OlderBrad Pitt’s Exclusive Interview on the Bodyguard Controversy
Brad Pitt gave an exclusive interview to NDTV (New Delhi Television Limited) late last week, speaking out against the the bodyguard controversy. Brad was interviewed by NDTV’s Managing Editor Barkha Dutt and sat alongside Indian theater and film actor, Irfan Khan. Watch the first 8 minutes below! Part II after the jump… Thanks, Alexanderina!!
Here’s an excerpt of what Brad had to say: “This is not what Angelina [Jolie] and I wanted. This contradicts the message of the film we are trying to make. Angelina and I have a multi-racial family, we want them to respect and understand different religions. Maybe we should have explained our intentions when we first got here. We would not hire anyone who is racist or who would hurt or push a child.”

As to what you wrote about us equating Pitt to Christ, are you really that stupid? Well, maybe you are. You have never seen any post which slightly resemble anything written that said anything like that and you know it. So please stop lying, that isn’t necessary. We have many posts which said that he is agood man. But You don’t want to accept it at all and with your mentality, I can easily see why you talk as low class as you do. I can’t believe you dont understand what we said , perhaps you did get past 2nd grade after all!
You are pathetic, and I find it amusing as well as amazing, but I do see a cause for concern for your mental outlook of negative thinking if this is your main existence in the world. You are pitiful and pathetic! Please, stop watching so much Jerry Springer, or appearing on that show.

Jared, are we going to get the rest of the interview or is this it? Thanks again for posting the videos. I though Brad did a good job with a tough interviewer…she wanted him to focus on the alleged misbehavior of his bodyguards. She control the interview not Brad Pitt. It was a tough interview and Brad did a great job, but are we going to see the rest of the interview?

Desert Chick, you are not such a ’special friend’ of mine where I would give you enough slack in not disputing what I see is an obvious and wrong bias. This is a blog, we discuss and dispute. If you can’t defend you position with real facts or take the heat of criticism then hit the road jack.

Hey, don’t reply to desert or whatever, she just wants attention like certain celebs.
Tough interview or not, Brad was good, still he could talk a lot about the movie, though the Indian Oprah insisted on other things, but who cares? Brad was able to get across his message, and it shows that he is not some coward or pampered Hollywood star (like man others including the one who shall not be named, but was crying all night when another hag called her ordinary looking.)
Fair enough, I agree with you guys, there is a possibility that everything is made up considering the guards BUT as long as it’s only a possibility and not a fact I don’t think that one should be naive: sometimes it takes awhile before people show their true colours and some of the guards are not exactly family, they were hired a few weeks or months ago. U don’t have to believe the accusations, but Brangelina might also have hired the wrong people (as George Clooney said in an interview referring to some of their guards)…

Wrong. Again. Isn’t it tiring to be always so wrong? You’re operating from you’re own bias opinion. Genetics. I’ll grant you that I believe Brad is as handsome as ever. Is he as pretty? No. I would hazard a guess that there are thousands of men in Hollywood just as handsome as Brad. But are they Brad Pitt? No. Brad has been in some pretty gritty roles in his life including Babel where talent and not his genetics has garnered him praise. And sorry, no, critics response to him is not “publicity”, especially as there are a number of critics who didn’t like Babel at all.
He has a successful production company because of his genetics? What kind of stupid nonsense argument is this? I hate to tell you this but being a successful producer is all about keeping control of the product(movies) and making money with them. Period. The End. I challenge you to find a producer whose making money with his/her pretty face.
He maintained his status in a fickle industry like hollywood because of his genetics? I’ll grant you that being handsome is one of criteria in Hollywood of attaing popularity. But it is not the be all or end all. Your reasoning is flawed. By your own argument every guy blessed with the same amount of genetics should have comparable success and popularity. They do not. They are not Brad Pitt.

I think the cops asked him to do the interview and he said yes but probably didn’t have much time to prepare. All this time he’s been trying to ignore the media and their questions about angelina and now he’s pretty much cornered into an interview. Got to love it!

Who wouldn’t feel safe with him? He takes his protecting of Angelina and those she loves seriously. I hope he stays with the family for a very long time.
