Britney Files For Divorce
It’s official!!!!!! Our little Brit Brit is finally taking a right course of action and divorcing K-fed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! Apparently it wasn’t one thing Kevin did. It was “a string of events.” Mmmm-hmmmm!!!!!
TMZ obtained the legal papers, filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
Do you think K-fed is crawling back to Shar now?? Don’t do it Shar!!!

I am so happy for Britney!!!!!! At last she is dumping that loser. I think everybody knows that he has used her since day 1. He just wanted to be famous and to have money. He has fame and money now thanks to Britney. I would love to see Brit and Justin get back together now.
I have to say, I really don’t care about either of them, but from the little about Britney I let filter into my consciousness, I say good for her. But I feel bad for her too. She doesn’t seem to be as well grounded as some of the other former mousketeers [coughChristinacough] are.
Think he’ll try crawling back? Think she’ll buy it?

OMG so i’m not the only one who had that thought? you’ve got 2 z-listers whose careers are going nowhere, the kids are popping out left and right and all of a sudden dumb, rich, lonely brit brit starts giving the backup boy the eye. shar decides to play the martyr, make the ultimate sacrifice for her kids and let k-fed play manwhore for as much cash and fame as he can possibly squeeze out of the popstar. when the jig is up, he runs back to shar and they set up house again, corrupt and slightly wealthier than they were before…

I’ve thought the same thing as well. First of all, Shar seemed to really get over being dumped by FedEx really quickly. She never has said anything remotely negative about him or what happened really. And, She says she doesnt get CHILDSUPPORT from him for their two children!! she says she can take care of them blah blah. Ok I dont know if she is working as an actress now, and I commend her saying she can take care of her kids on her own but still..They are HIS kids too. He should be doing something to help raise them financially. That always seemed weird to me. /damn straight I would make my ex help pay for our kids.

Must agree with Nikki, Britney is trash too. She married a guy whose girlfriend was pregnant with their 2nd kid. She is no better than he is, does not deserve that much sympathy. I do feel sorry for those kids. What screwed up parents.

I remember at the beginning. She was the one asking him to marry her. Now her carreer is going down , she just flush him, not surprising, those stars love themselves more than anything else.
My point was that Shar said she has never asked him for child support, ever. she said she didnt need his money. Girl is not rich… Kevin has done some work.. dancing, commercials etc.. he has been making some money. He should have been made to give some to his children.
Shar’s dumb too. Why would you have two kids with K-Fed? You think she would learn after the first kid. Brit and Shar are on par as far as intelligence is concerned. Are you guys serious with the conspiracy theory? Come on and get real. Shar Jackson DID talk about her split with Kevin, but not so much to Star, US Weekly and People magazines. When you read what Shar said, you’ll understand. No doubt that woman went through SO much pain! She was deceived and made to feel like a fool. She made some kind of comment about it being morally wrong to deliberately put another person through that kind of pain. I know a woman who was in love and was left while pregnant, and she cried the entire pregnancy. Shar was living with Kevin and they were raising her other 2 kids and their daughter Kori. Problem was, Kevin couldn’t hold down a job. Shar was complaining about that, and that’s probably why he allowed Britney to lure him away. He had Shar telling him to bring home some bacon, and Britney convincing him that she adored him. I mean look at all the expensive gifts she gave him! Well, the grass seemed greener with Britney of course. Kevin and Britney were sneaking away behind Shar’s back to Japan and other places on Britney’s tour. They both lied to Shar about their trysts the entire time. Britney basically decided that Kevin was her man now. She totally called the shots because she had the power (fame and money).
i think this means that shes smart now and its about time she left him
I can´t say I’m shocked or surprised (I think pretty much everyone saw this comming) but this is almost a historic day! (and I’m not a Britney fan)

I’m not a Britney fan either, but I DO think that K-*** totally played her and used her big time! However, it’s Karma coming back to her for getting involved with a man who was living with someone else and who was 8 months pregnant with his baby! You KNOW K-*** is going to try to play hardball, and get as much money from the Britster as he can! Good luck to her on keeping as much of her money away from him as she can!
However, I have to admit when I saw the pictures on the Internet this morning of her looking happy and svelt, I said aloud…”Man, she’s gettin’ ready to DIVORCE his ass!” Apparently, she had already filed YESTERDAY, which was why she was lookin’ SOOOOO happy on Letterman last night! Good for her! “Good riddance to bad rubbish!”
