Is Brad Pitt the Energizer Bunny?

Brad Pitt really is the hardest working man in Hollywood.

Journalists at the “Babel” special screening last week were told by the 42 West independent publicity team handling the Westwood event not to expect to see Pitt at the after-party.

“He’s not coming and neither is Cate,” said the publicists.

Darn. All the disappointed reporters understood because after flying 20 hours to Los Angeles from India to walk a red carpet and talk to press, who’d be awake enough to hang at the Hammer museum for a party?

But it turns out that Pitt actually did stay for the party. He may not have been in plain sight but he was there, says Lea Yardum, the lucky lady, sorry, Paramount Vantage VP who was with him.

After writer/director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu’s intro, Brad snuck out of the theatre to do more publicity at the nearby W Hotel. Then he was driven to the Hammer Museum at 8:15 and sat at his table (near the sushi bar) catching up with pals Don Cheadle and Catherine Keener. He departed around 11:15 p.m., leaving by the back elevator. But before he got into his car, he signed more autographs and let people take photos with their cell phones.

And Cate? Was she somewhere in the party too? Nope. Blanchett was a no-show but only because she had to catch a 10 p.m. flight to Australia where she’s directing a play.

Bu wait, there’s more…

The very next night Brad Pitt showed up to support the Vote Yes on Prop 87 rally with Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. I’ve heard that our indefatigable mayor only sleeps three or four hours a night.

But I think Pitt’s got him beat.

I remember in Meet Joe Black, Anthony Hopkins’ character told Joe Black something about true love, that it hits you like lightning, or something like that. I have to watch the movie again, and I will quote it more accurately. But I couldn’t help thinking about how BP must have felt when he met AJ on the set of MaMS. He looked like he was hit by lightning. :lol:

I watched that Extra video of the Babel Premiere. BP is such a fine man. You can tell he doesn’t enjoy talking to the media, but he answered their question in such a nice manner. No snarkiness whatsoever. i really like this man. His kids are lucky to have such a dad. And AJ is lucky to be with such a man. I hope she doesn’t forget, and takes him for granted, like someone did.

I am so glad I found this site. The info is so up to date and so many nice pictures.

Oh I think Angie appreciates *everything* about him! haha!! Like I said upthread, Angie’s a smart lady, and she’s been around the block enough times now to know an emotional loser when she sees one (Colin Farrell, cough, cough).

I feel like she probably thought she’d never find all the qualities she desired in a partner in such a hunky package as Mr. P, so his looks are a double bonus! Based on what she said about men right before she got with Brad, and what others have said about her taste in men, Angie would have gone for an average Joe in the looks department if he had a good heart and loved her truly.

I honestly don’t think she fell for Brad because of his looks, she loves the man inside the beautiful body, which is like a breath of fresh air for him, surely. Everyone wants to be loved for who they are inside, not worshipped for their looks alone. Still……. I can imagine her gazing at his gorgeousness in the candlelight and suddenly getting flushed, unable to believe all that delectability is actually hers. And he’s a romantic at heart who writes poetry as well. He’s the epitome of a “total package”. {{{{{swoon}}}}} So yah, Angie, you go get your toes curled by Mr. Pitt, girl! More power to ya!

what some people think of as morphing is the open understanding he has for the person he’s with. He’s a man that’s not afraid to learn things from these people. he searched for companionship and intimacy. Just because he was the alpha male in Hollywood doesn’t mean he wasn’t looking for the same things in life as others do. he was looking for a way to be close and fit in with their lives. that’s not a bad thing. When he found Angelina and he felt that instant connection, he didn’t find someone to imitate, he found a partner for his life. I think all the changes he went through in the past taught him what he did’t want, Angelina helped him to
discover who he really was

He was able to find out KO’s personal home address! And the beeping NY Post encouraged him again by mockingly posting about KO’s incident in their “Page Six” column even though the FBI told all the victims to keep quiet….I’m glad they caught him though.

According to the D10, BP is the third sexiest man; Beckham was 2, and Clooney was 1. Describing his as socially conscience in a smoking hot package, I have to agree. But his parenting places him over the top in my book.

OMG!! I Love it!!!!! I know I shouldnt care what Walter Scott says or thinks but this is major! Parade Magazine is in a lot of newspapers every week, seen by a lot of people. In the past Scott has been a bit snarky concerning Brad and Angelina..more pro Aniston. I have written a few letters EXPLAINING WHY HE WAS WRONG. lol MAJOR VICTORY? Yay!, the tide is turning…

Yes there are a couple of sites that are dedicated to Brad and Angie like
brangelinafans.blogspot.com or pittwatch.com and even the sites that were individualy dedicated to them have become BAMZS site in some way.But this sites havealready many fans and some of the posters here are also posting to them but if you’re expecting us to abandon Jared sorry but that’s not going to happend… :)
