OlderAngelina Hops on a Train in Mumbai
Angelina Jolie created quite the commotion in Mumbai, India earlier this morning by jumping on a packed local train from Charni Road station to Churchgate. Angelina was shooting Michael Winterbottom’s A Mighty Heart with co-star Dan Futterman (pictured below). Imagine that! Riding the train into work and Angelina Jolie commuting with you. Ha!
In Touch is reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie dropped by the Bharatiya Samaj Seva Kendra family adoption center and gave toys all the kids. “It was great excitement not only for our kids but for our staff as well,” the orphanage’s executive director Roxana Kalyanvala said.
“Brad and Angelina were lovely and genuinely adore kids. Every move and every look of the couple was filled with love for our children and we were floored with their genuine affection,” Roxana added.
Angelina kissed and hugged the children while Brad got down on the floor with them, rolling on the ground and entertaining them. “He was like a kid himself,” says Aruna Thake, a child development worker at the center.

I agree about Clive, he’s hot.
The winner might be someone completely different this year, which would be good. I think Pitt wants to focus on other things aside from his looks and doesn’t exactly need the publicity.
Anyway, I’m sure Pitt will be mentioned regardless.
Actually, if you are really paying attention I think compare to Brad, Vince is getting backlash from being with Jen now than he ever did in the last 2 years. Meanwhile, Brad was getting the backlash all last year but now it is like he has been there and done that.
Bottomline for me, is that Brad had got what he always wanted - a family. I seriously don’t think he really cares about these titles. As a matter of fact, I get this vibe that he is content and wouldn’t miss it(Hollywood) if it were all to end today. He made profitable movies even though he wasn’t into box offices. He became an international star even though he wasnt trying to. I see him working more behind the camera and enjoying being with his family out of the spotlight.
Angelina,imo, is also way over HW such that I think she is not far from scaling back and spending her time raising kids, travelling(doing UN and charity work) and only working here and there. I get the sense that she is wouldn’t miss it all as well.
With the way they are acting under heavy scrutiny - being pretty laid back - I think they are content. And unlike their previous relationships, it seems like whatever is making them happy is NOT related to Hollywood anymore. It is between them…as it should be.
Vince problem is the typical problem of all funny men in HW - they don’t last long. Once there was just Jim Carrey then Ben Stiller then O. Wilson then W Farell then Jack Black then Vince Vaughn and now the touch is being passed over to Sacha Cohen. IMO, there are way too many funny actors so yes, funny actors need to get with it quickly before another one comes up.

Babel is a BOMB with a capital B. I could care a less about the director, maybe he should have picked somebody more decent for his roles. Brad should make Legends of the Fall II after a few Botox injections & he would probably win the Oscar for that. Heck I would even go see that one.
PS That Dempsey guy is incredibly ugly. Jason Lewis is HOT HOT HOT or Becks. At least Becks married the mother of his children.

I agree there are definitely more than a few people out there who don’t like Pitt/Jolie, but I think it’s always been that way for them (Jolie/Pitt) even before they got together. Most celebs are built up to be torn down.
The thing that protected Pitt for a while was that he was married to Aniston who the Queen of the Plain Janes of America. It made him more accessible and not like he was lording his looks and fame over everyone. Now he’s just fair game as he would be had he of not married Aniston.
I think too though, he’s not interested in the award and I don’t think Clooney is either. He’s probably being jokingly serious, but I also think he and Pitt are a lot alike that’s why they rotate in the same circle.

I kinda like Clive Owen; he pretty much stole Closer from Jude Law and Julia Roberts, although I wish he would’ve stolen a better product than that crappy movie. I also liked him in Sin City. But I prefer brown eyes. Owen does have a glint to his eyes that is sinister. I think I prefer Hugh Jackman, though. His smile just kills me, especially the way his eyes crinkle.

I got Clive’s “Close my eyes” movie and his “Chancer” series (6 DVD’s) and I have to say that he is so sexy in both, especially in “Close my eyes” . I totally indulged …total satisfaction.

It will be McDreamy or McSteamy.
Eric Dane came out of nowhere to blow Patrick Dempsey right out of the water. If I didn’t know better I’d think Shonda Rhimes brought him in to chill both Patrick and Isaiah the heck out - because seriously, I am all into the McSteamy. (By the way, anyone see the last episode where Meredith seemed to be intrigued by McSteamy to the point she may have prematurely gotten back with Derek/McDreamy out of fear of what McSteamy was making her feel??) Plain and simply he’s got charisma up the ying yang and the looks are to die for.
Poor Patrick, he had his 2 minutes in the sun, and then BLAM - McSteamy arrives. (That 67 year old ex-wife popping up in the ‘bloids saying Dempsey used to be beat her @ss isn’t helping either)
So I could see it going to Eric Dane, as a surprise dark horse.
What I don’t get is - why in the heck would VV even be close to being on the list? Bottomline he’s fug. …and no matter how charming or how much $ the funny can sometimes bring in - People has yet to place Jim Carey, Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller, or Adam Sandler on the SMA cover — and they are ALL cuter than VV in my opinion. You have GOT to be handsome - and it usually has to be someone that MOST WOMEN will agree on his hot…not just delusionary fanistons wanting to see Maniston triumph over her dumping by saying ’see VV is an SMA too, nah.’
Forget it — it will never happen, LOL. I mean what picture are they gonna use? The one from Swingers which was 15 years ago? I haven’t seen one pic of VV yet, taken in recent history, that isn’t terribly unfortunate.
I’m pretty certain Brad is out of it no matter how much he may actually deserve it - he’s won two times already and was part of ‘The Most Beautiful Family’ issue this year.
The other possibilities besides McSteamy, and McDreamy — are Leo or Matt.

I am from America of which I am VERY proud! I have no idea what Female First is! Babel might get nominated for an Oscar but it is still a bomb. If you go back there are quite a few movies that have won Oscar’s that are bombs. Most of it is all political. Borat took in 3 times as much with less theaters in it’s first week and he is virtually unknown in America. I believe most of it is word of mouth. So if this flick is so great wouldn’t word of mouth made it do better? Angelina should have stayed with Billy Bob if she wanted to be with a good actor. He is a fantastic actor, you might need to put a bag over his head, but you can’t have everything. You people are so funny, it is so easy to get you upset. Like putty in my hands.

I am watching ET, they just said Oprah is adopting 10 kids from South Africa. They didn’t elaborate, they just had her friend saying she is saving those kids that are growing up having nothing. They also had Meryl Streep helping refugees. I didn’t catch the whole thing.

The problem with people like Brad and Angelina is that they’ve got the talent that they want to show but their looks come in the way.
It must be hard for Brad to want to showcase his talent but all that most people focus on is his looks. This is why I think Casey Affleck or someone else who worked with him in AOJJ said, he is so good in the movie and get better with age. Problem is, are people willing to ignore the looks?
It is equally hard for Angelina to be taken seriously and loved for who she is when most just want to bed her because of her looks and sexuality. This is why I laugh when I see critics saying she sleeps around. I saw wait until you are THAT beautiful and in the same position as she then tell more…
She is probably guarded and can count all her men on one hand.

Yes, yes, and yes. They can’t see past their fears for what may happen to them (that a younger and more beautiful woman will take their man).
This fear was confirmed in Brad and Angie, and they’re just too slow mentally to understand that Brad/Angie happened for reasons much more serious than looks/age.
They just are unable to think logically-that if Brad were about looks/age, he would not have married Maniston-period. She was neither beautiful nor young when he married her-and he certainly could have his absolute pick.
