OlderCasino Royale Opens Today
Daniel Craig and Casino Royale co-star Eva Green take the cover of the Nov. 24 issue of Entertainment Weekly, out on newsstands today. Ticket sales for Casino Royale in the U.K. box office during its first day of release on Thursday, earned a whopping $3.2 million. Waa-waa-wee-waa-waa! Casino Royale has to open with $47+ million in ticket sales this weekend in order to to beat Die Another Day (Pierce Brosnan).

Wow, there were a lot of posts upstairs while I was away! I saw that someone said Laura was his PA, but I’ve only ever heard that she was with his PR team, and I think the latter is true. Whoever said that just wants to sound like they know something, just like the person who first came on today saying that the woman in the picture was Barbara Broccoli! They said it like it was fact, but they were wrong! Anyway, that’s why Laura is always at premieres with Daniel to make sure he does all his interviews and kind of directs him where to go next, oh, and keeps the “gf” from getting in the way! You can see that in that GC video. You are probably right that he will not be going to Cannes, and they were probably not going over plans at Nobu, but that going there was an “appearance”, I have been saying that all day. And about the ring, you can see better in the first picture that she is only wearing the one bubble gum dispenser ring, but it’s so big it looks like two in the second photo. Also, the necklace pendent she has on is more small and square like the one Daniel always had to wear (I hope he’s taken that thing off by now).
Jimmy, that is so strange how JJ removed the post that had the picture of Ella, then changed the text on the article to mention Ella and used Satslumdog’s picture as the link!

I think Satslumdog is smart head and she always gets the pics- but from somewhere…maybe JJ is tapped into that source too- but you saying that JJ took that pic off of his site and just put it in the added blue ELLA link- OK now I understand– sorry…

Not so sure satslumdog is smart head. Satslumdog knew that it was Laura in the pictures, but then smart came on and thought it might be Barbara. Plus, when Satslumdog does write something, they are usually quite coherent! They must be registered with all the photo/pap sites and checks them all the time for new pics. But they ALWAYS get the new pics! Ones you don’t see anywhere else either, like the Ivy woman pics! So glad to have Satslumdog on the board and that they are on OUR side!

Jimmy, are you Fly Swatter? Because the last post made me think, about saying the PR team forgot to add in the lovey dovey part. But they didn’t forget, in fact they intentionally sent out photos showing Daniel alone and didn’t mention in the press release who he was with. That info came from the UK tabloids. So maybe they are wanting people to get “used” to the idea of seeing him alone? Remember the original pictures released of him at the Liverpool match was just of him by himself, also seating his niece next to him would make it easier to keep the “gf” out of the pictures. One of two things, they want people to see him alone because either he eventually will be alone, or because they are now aware how unpopular the “gf” is and how she is starting to negatively affect his reputation.

to your brilliant point, I think i agree with you that the press agencies are on 2 lines of thought….
1. Like you said James- they are aware of how more and more unpopular the gf is and has been and she is just becoming more and more unwanted!! The press agencies may be calling her names and they may be getting really terrible feedback about her. Not death threats- but more like angry readers, more and more ….
2. he may be alone very soon- or there are rumblings of a break up that can’t be confirmed.
Also being photographed with his daughter takes the attention away from the gf.
ALSO, JAMES_ What about this……..ALL OF HER NEGATIVE attitude AND NEGATIVE FEEDBAKC from the fans is Bringing Daniel down in the industry.
He is shooting himself in the foot by being seen so much with her-
THis really may have started to happen with important roles that he may have wanted=- like the steve McQueen role for instance…OR OTHERS and NO ONE, no PROFESSIONAL director or producer inthe indsutry is going to deal with her BS or put up with her for one sec and their crews and teams aren’t going to be pushed around by her.
SO JAMES_ essentially their whole entire plan BACKFIRED ON THEM of him making her a star too,…AND it continues to backfire worse and now maybe Daniel is seeing the backlash against HIM! He is seeing that her negative feedback and dislike is soaking into his space- personally and professionally.
JAMES it is also very possible that his friends and family back in Wirral have had talks with him aobut her and he may be gettting the point. slowly but surely.
I think the PR is trying to do damgae control by stuffing her away out of the pap crosshairs..

JJ may have gotten a call from the PR agencies/management company/attorney threatening a lawsuit bec Ella is only 16 years old- a minor. And she is in a private activity and she is not a public persona., like daniel is.

I’ll have to confirm this with Mendel, but I think in the UK, 16 is considered an adult. Or at least affords many adult privileges when they turn 16. And he still has her picture up, just in the link in the copy. Now I really have to go.

just a quick post before I get to bed. I think that Twitter dude just made it up - I haven’t read anything recently on the Bond boards that would indicate any move like this. And why Ewan McGregor? So I vote for talking out of his a*se!
In the UK, once you hit 16, you do have a lot more legal freedoms, but you are not considered an adult. But you can legally marry, for instance.
As to Satsslumdog - whatever happened to Satslover? S/he had a lot of pictures, and wasn’t s/he connected to some photographers?

Hi Jimmy! Hi Mendel, even if you’re not here now you will read this later. Jimmy, do you know the answer to Mendel’s question about Satslover? I remember they used to post a lot of photos and I remember the one she posted of Daniel’s mother with the “gf” on crutches. Do you think Satslover is the same person as Satslumdog? I’m thinking they are since they both seem to have access to an incredible resource of photos. Plus, you never see Satslover anymore, just Satslumdog. Satslover made her sound like she was a fan of the “gf”, but she wasn’t and neither is Satslumdog.
Jimmy, you must have posted those replies to PR. Those were great posts and you are so right. I didn’t know that the “gf” had a friend at Hello that got her and Daniel into these stupid things.
