Insider - perhaps you aren’t aware, the “boat ride” was all of about 30 seconds. However, that is probably WHY the parents each held on to their children. As to “bashing” of critics, when you’ve been here for a while, and see the SAME comments “why don’t they look happy?” “where’s the baby?” etc., see how “kind” your reply will be - especially when such comments are couched in a “concern” for the children. Mickey? He most CAREFULLY did NOT choke that photog. Bet he learned his lesson from that hold too. Would I want to be the guy under Mickey’s hands? ut uh….but then again, I’m smarter than that. And, yes, we DO love seeing them - BUT we do NOT buy any rags with their pictures, so the razzi aren’t making money off of us.

I’ll say what I want et al - how happy would YOUR kids look surrounded by grownups with flashes going off in their faces? Should they keep the kids in hotels all the time because of that? Or are you one of the ones who think they’d be happier without a parent(s) and they should just stay home. Anyone is free to offer reasonable comments. It is pretty clear that this couple has decided to bring up their children, not leave it to a batch of nannies. Truth be told, if I had their money, I’d do the same. They can afford the best tutors, and the education even little ones like Zahara get from the travel is priceless. They are NOT always dragged in public, however, it IS necessary to get from point A to point B in public from time to time. The shots from this “exposure” were maybe a minute of their lives.

Hey ME! Thanks for the link to the POLFOTO site. LOTS of pictures there. I just love the way Brad’s hand hardly ever leave Zahara’s back. Also got a closer look at them in the boat, and they seem to have had some fun wherever they were. Isn’t Mad cute waving?

The only thing Brad apologized for was any disruption the children had to their day at school. He stands firm that was is alleged against these men did not happen.

And to be honest as an American if this happened to me, or someone I knew I’d call up the American Embassy and my local Senator immediately for intervention and international legal representation. In fact I’d demand it.

These men should call the British embassy (if they haven’t already) and get the consulate involved right away as their rights have been taken away from them.

First they were not told they were to be arrested. They were asked to come to the police station to be interviewed about what happened. They were brought in under false pretenses. Their passports taken away, arrested and held in the country illegally for 7 days. There wasn’t even an investigation before this happened. As an American I can tell you, my family and friends would be raising holy hell and would have the state department contacted and involved. It’s the responsibility of the goverment to protect it’s citizens overseas from something exactly like this happening and I would hope the UK has and does something similar for these three. Unfortunetly, innocent until proven guilty is not practiced or understood in foreign lands.
