gitane - where the hell are you from? because i live in this town and in the industry and GC manages to get around town all day, including grocery shopping, WITHOUT a tidalwave of papz on his ass. in fact, the man can have a cup of java at a local coffeeshop and no one but the people, i.e. some of us writing this, know about it. we don’t have minute to minute updates on his life ala Tomkat or BAMZS. anyhow, i’ve got more important things to do like GC’s makeup. . .

i’m from new orleans. i’m not up clooney’s ass all day, but somehow i can’t seem to open a magazine, see an entertainment show or open a newspaper without his mug popping up. or rumors about who he’s ******** this week. no, he doesn’t have the level of press that the jolie-pitts do. but he’s not meekly hiding away either. if he were, i’d have less fodder for porgie jokes.

You cannot disrespect people in their own country. Americans are fighting bad press everywhere, why institute all this negativity. Their bodyguards have been out of control from the beginning, especially the “psycho”. While this couple circles the globe preaching love for humanity, how do they condone mistreatment of locals, especially children, on their behalf. Frankly, I’m sick of them.

I agree, this incident was most likely PLANTED, by the fundamentalists who wanted to smear this project. In that splash video, the loudest man in the authodox attire (with a long beard) was the most aggressive in shouting, along with similarly clothed men. I just hope that they don’t act on “retaliation” to the Jolie-Pitt and hope they finish shooting and get the hell out pronto.

What a mess. Shooting the film in India has been a disaster. No producer should ever go to India for a film. No matter how nice the scenery. The Indians appear to be totally disorganized and very aggressive. Angelina and her children have been in constant danger. If it were not for Mickey she would have been surged many times over the past weeks. Time they got out of India never to return. If you look at the video of the fracas, you see only Indians involved. It was the schools responsibility to communicate with the parents about the shoot. They were quick to receive the money but did not do their jobs to organize the parents. I hope no Hollywood producer ever shoots in India again.

I AGREE. Very disorganized. I’m sure the school have been notified and agree for the shooting weeks or months before. They just take the money and won’t do any thing. That’s one of the problem in doing business in India, several red tape and corruption. I hope Brad can sort things out and everything will be okay. at least Brad and Angie learn a lesson from this experience.
