With Charlie in charge of the factory and with their new union boss handling those month long negotiations, the Oompa Loompas (the old painted midget kind not those creepy tiny indians) now have better working hours. They can go black tie affairs like the rest of us. Yay!

totally fake tan.. check out his hands.. its all the same color.. ususally with real tans you can see the tan fade on the palm and sides of the hand
