Maddox Jolie-Pitt, five-year-old son of Hollywood actors Brad and Anjelina, got his first-ever riding lesson in Pune! Maddox learned to steer the steed within an hour, even as his proud father stood by giving him the thumbs up, frantically capturing the ride on camera, and cheering, “You’re a champ, son.”
The stud farm, run by Lorrain *** and son Rohan in Taalegaon is 40 minutes away from the sets of A Mighty Heart in Sindh Society, Pune, where Angelina Jolie was shooting. It was recommended by a production crew member. Brad had confided in the crew member that the children were ‘cheesed off ’ at being confined to their rooms due to unflinching media attention. Also present at the five-day riding camp of were Alvira and Atul Agnihotri’s children Elizeh and Ayaan.
“The place was first surveyed by Brangelina’s security guard and publicist, and we were requested to cancel all riding lessons for the day, but a thunderstorm spoiled plans twice. The third time, when Brad called, we explained we wouldn’t be able to cancel the five-day camp as the place was already full of children. Brad said he didn’t mind other children and first said he was sending them with the nanny. But, when the car drove up, I was zapped to see Brad too. Angelina had stayed back with baby Shiloh,” explains Lorrain.
Maddox first rode Clysdale, and later a pony called Benzi, while Brad and Zahara fed the fish in the pond. “Brad is so down-to-earth and simple. Zahara and Maddox looked like as if they found freedom. Brad was so engrossed in Zahara getting a ride on the truck that he almost missed seeing Maddox trotting on his own till I had to come and tell him. He was so excited that he went on clicking his pictures away. Brad too was playing, laughing and becoming like a child. It was nice to see him let his guard down,” she says.

We all do! lol Did ya read my post about Jon, Keith and couple of people getting fake anthrax packages/letters from some neo-con nut? That really pissed me off and scared me at the same time. He was able to find out KO’s personal home address! And the beeping NY Post encouraged him again by mockingly posting about KO’s incident in their “Page Six” column even though the FBI told all the victims to keep quiet….I’m glad they caught him though.

Amaya - yes I got a chance to read your post about that guy getting caught. I remember reading about what happened to KO and I remember the way NY Post mocked him for reporting it to the police about it. They’re just bitter and mean spirited. That’s horrible!!! They are some very disturbed beings out in the world. I also read that along with Jon… David Letterman and Nancy Pelosi were also targetted.

What an insane person! I’m glad he got caught too.

I disagree - I don’t see how there’s anyway to interpret what Madge said other than as a slam at Angie. I read the comments online before I saw Lainey’s bit on it and thought the same thing myself. Besides which Madge has NEVER been able to give anyone the credit they deserve for having been there before her. Yes she bandwagoneering, but she can’t admit that because it makes her look bad. So instead she couches it as she did it the hard way instead of the easy way. The hilarity of it is that no one in the UN would ever have approached her to be an ambassador for anything because she hadn’t exactly shown an interest in anything other than herself for her whole life! The one time she does do something and she denigrates the efforts of those before her. Simply put…Madge could’ve given plenty of other examples of celebrity activities in Africa, but she chose a UN ambassordorship as her example of someone who does nothing but be lend their celebrity to the cause and does none of the hard work. Frankly I don’t know how anyone was able to interpret what she said an anything other than a dig at Angie. Color me confused.
