OlderPirates of the Caribbean 2 DVD Giveaway
Keira Knightley apparently doesn’t want to continue in a fourth film of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. The star has revealed that the third film, Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End, which will be in theaters next spring, will be her last. “I’ve been playing this girl since I was 17. I’m 21 now and I’m onto very different things.” To mark this sad, sad day, we’re giving away the Pirates of the Caribbean 2 DVDs!
Above is Keira Knightley out and about earlier today with a female friend. The pair stopped at London’s “La Fromagerie” (The Cheese Room).

I think Keira is making a huge mistake The cast works well together I know she has done other things and is talented but I can’t name any other than Domino I’m sure they will replace her easily it’s a shame to walk away from such a huge part in this series We will just have to deal

I think them making a POTC 4 would be a mistake, stick with 3 anything beyond that, nah except for Johnny, yum yum.
I didnt even know there was a plan to make a fourth one, i love the movies and all but a fourth one might be too much
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE KEIRA & SHE IS NO DOUBT ONE OF THE VERY BEST ACTRESS–ESPECIALLY AS YOUNG AS SHE IS. SHE IS A VERY GIFTED ACTRESS. PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN WILL NEVER BE THE SAME WITHOUT HER!!!

I love this site. And I am not just saying that to get the free DVD :) I went to see this in the movies and had to bring my 3 year old along. No babysitter. He started screaming during the part with the Kraken. So I have to wait for the DVD to be able to see the whole thing. I can’t wait for the next one to come out too.

POTC would be weird without Elizabeth…
I actually hated this movie but love Keira and Orlando Bloom. I’ve never really liked Johnny Depp, but I’ve gotta say that his performance as captain Jack Sparrow really changed that for me.
I think that these movies should bow out gracefully, but I’m sure Disney will keep cranking them out as long as they can continue to milk the cash cow!

i agree with those sayin that three POTC’s are enough… why is it that movie studios have to make sequels to EVERY blockbuster nowadays?! just because something works doesn’t mean it needs to be stretched out like that..
soo.. although it’s understandable for keira to say that she wouldn’t want to do a 4th, why does she have to make it sound so horrible? it was The Curse of the Black Pearl that made her the star that she is, so give it a little credit!
They don’t need to do a fourth movie. It’s not Star Wars!

I worked the POTC2 red carpet and all I got from Miss Knightley was a wave and a good picture of her back. A FREE copy of the DVD would be nice!!

That is shame that she doesn’t want to be involved. This was such a great grouping of actors working together. The time spent in the theatre watching this movie, just flew by!
