I went back and read your post. I understood what you said. Your message is clear. Dont let Desert Chick intimidate you. I’ve seen this person posted in the past. She just kept changing names from Jen to Janet to Vanessa to Desert Chick. She likes to put people down. She harps on the same thing over and over again. She employed the same tactic, talking about spelling error, no life etc. Please dont let her style bother you. Please continue to post.

Very soon we will have the abuse button back so don’t give up we love meeting new folks and if sometimes we seem to only to talk to each other, ignore that too. See, we don’t want to ignore new folks, we love and take pride in the fact we are a multi cultural/race/religion fans of BAMZS from all over the world. All I can say is we have known each other for almost two years, we have shared pics, personal stories (Dragonfly don’t say a word) and most of all personal tragedies… So , this really is not similar to any blog you go to; this is not about just BAMZS it is about folks after work who chose to have fun at JJ’s with people they know as opposed to watching TV….

Iam not sure if the indian population agrees with me. Iam just sad that this and many other such minor incidents would have left Brad and Angie not wanting to visit India anymore. If they do visit again, then they are probably two of the most open-minded people world has ever seen. I dont blame them if they’ve got nothing to do with India anymore :(. India is still so backward that it’s people does’nt have the dignity to treat foreigners with respect. Let alone foreigners, they dont treat their own people with respect. It’s very sad. Lot of it stems from illiteracy and over-population which results in poverty and un-civilized conditions. I can keep on going about it for pages together…. This is just India and this is how things work here. I wish BP and AJ were more prepared for all this. They should’ve done their homework before deciding to pack their bags. Anyways, iam glad they are returning home safe and sound. That’s all that matters. Good luck to bamzs. Long live their fans!!!!!

Thank you for all of those invovled in getting the video uploaded. Makes me respect Brad more than I did before. He handled himself very well and I love the way he refers to his family with such a confidence, that you know he is a very content man at this point in his life.

Hope they are heading to a restful vacation spot away from the unrelenting papz….

You finally admit it , you are a Maniston fans, Maniston fan are always bias toward Brad and Angie. still holding grudge over Brad after dumping their idol. They always see and percieved the negative side of Brad and Angie. your opinion wouldn’t change our view toward this family. I think Brad is brave enough to clear things up. he could choose his interivew in America where he is most at ease and “script” the interview or he could ask his publicist to do this. but no. Brad did the right thing. He is an honorable man.

I have faith in Jolie/Pitt that they have anticipated and planned ahead. But in real life, as in work or any relationship, NO one project is smooth from start to finish. There will always be hic-up along the road. NO one, not even an experienced planner can predict all the “future event” and prevent them. You can only anticipate a few to the best of your knowledge, but NEVER all.

You just have to deal with the bumps as they come along. The Pitts have done that beautifully and successfully. He stepped up and politely questioned the chief at the police station. He went on TV to present his case. The most important thing is how one deals with the situation and learns from them.

Watching the Indian TV, Brad got the message across. He achieved what he wanted to, and that is to clear the mis-understanding. I applaud Brad for doing an excellent job.

So what if Brad was not coherent or eloquent ? He ’s not a politician running for office. the most important point is his massage is reach. deal with it.

If Brad looked up during this tough interview, it should not bother people who are watching this because you know it was not rehearsed. This is real. I am a psychologist, and it is human nature to look up or sideways if you are trying to gather your thoughts. Brad’s degree (he is short may be two units before graduation at the the University of Missouri) is in journalism. He knows how to handle an interview. The fact is this is not only a simple interview of a single film, Brad in someway is representing the American people by clearing the so-called “racial” incident. I think the media wants to ask him for a press conference because he is an international star and what a great opportunity to have this incident (true or not) to get him hooked. I heard that the press in India, were sort of disappointed when he did not show up when Angie was the only one (for the Mighty Heart) and the other local stars appeared for the first press conference. That night or day, he probably took care of the kids. With this so called racial incident (which happened or not) then the media got their chance to interview the producer of this film. So, I think they really got what they wanted after all. I think Brad, did a good job by looking at the positive aspect of the film. He answered the question by dealing with the positive. The incident should be answered by the judge because Brad was not there when it happened. He answered the question directly by stating their intention and their policy of hiring their employees. Are you people not understanding? What answer do you want to hear?
Oh yah, I was not there but my employee was brutal and I will punish him. Oh no, my employee is innocent and perfect. You know what I mean. He did not avoid the questions. He is a journalism major. He knows the works. He is just a good man and this media circus is pathetic.

the most important thing is he succeeded in getting the message across and that is his purpose of his interview

Actually, that might not be true. These days the government has laws where in the lower caste people have 25-35%(i dont know the exact %) of govt jobs reserved for them. So, if you meant “company” as in public works, i doubt what you heard were true cuz, public or govt enterprises always makes sure the lower caste people are given preferences . Again all this is very politically motivated. All these reservations are done to make sure the politicians secure the lower caste electoral vote bank. And also, the minorities(muslims, christians, Anglo-indians etc) have some reservations too. But in private firms, the jobs are always for those who do good at the interviews and its all merit based. It does’nt matter what caste you are. They’ll have aptitude tests when you are a fresher applying for a job at a private firm.
I hope this cleared your doubts.

Brad was good in the interview.
I think it was actually the people from media who said the words and pushed the children, not the bodyguards. Brad did not actually said this but he kind of implicate this and the Indian guy also mentioned this.

It is so sad thing but I do not think the AMH movie will be affected by this incidence.
It will be out in 2007, so by that time eveything will be resolved or people would forget about it.
