Brad Pitt is the Mann
As predicted Brad Pitt passed through Pune and Mumbai and made his way to the Babel premiere earlier tonight at the Mann Village in Westwood, California. Angelina Jolie is still in Pune, India with the kids — Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh. More pictures in the gallery!

Alizabeth writes: a blue Prius rolled up. We were all wondering who comes to a huge movie premiere in a Prius … BRAD PITT DOES! As soon as we saw the back of his gorgeous head, all hell broke loose. He came over and went down the whole row of fans signing everyone’s autograph. One guy was giving Brad a bad time, but he just shrugged it off and was thanking everyone and being really gracious.

I figured out who the guy was ……Everyone, it was Huvane wearing a Scooby-Doo type mask and costume that looked EXACTLY like Ross Gellar.
i just saw brad on tv and a news reporter asked him as a father what was the most unexpected thing and he said potty training! So cute…i can just picture him and angie trying to train zahara to use the potty…hehe

I can go wherever I want to go - that’s the beauty of free speech, baby. I can bash Brad all I want while I sing the praises of Depp.
Brad is only this popular right now because the teenyboppers have a fascination with Jolie. Brad is riding her coat tails. Look at this picture. It’s a good thing he’s still physically in shape because he’s starting to look like a weathered old man. I remember he even said he knew his days as a leading man were about over. I guess that’s why he’s now trying to save the world. That’s funny to me.

I think Angelina’s fan base have grown with her. I like her a lot and we’re about the same age.
It must feel great to be able to devote your life to something you love and have someone to share that with.
I think Brad Pitt has grown up and changed, but who doesn’t at around 40. He even said he couldn’t stay a hot young actor all his life. That’s why he created Plan B, which to me symobilizes what he’ll be doing after Plan A (his acting career) dies down for a lot of reasonss. I think going into producing is really smart of him and it’s great to see him succeeding at that too.
I love how he’s so politically aware. I love Clooney, Damon, Affleck and all of them for being so aware. These are the types of men I just can’t get enough of. I’m glad that Pitt part of this great pack of men who are involved in politics. I find it so sexy and I can’t get enough of it.
Annea, I’m ready to barf. Angelina is gorgeous, but how can you think relationships are so permanently etched in stone? Love, Love, Love. You must be a teenybopper in love with the idea of people being in love. Specifically, Brad and Angelina’s love. I’ll be interested in your opinions 20 years from now. You shouldn’t be negative, but you sound gullible and naive. All relationships have problems sooner or later. Don’t cry, but even Brad and Angelina will weather some storms. The lovey dovey times are easy. It’s how a couple handles problems that usually determines whether or not the relationship lasts. I’m still wondering why they refuse to marry. Must be some fear there somewhere.

I’d grow old trying to do that. I’m just having my say on Brad Pitt just like everybody else does about everybody else. All these stars have fans and people who dislike them. That’s America. True. I don’t mind pot shots, or snarkiness, no one’s perfect, not Brad Pitt, or Angelina Jolie. I think that whole TEAM ANISTON vs. TEAM JOLIE thing has made people overly sensitive. Too there are always posters who want people to fight with them for some reason, it’s just tiresome.
I visit other sites and I get tired of the crap with them too. I guess I don’t like too much negativity, but I think for some posters it’s just par for the course so if I’m here, then I have to get used to it on some level.
Johnny Depp is a sellout. I used to respect him when he did small movies, but then he SOLD OUT to Disney. Now he’s overrated. The only reason he’s popular is because he has little kid teenybopper fans. He’s alos ugly as hell & gaunt these days. Right now he’s hiding behind that long hair & fu manchu mustache. He’s also got no muscles. He also hates America, and loves the french…YUCK!
Not to mention Depp has some NASTY teeth. He should’ve moved to the UK instead of France because he has some of those “never been to the dentist in my life” British teeth. YUCK!

I don’t think anyone looks at Jolie/Pitt for deep affirmations of love. I think the superfacial “love at first sight” or “me and you against the world” thing is kind of the reason we watch them. I don’t think everyone on here looks to them to represents an ideal relationship, but it’s kind of like nostalgia. Watching them you get to look back and remember the time when you felt that way and it feels good to watch.
If you’re in a relationship you know that, that doesn’t last and I think most are intelligent enough to understand that even the Jolie/Pitt relationship isn’t perfect. The idea of it is perfect, but most seem realistic. I’ve read a lot of post from regulars and they seem really sane. This is for fun, a place to chat and talk about various things that come up while watching them like Proposition 87, or other social issues. It’s just fan talk really.
Ok you guys got me started, but I’m getting tired already, so you’re lucky. I just scrolled up and someone asked what’s wrong with Brad Pitt being aware of himself?
As far back as I can remember, Brad has struck me as a pretty boy. He started out that way and rode with it. Not my Johnny Depp. As gorgeous as Depp is, he stepped away from it. He didn’t want that kind of life, because it was fake. That’s character. I admire Depp so much for that. He was true to himself and to the rest of us.
I love a man to take care of himself. But Brad always wore an expression in public, like he knows people think he’s cute, and he, in turn, tries to be cute. Argh! I think he was very vain for years and years. In public, he always puts on the “front.” He’s never acted natural. Yes, I’m sure he’s nice, but him being full of himself turned me off, so I never was a fan.
And yea, I think that his old age and wrinkles is what’s making him this great humanitarian. He’s going to be all washed up in the upcoming years. He’s not going to age well like, say, Paul Newman. He has to find another purpose for living. He sure wasn’t into saving the world years ago.
Now let me get back to my “Country Awards” show…

Gotta say this too: Depp isn’t vain. He does not care about impressing us with his looks. If he did, he’d be all polished with perfectly bonded teeth like Pitt. Depp is a family man. He’s super unique, kind of like Jolie. I love him. And look at his face. Really, this is so silly. Pull that hair back in a ponytail (like it was in Chocolat) and admire the beauty. Depp has a beautiful face. His small wrinkles - they’re fine and you don’t even notice them. Some people look good with wrinkles - that’s Depp. And some people start looking bad - thats gonna be your Pitt.
Ok, that’s about enough Pitt bashing for a month.

I asked that question, but you kind of took what I was saying out of context.
Pitt has never been full of himself. He’s actually a lot like Depp. Both tried to distance themselves from their looks because they didn’t want it to be the focus.
It’s okay not to like Pitt, but why be here? I don’t understand.
Also, it’s erroneous to believe that Depp is unaware of his looks and what’s wrong with know you are considered attractive?
Depp has been in his fair share of pinup boy Ads and fan posters so please with the “he doesn’t use his looks”. Of course he does, it’s part of the reason why he’s so famous and I don’t find a thing wrong with that. If you do I think you’re being a bit hypocritical, because though Depp is great, I’m sure there are less attractive men more deserving of admiration. Part of the reason why he’s so famous is because of his looks. So excuse for say get off it.
I have no need to deny that I like a man who looks good and who is good. I think both Pitt and Depp are just that, hence I’m a fan.

How can you predict (on what basis) that Brad wont look good when he grows older?
To me, he does look young for a man at 40. He does have good bone structure. I think he will be fine.
When did 40 become so damn old to people?
God forbid any of us make it to 40. There will be so many people trying to send us out to pasture.
I guess for all those people who have lived the majority of their life in high school in college (you know the whole, high school/college, is the best years of your life) then 40 is old, but I still feel I got of a lot of life in me left and I get better looking with age.
Oh well, must be real unfortunate for some wrapped up in their youth. It’s fleeting, they should learn to move on.
