Carrie Underwood’s Half-Time Hit

Carrie Underwood headlined the half-time show on Thanksgiving Day (the Dallas Cowboys bested the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 38 to 10) with her hits “We’re Young and Beautiful” and “Before He Cheats.” Kelly Clarkson opened with the National Anthem. Before going on stage, Carrie said: “This year at Thanksgiving I’m not going home and I swore this year I was going home, but then they wanted me to sing at the halftime show at the Dallas-Buccaneers game in Dallas. And I was like, ‘Yeah, for sure because it’s such a Thanksgiving tradition especially around Oklahoma watching the Dallas game on TV, so I was very excited to be doing that, so I have a lot to be Thankful for this year.”

So what if she’s a wannabe? I’m not a fan but from what I hear and see, she is talented and beautiful. So what if she wants to try and make a career like Dolly? I don’t see the big deal. I wish her all the best.

as much as I would love to join this bashing party, I love Carrie Underwood. She’s an amazing singer, lovely role model and gorgeous girl. She lost a little weight, but she just looks healthy and more fit. She didn’t have to lose weight, she was gorgeous when we first saw her on American Idol but what’s wrong with getting toned anyway?

Its called being really busy in her life thats all. I dont know why people go crazy on peoples weight, leave them all alone. You wonder why weight is such an issue in the world today when you yourself sits there and makes comments about someone’s weight. Weight should never be a topic and maybe one day it wont matter to the world. Give it up…
