I say, I agree. They are trying to hard. This has to be a staged “get together”, with the cameras being present.

She looks like his mother this whole hollywood & drugs thing it getting really boring! Can’t they control themselves.

I bet he’s not even really in rehab. They probably set the whole scene up for the media. How ridiculous. It looks like they’re filming a scene for a movie.

Nicole looks as rail thin with her boy-like body as always. She is NOT pregnant.

It amazes me that she manages to get photos of her hubby in rehab - when so many other celebrities go to rehab and we don’t EVER get to see photos of them.

And if I was an inpatient at Betty Ford, or a relative visiting an inpatient, I’d be pissed off that Nicole’s photographers were snapping away!

Poor Keith clearly has no friggin’ clue how diabolical that woman is.

This woman will stop at NOTHING to one-up Tom - especially the week before his mega-wedding in Rome.

This marriage will be over by February. She’ll be filming, he’ll be touring, and it will just be OhSoSad.

These were SO totally staged. Seriously, you think they’d allow paparazzi at a rehab clinic??? I hear he’s been back in Memphis for weeks anyway. What losers.

Helen: You couldn’t have said it any better. Since when are the paps allowed to take photos of people in rehab? If I was those other patients, I’d be seriously PISSED and they definitely have grounds for a lawsuit. How pathetic that she’s this desparate to keep herself in the tabs, and using her so-called husband to do it. I hope he opens his eyes and gets out of that “relationship” as soon as he can and gets back to what’s really important to him - the MUSIC!

well I think that Nic would never take a photographer with her when she’s going to meet Keith.Gosh..that shows how much you really know her.She respects her privacy and Keith’s privacy.It’s very imoprtant for both of them…pics are probably made by some paparazzy’s in the bushes.But who cares.Pics are here now.

You people are sick! These pictures were taken by the Paparazzi and not set up by Keith or Nicole, the same kind of people that hounded Princess Diana to her death, people without any scruples or morals except getting that almight green back dollar. . Paparazzi can infiltrate any establishment anywhere because that’s how they make their living–false IDs, posing as other people, they know every trick in the book–how do you know that one of them didn’t actually register there and bide his/her time for the exclusive purpose of taking pictures that would sell for thousands of dollars? These treatment centers are supposedly run on anonymity but they’re no more secure than any other place here in the USA. Some people will do anything for money, and Parazzi have done much worse. America lost a president, his brother, and many entertainers because of stalkers, and that proved that there is no security anywhere in the United States. I see that some of you have set yourself up as our Creator because you feel like you have the ability to judge human beings without even knowing who they are–Nicole and Keith Urban don’t even know you exist so you have no way of knowing what’s in their minds or any of the circumstances except what you read in those trashy magazines or hear on the gossip TV shows. I hope that someday at the ends of your own lives you will suffer the ability to be judged yourselves just as harshly as you have judged others.

I am not a big fan of Nicole and Keith, but I feel sad for some of the posters here berating NK and KU for all the photos. I am sure these photos were not staged — we can’t even enlarge the photos to take a closer look at the couple. There is so much vile with some of the post that just reading them makes me say “MY God, how can they write such unfounded information…”

I bet keith has no idea that pictures are being taken and if he did i would hope he would be livid about it. This is truly sad and just breaks my heart for keith. i do not give a rat a## about nicole. If there is any truth to her arranging this little photo shoot just to show the world she is standing by her man crap, then she is more pathetic than i thought. Shame Shame on her.

I am appalled that pictures could be taken in a rehab facility. It’s a huge violation of everyone’s privacy. Who knows how these pictures got taken? But I have NEVER seen other pictures of celebs at Betty Ford before. And some pretty high profile people have been there, including Liz Taylor. You don’t think the paps wouldn’t have wanted a picture of Liz? This is suspicious…but again, who knows.

I’d like to think that Nicole is there out of pure concern for her new husband…of 4 months…who has been clean for 8 yrs and now, when he should be on top of the world, he ends up in rehab looking sad and depressed. Call me a skeptic, but I do have to wonder what in his life has dragged him down?

Good luck to them…I am definitely praying for them to get through this. Keith is a huge talent and in one year he has gone from Entertainer of the Year to this. It’s truly a fall and hopefully, he can turn this around and regain the momentum he had last year.

There have been 100s of celebrities at rehab, some at the height of their fame like Ben Affleck, but this is the ONLY time I have ever seen pics from inside a rehab.

How disrespectful of Nicole Kidman to those other patients. And if it is the paparrazzi camped there why do we not see any of Keith alone only when she comes to visit? She and Tom Cruise were so obviously made for one another with their neediness for fame.

I really don’t think Keith chose to go into rehab so soon after his marriage, and what do you lame people expect? His new wife not to visit him?

I am so sad to see these pictures. First of all, it’s a terrible invasion of Keith’s and the other patient’s privacy. Second…this man was the Entertainer of the Year 1 year ago…he won Top Male Vocalist for the CMA/ACM this year and last…he won a Grammy this last Feb. He has just released new music and it’s a great CD. What has happened to him to drive him to this?

He has always handled his career with humor and grace and his personal life with tact and privacy …and now, he is reduced to having his picture taken while a patient in rehab, showing his gigantic wife the ducks in the rehab pond. It’s very distressing to see.

Keith Urban has a large fan base who respect him for what he has always stood for…integrity and honesty. This last year has been hard on him and I only hope he is able to find the peace and balance that is so obviously missing in his life. He doesn’t even look to be the same person that he was one year ago.

Keith is a recovering addict; Keith is gay; Nicole is gay…its anyones guess what is going on….its a staged meeting…who knows ..? Nicole is probably going to have this baby…and who knows how that came about…maybe thats what drove Keith back into the drugs…oh well….and I never realized how tall she is and how short he is…shades of Tom…nothing surprises me out in la-la land.

Nic’s hairdo appears to be a modified MULLET! I don’t like the dull blond color, either. Yes, it’s very staged, and if they have resorted to this, I’d say the marriage is over. How sad.

For Heavens sake people….if it was a staged thing….he would’ve worn BLACK jeans and T-SHIRT….because…well, he IS looking a tad tubbier than normal. (Better to be slightly cuddly and sober, I’m sure)….and lets face it..she would’ve had someone give her hair a “do”.
I actually like what I’ve seen/read of both of them… Its just stupid to assume that its a staged thing.

It’s quality that counts, not quantity. You may think you have more examples of Keith doing the compromising. But Nicole has made HUGE compromises by moving to Nashville and cutting back her film work drastically. What compromises has HE really made - by continuing to drink and ending up in rehab????

NO! so dont think you can assume whatever when YOU and NONE of us except nicole and keith have a fraction of an idea about their life.
