Hi TskTsk! well, I went to early shows Friday..mostly young & old couples.. maybe
it get better on the late shows and hopefully today & Sunday. I can’t tell if it will be appealing to teenagers. The DEPARTED still showing, my son , one of the manager there in the 20 cinema theater said it will be there for a while, teenagers love it. RWS may end this week- there are only 3 showing time in one cinema.

Hello BAMZS Fans, I saw Babel last night in Houston. It’s showing at about 4 theaters which is not that wide of a release but at least it’s at the main theaters. Also, where I went it was on 2 screens. I invited a bunch of friends and 4 of us made it to the 7:20 show. The theater was probably about almost half full.

I loved the movie!! My friends had different reactions but all liked it. Reactions varied from “it was a very intense movie” to “I liked it.” Nobody liked it as much as I did. I thought my Hotness Man was so incredibly gorgeous, sexy, and his acting was superb — just didn’t have enough of him in the movie for my tastes but still worthy of an Oscar Nomination.

The lady that plays his maid, Amelia, was superb as well. Great story. I will see it again.

Thanks JJ I love your site and check it several times a day. It’s my fav web site. Love all the threads and try to read through them when I have the time. It’s a great place to get “grounded” relative to all the junk out there about BAMZS.

What do you guys think about the rumor about Angie being preggers again? With the fainting spells and stuff?? Think it’s all bogus??

JJ — you make a huge difference on the planet. Love you lots and what you do for BAMZS. Your site helps to expand on what they do for the world. I love Angelina Jolie and Brad and it blew me away when they got together and what they are all about. They make my heart sing.

The scene with Amelia was amazing. I am here in South Florida so I am somewhat sensitive to the plight of those who come here illegally. I can’t imagine going across the border and not being able to come back. And she did raise those kids. She just wanted to see her son get married. Who knows how long it has been since she has seen her family? Her stockings had runs and holes, red dress was ripped in places, make up smeared…. (shakes my head)

let’s see…where do i begin about babel? let’s start with the trailers. they did a whole first look thing on the Good Shepherd. so the first thing i see when i walk into the theater with my artery-clogging popcorn and icee is angie on the screen talking about TGS. now, i’m not saying this just because i’m a BAMZS fan, but that movie looks hella-good. the “secret war” of WWII is one of my favorite history subjects. in fact, the best high school research paper i ever wrote was on this topic. anyway, it looks like we have another fabulous film to look forward to.

now babel. i’m kinda speechless right now. there was so much going on and every bit of it broke my heart. EVERYBODY acted their asses off. there’s not one person i can say stood out over everyone else. but the scene that really sticks in my memory is the “i peed” scene. that got me. that’s when the tears started.

Brad is so adventurous and curious. that’s what the director of MMSmith descibe Brad and Angie, both are curious and adventurous. He must be really bored during his marriage with X. we rarely seen them outside LA aside form his shooting location.and some exotic carribean vacation. Angie really broaden Brad horizon and spectrum.

I cant wait to see Babel in theater, its not out here in my place yet but definitely will watch the film. If Brad and Angie got a million of dollors again in this movie (babel and good sheperd) they will help again as many as they can. Im sure about that. :) Oh well they dont stop helping people God bless them.
