was trying to derail him, i’m sure he wont need them now that everything is coming up roses for him….He did VF in ‘98, 2001 & 2004, it’s not like VF is his go to mag…..

AG: I would like to onder one GC clone for my sister. She looooooooooooves him! Can I have for Christmas? I’d like to have him under the tree when she wakes up………….as I’m sure YOU would as well. Mr. Ocean is just too yummy for words.

Hey Guli: I think it’s the other way ’round with Lainey. I think she’s plastered when she opens her mouth. We don’t need to prove to anyone how great we are. If they can’t see that on their own, they need to just take a very long walk off a s
short pier. HA!

Oh, I think X looks in the mirror every day and says, “What a stupid **** you are X”. I really think Brad was out of that marriage mentality before he even started on M&MS. Only my opinion now.

Frenchy:

Thanks for the article, I agree on the motive which was control on his image. I also that agree that VF is a publicist best friend just like People magazine. I just hope this situation doens’t get worse.

I noticed that Splash has changed the caption for brad’s video leaving Pune, it now says only that he left on a private jet to Mumbai, not LA anymore. Maybe because he was not seen in any LA airport arriving. So where is Brad now?

Just a little chuckle to help you through the day.
Miss Beatrice, the church organist, was in her eighties and had never been married. She was admired for her sweetness and kindness to all. One afternoon the pastor came to call on her and she showed him into her quaint sitting room. She invited him to have a seat while she prepared tea.
As he sat facing her old Hammond organ, the young minister noticed a cut-glass bowl sitting on top of it. The bowl was filled with water, and in the water floated, of all things, a condom! When she returned with tea and scones, they began to chat. The pastor tried to stifle his curiosity about the bowl of water and its strange floater, but soon it got the better of him and He could no longer resist. “Miss Beatrice”, he said, “I wonder if you would tell me about this?” pointing to the bowl.
“Oh, yes,” she replied, “Isn’t it wonderful? I was walking through the park a few months ago and I found this little package on the ground. The directions said to place it on the organ, keep it wet and that it would prevent the spread of disease. Do you know I haven’t had the flu all winter.”
Have a wonderful day-Malibumom

Looks like Regina and Marla are having sex with each other and it’s completely unsatisfactory. They look at Brad, who is walking sex on two legs and they just lose it.
=======================
O2: It’s not Brad they want — it’s Angie. They would love to shag Angie, but she’s taken by Mr. Pitt. These two are such sad slags.

African Girl @ 11/03/2006 at 11:57 am

Okay….what is with the backlash over the “Hungry Bum’ story? When I read it, I thought it was quite funny and cute that BP does not take himself too seriously…..but…huh…apparently, that’s not what some people got out of it. So I ask….is my African comprehension missing something here? Coz, the way these people keep throwing it out there, one would think the hungry bum is tantamount to walking into a bathroom barefeet.

Maria
How are you? I see you’re with me on the giddy mood that comes with TGIF. About that woman and the thing at the airport…..I am not even gonna touch on that. Seriously, the incident says all that needs to be said about her. Are we shocked? Is the world shocked? I think not!!!

lookwhaticando @ 11/03/2006 at 11:59 am

She is being ripped apart for the PR Circus of a stunt she pulled at LAX on the TMZ., I really think people are finally seeing her for the Fraud she is.. She is History, I think this last stunt did it for her. At least we can pray

Malibumom-Classic!!!!, I love it, what a wonderful way to start my Friday. Thanks for Ms. Beatrice. ( btw my french’s name in school was Beatrice).

Angie looks like she might kinda have bangs now. I always liked her hair the best in “taking lives”.

More than a pretty face: Brad Pitt devoted to his craft

Brad Pitt is ranked 20th in Forbes’ list of powerful celebrities and earns an estimated $20 million a movie.

But he increasingly has gained respect for being more than just a pretty face. To those in the business, his appeal is as obvious as those piercing baby blues.

“He is arguably one of the biggest stars in the world, if not the biggest. Men want to be him, and women want to be with him,” says Jerry Weintraub, who has produced the Ocean’s movie franchise and has been friends with Pitt for years. advertisement

Pitt’s career has never been better. He’s starring in unconventional films that show his grizzled side, such as Babel, which opens next Friday. Through Plan B, he is producing such edgy projects as Running With Scissors and the current box office hit The Departed. He’s also producing A Mighty Heart, starring girlfriend Angelina Jolie, 31, as the widow of murdered reporter Daniel Pearl.

In Babel, Pitt plays a helpless husband who tries to save his wife, who is accidentally shot while on a tense vacation in Morocco. Variety praises Pitt for giving his character “weight and strength,” and the Hollywood Reporter calls his performance committed.

Bring up Pitt’s name to anyone associated with him, and you hear stories of personal thank-you notes, congratulatory e-mails and a level of thoughtfulness unusual in a star of his caliber.

“Brad is not pretentious. There’s nothing artsy-fartsy about him,” says Running With Scissors director Ryan Murphy. “Brad is incredibly enthusiastic. I heard he’d liked the script, and I met him at the (production) offices, and here come these handmade Prada shoes with Brad Pitt attached. He said something to me like, ‘You’ve got wicked skills.’ ”

That unaffectedness, says Simon Kinberg, who wrote the 2005 hit Mr. & Mrs. Smith, “is kind of an amazing thing. It’s not a game or strategy with him.”

In particular, Kinberg remembers one long day of shooting when the exhausted cast and crew had worked into the night and saw no end in sight.

“Brad, out of the blue, started doing jumping jacks, calling out to the crew, getting everyone’s spirits up at 4 a.m. at some awful diner in downtown LA,” Kinberg says. “He was the guy who would cheerlead for the movie, and he didn’t have to. He’s the top, and the energy flows from the top down.”

Pitt doesn’t mind looking less than perfect. In Babel, he goes gray and has bags under his eyes.

This isn’t a star with blockbuster on the brain. Since stealing hearts in 1991’s Thelma & Louise, Pitt has had hits (1995’s serial-killer drama Se7en, last year’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith), but just as many misses (1997’s Seven Years in Tibet, 2004’s Troy). He has earned one Oscar nomination, for his supporting turn in 1995’s Twelve Monkeys.

These days, Pitt mixes it up. He took a pay cut for next year’s The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, but he’s also reprising Rusty Ryan in the third Ocean’s installment, due in June.

Film historian Leonard Maltin applauds Pitt’s willingness to “sacrifice some of his movie-star persona for the sake of a really good part. What we’re seeing is his willingness, if not downright eagerness, to challenge himself with more demanding and daring roles.”

That gets major props from Darren Aronofsky, who was ready to direct Pitt in The Fountain before the actor dropped out because of creative differences.

“Brad’s a great guy, and we’re still friendly. We’re OK with the breakup,” Aronofsky says. “Brad’s a really smart, very talented guy. He’s come to a place in his work where he’s doing interesting stuff. He’s looking great. The pretty-boy thing wasn’t my type of hetero joy. I like the wizened Brad now.”

Others appreciate Pitt’s taste for the unconventional, such as his decision to executive-produce the documentary God Grew Tired of Us: The Story of Lost Boys of Sudan. Writer-director Christopher Quinn had run out of money and says that, without Pitt’s help, the movie likely would not have been made. Quinn, introduced through mutual friends, met Pitt at his home.

The meeting was casual and Pitt was disarming. But, Quinn says, Pitt “has incredible follow-through. When we won (two awards) at Sundance, he sent me a note saying how proud he was to be a part of the movie.”

Pardon my grasp of English, but doesn’t this op-ed totally support the fans’s belief that the VF interview of Jennifer Aniston was pre-approved by her before release?

Seems like a tacit agreement to me, or at least how that infamous interview was viewed by the people in the industry (actor, their publicists and the editors)

ummm yea dalilla, President Carter is quoted as saying Brad stayed all day till sundown and he came back the next day, please get your facts straight before you come here, or you will be embarrassed.

British police aren’t there. LMAO. The production company in India is a British production company and their security is British. There’s also American security personal there too.

Hey Seesaw: Gee, I didn’t know the British were back ruling in India? I thought India was self ruling? Where have I been!!! People will open their mouths and out pops their brains!! Where do people get their info from — guests of the Jerry Springer show, maybe?

Yeah, like YOU. Read her posts she said it USED to be a British ruled colony.

AG,
I think it’s so pathetic how much people try to hate on something so obviously innocent a silly. He was playing around with his cast mates for chrissake. Grown men make entire movies about scatelogical humor and yet BP is juvenile? Okay, then stop supporting any Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, or Vince Vaughn movie, because they all use the same brand of humor.

Anna and Marla,

First Anna, stop being passive aggressive. You get on this board and attack the opinions of others and then try and claim the victim? Please if your are bad enough to begin a discussion then you are bad enough to take the backlash. There are no chidlren on this board and you are far from innocent.

Micro said. Stability has to do with having two parents who are on the same page when it comes to their worldview and how they want to raise children. There are tons of suburban families who have followed your formula to the letter and their kids have turned out nothing but crazy. God knows what was really going on in their households, but if their children are any evidence, though they resided in the same home all the time, there was still an extreme lack of stability in the household, which more than likely has to do with the unstable relationship of the two parents. Look at the rate of drug use among suburban teens, and I’m not just talking illegal drugs, the rate of anti-depressants is quite high too.

Point is, you can keep your opinion and everyone else can keep disagreeing. If you are to scare of other people opinions then keep yours to yourself. I for one do not agree you. I think you are trying to model everyone’s life after some surburban fairy tale, and that’s not the life that I want to live, and I’ve seen that same example fail other peopl’es kids so I know that it’s not foolproof.

this is my first time ever posting but I had to pipe in on this one…traveling does not make you a bad parent…what about our military personnel are they awful because they decided to serve their country as well as raise a family?…serving abroad can not only put the servicemember at risk but their loved ones as well…taking your family with you does not mean that you don’t care for their well being…it means that you understand that tomorrow isn’t promised to you…take the servicemember who was serving in Iraq and lost his family due to Hurricaine Katrina…

what about the “new” corporate america which emphasizes you having a willingness to travel 60-80% of the time if you want to stay ahead with all of the merging companies which by the way also operate in countries prone to terrorist…

when you com on this site and you have a distaste of BP and AJ just say so without coming up with a bunch of silly reasons to put them down…you are ALWAYS entitled to your own opinion and that will be respected as long as you don’t come up with reasons that will cross over to everyone else…

that’s my 2 cents…
