Brad Pitt Rocks the Vote
Brad Pitt was spotted campaigning for Proposition 87, which would tax domestic oil production in California, raising $4 billion to fund alternative energy research. Brad, 42, was joined by Maria Elena Durazo, Executive Secretary, Treasurer Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO at a news conference earlier tonight at the County Federation of Labor headquarter in Los Angeles. As for Brad’s political leanings and endorsements, I don’t necessarily agree with him, but hey, that’s the beauty of being an American. We can disagree and it’s ok. Most of us here can be mature and realize we can all have our own thoughts and opinions. It’s great we can excercise our right to vote. I hope you all got out and voted today! I did!

The media is so fickle and transparent. Brad And Angelina have been doing charity work for years,Angelina before him, but after the break up of the “golden couple” they were all there with their dirty rumors and snide remarks. Now that He’s hot property with an Oscar buzz, they’re giving him checks at a premier, and calling Angelina his wife?
As transparent as it is though at least B&A are getting the respect the derserve, in front of millions of people-the kind of sheep that were brainwashed into thinking the worst. The table has turned BIG TIME. Maybe now Huvane will see how futile his campain has been. he and his “client” can crawl under a rock like the snakes they are.

No one is trying to jump in anyone’s pants hon. At no point did I bring up Brad’ name up in what I said. I simply stated that celebrities like all people have the right to campain for causes they believe in and just because that doesn’t agree with you does not mean they are “dumb as a box of rocks”.
I didn’ name any names. You are only assuming I’m only defending Brad. There are plenty of celebrities out their who I don’t personally like but I will never call them dumb because they advocate some cause I don’t believe in. They have the right to voice their opinion, just like I do.
Yes, oil prices rose after Katrina and there were no legal actions taken against the oil companies for manipulating the prices. And that’s exactly what this Proposition would do if it is passed. It would make it illegal if oil companies tried to pass the cost on to the drivers. And if one day, all states adopted this kind legislation, oil companies would not be able to rip off people like they did during Katrina. Plus, this proposition promoter alternative energy sources. We can’t live off of oil forever.
Now that I’ve made my point patiently………step off you f–kin *****. Jeez, you must have been missing the day God was handing out some common sense, weren’t you, dumb twat!

Well I did my civic duty and voted. We will see if all votes count. BP is looking good and I am glad to see that he is involved with this issue. There was a lively debate going on here regarding this proposition. I see that the Jen Hens have been foaming at the mouth on older threads. I do not know how some people can take a divorce of two Hollywood actors so personally. If you are a fan of JA, then go to her site or thread and support her.
