Alert the media!! Angelina Jolie eats ketchup with her french fries!! Haha!
What a ruckus Angelina must have caused for grabbing fast food at McDonald’s yesterday! Hundreds of people showed up for a glimpse of the Hollywood actress. If they saw anything, I’m sure they saw a mouthful.
Angelina, 31, chowed down a quickie lunch with three other people (two male, one female) at a McDonald’s location in Bombay (Mumbai), India around the set of her new film, A Mighty Heart. She looks like she really enjoyed her meal there — sipping on some soda and eating french fries.
The McDonald’s menu is different all over the world but if the colors on the McDonald’s India website match the sandwich wrappers, Angelina ate a McVeggie burger, which is a “breaded fried vegetable patty consist of peas, carrots, green, beans, red capsicum, potatoes, onions, rice and seasoning. The burger also includes lettuce, eggless mayonnaise in a toasted sesame seed bun.” Just thought you’d like to know! (;

Let me just state for the record that I am NOT a Clooney hater. I actually like the SOB but I completely agree with these two statements.

Last year he said Brad was just a hollywood friend, but this year when Brad has all the buzz, he is suddenly a very good friend. I will say George is the fairweather hollywood friend who always finds a way to throw in Brad’s name when it suits him.

sorry, but i’ve got a grudge against mcdonald’s. not only is it NASTY! but every time i’ve been in one of those places, something traumatic has happened to me. i think it was the Almighty’s way of telling me to stay clear of the clown.
Well I love George and think he’s a talented handsome man.
She likes McDonals, in the past they ask her (in a interview) which Fastfood was her favorite and McD was her answer.
As for Clooney, predictible choice, but People Magazine is a predictible magazine, so it fits.
Brad, by the way, is in the top 15 for People’s SEXIEST man alive. If you go to their site (people.com) and do the slide show, I think he is number 15. He and George are friends, so I’m sure the kidding is going to go on nonstop now! I like George whatever his flaws! I’m so glad he was chosen above many of the others on the list!
i don’t know whether or not mcdonald’s is angie’s “guilty pleasure” but i do know that she’s got a thing for in n out burgers. if i lived in cali, i’d eat there every day. those things are damn addictive. and there’s just something wonderful about going up to the cashier and saying you want yours done “animal style.”
Gosh.. what is with all the mickey d’s snobs? Yes, eating a lot of fast food is not particularly healthy..but doing a lot of anything is usually not a good idea. And they do have healthier choices these days. I like the grilled chicken and love the yogurt parfait.

i admit i’m a mickey d’s snob, but not a fast food snob. i’m addicted to wendy’s and chick fil-a. i ate so much burger king in college that i can’t look at it anymore. and mcdonald’s—i just can’t do it. too many bad experiences. but old ronald is flourishing well without my money. just look, he managed to find a niche in an anti-beef country.
OT: I’m quite content with George being SMA. I “get” him and his percieved “arraogance” is part of the appeal & image he’s throwing out to the public.
Now who said Angelina doesn’t like America! LOL! Well here she is eating at Mickey D’s. The food there is probably better than the ones in the US becasue McDonald’s has to comply with food regulations of each country they want to open in. Each country also can have regional specialites on their menu. As a matter of fact even in the US you can find that. In the south you can find grits on McDonald’s menu and here in NYC you can find bagels. Wasn’t it reported that Angelina had traveler’s tummy in regards to the Indian cuisine? I too had to succumb to the golden arches when I was in Rome. They Romans don’t eat until 10:00 pm and I was starving (from all the sightseeing). So I listened to my stomach and swallowed my pride and ate a a Mcdonald’s in Rome. It was on the Via Nazionale. Well it said McDonald’s but when you walked in, it more like a villa/palace. OMG the frescoed walls, the mosaic tilework, fountains, lifelie statuary, the architecture, ay ya ya! It looked like 5,000 people could eat there. No one would eat at home if all the Mc Donald’s were like this one. I didn’t feel so bad. The Italians………..

Oh, you idiots! I’m not talking from my point of view, I’m just relaying what the consensus of the People editors is. And yes, I am privy to this info.
The feeling is that if Brad is going to get this dumbass [my opinion] award again, this next year will probably be his best chance. As many of you know, this “award” as well as the “Most Beautiful Award” is a popularity contest. Yes he had The Baby, but he didn’t do much this year. He went through the black hair phase which was NOT popular and he was tucked away in other parts of the world (France, Namibia etc.) wearing the same clothes day after day. Babel is fine but it won’t make any money and is only interesting to the editors if it nets him an Oscar.
Some also think that he is showing his age and that if you look at him up close and compare him to Clooney, he is not aging well. THIS IS NOT MY OPINION but was talked about over the selection process.
And as much as we all want to see them hit the Oscar red carpet, People Magazine wants it too. They really do.
Shiloh will help his “cause” also. (And yes, I know and People knows he doesn’t give a crap about this award but some on staff still want to acknowledge him because of how he’s taken on fatherhood. Some want to see him out in the open with Shiloh and are giving him the next year in the hopes that they will not be so protective of her as she turns 1.)
Finally…Angelina. Last year, people were shell shocked by the rapid pace of events and rumors whizzing back and forth. Those people include the people who make up People. This year, everyone acknowledges that B&A are a formidable “brand” who seemed to know from the get-go something the rest of us did not: “that they were meant to be together and definitley knew what they were doing.” (The actual words of a Senior Staff Member at People.)
While the editors respect their joint desire for a normal life away from the Hollywood norm, they would like to see them “play a little.” That would take the form of a knockout appearance at The Academy Awards.
Some fear they might go the route of Paltrow and never walk a red carpet together.

hey, angie’s been in india for over a month now and she’s had ample time to sample authentic indian cuisine. it’s no crime to take a fast food break. after several months of living in spain i made more than one trip to KFC in the puerta del sol and i loved it every time.

She is using this board to tip the media to pound on her “agenda”.
She is the one who always questioned on Shiloh’s “to be seen more”. She is more interested to have Shiloh photographed than Shiloh’s well being.
Oscar winners are not red carpet appearance, daily clothings, golden image. It’s about acting. Looks or appearance dont give you an oscar.

I don’t get why seeing him out with Shilo specifically trumps him being out all the time with his other kids. Shilo is one of three loved children one doesn’t trump the other.

I really do not understand why she can’t eat at McD’s. She already had a dinner date with Brad at one of the exclusive restaurant in Mumbai, the other night and I am sure they had Indian food most of the nights they have been in India.
I can’t see your point.
