Maddox’s Helicopter Heaven
Father-son time! Brad Pitt picks up a toy helicopter yesterday afternoon for 5-year-old son Maddox from a street vendor in Pune, India. Looks like the whole family is going to be pilots someday!
Hmm, is that a new bodyguard in the background?

I’m sure everyone involved in the film appreciates you $10 Patty. Whether you liked it or not, most people are probably going to make their own decision to see it or not. I suppose that’s as it should be.

I still don’t get it.. His father was Billy-Bob. And when Bob and Angie divorced, she received full custody, so far so good. But this does not mean that he no longer is the child’s father? Or are there some weird rules in USA, that when parents split, the father is no longer considered to be the father?
Either she adopted him all by herself. But I cannot see how that could have been done, since she was in fact married at the time, and the adoptionpapers surely states that.
Or, Billy-Bob has given the child up for adoption for Brad to take over.
I set my money on the latter, which makes this whole baby-deal more disgusting than Madonna’s..
Fathers give up parental rights to children when they have no interest in them, which was surely the case with BBT. He didn’t want the responsibility when their marriage ended. blame him, not Angelina, it wasn’t a scam.

Billy Bob’s lack of interest in Maddox was the major reason they divorced. Angie thought he was on board with the child, and he said he was, but once maddox got home, he didn’t want anything to do with him. Angie divorced, choosing Maddox over Billy Bob, who said he just wanted to play music and went on the road with his band and never looked back. He left and didn’t speak to her or bother with Maddox for a long time. She changed Maddox’s name to maddox chivan Jolie. It was FOUR YEARS LATER before Brad even entered the picture — Billy Bob was so out of that child’s life! He never really was in it. Angie would not let anyone she dated near Maddox until she knew he was there for the long haul, adn that’s when Maddox and Brad became father and son.
A father is not just who is married to a woman when she gives birth or adopts, or who supplies sperm. A father is someone devoted to that child. Billy Bob never was.

Billy Bob walked out on his two children to hook up with Laura Dern.
Adopting a child was the main reason for the break down of Jolie’s marriage to Thorton. I say all this to say that Billy Bob might want to father a child, but not be a daddy. Meaning, though he might have been part of the beginning process, meaning conception or even had a hand in the adoption, he has no desire to play daddy and raise anybody, as proven by his track record with even his two biological children.
I’m not slamming Thorton, but he doesn’t really want to be a dad. He got his wish, be happy for him. He’s also still in Mad’s life as he and Jolie are still friends, not as a dad, but as an important male figure, maybe a godfather now or uncle, but so be it he got his wish.
Jolie and Pitt both very much so want to be mommy and daddy, something their significant others weren’t to interested in. Aniston wanted to Mother a child, but wasn’t particularly ready to play mommy with Brad Pitt, Thorton fathered two children and then adopted one with Jolie, but wanted to split when he had to play daddy.
To me everything seems to be in it’s right place. Why the need to question it all if every other interested party seems to be okay with it, that’s my question to you?
Love seeing Brad so devoted with his kids. Keep it up Brad you are doing good!

That kid is going to be so spoiled. Right now it’s a toy helicopter, next a real helicopter.
