90210 DVD Giveaway
Beverly Hills 90210 was the first primetime soap to make it big and the first season was finally released on DVD earlier this month. A decade’s worth of drama unfolded for Dylan, Kelly, Donna, Steve, David, Andrea and twins Brandon and Brenda. (Personally, I was a Dylan and Brenda shipper.) Relive all their teenage angst with the DVD, which has all 22 first season episodes along with bonus features (commentary by creator Darren Star, behind the scenes clips, etc…)

Hate to get all pedantic on you all - but 90120 wasn’t the first primetime soap to be a hit - that honor goes to Dallas, and I’m sure many could make a case for some earlier shows, too.
It was the first hit primetime soap of the 90’s, imo, and the first focusing on teens.
I really dont understand the story because I was about 12 yrs old I think but I like to see the whole thing again because I like Brenda… :-)

This show was a way for me to have drama but not create it in my own life. Melrose was also another form of drama to live vicariously through. I still watch them when I can on Soapnet. Despite the drama they did try to deliver a positive message each week and I did also enjoy hearing new music on the show when bands would play at the Peach Pit. The Flaming Lips were on there - how cool is that?

I can still remember the night that season 1 started, I never missed an episode, I was always rooting for Dylan and Kelly and Brandon and Andria. Anytime I see It on tv I’m right there watching.

Hi JARED! Please pick me. I LOVE 90210. I watched it religiously every week and still love to watch the reruns when they were on E! and now SoapNet.
One of my favorite episodes is the one when Donna and Brenda went to Paris for the summer and remember she meets Dean Cain and he thinks that she’s this beautiful French girl and then she starts talking “wit zee french ackcent - no?”. Shannen looked so beautiful then. I’ve always loved bad boy Dylan, I think him and Kelly were perfect together. You could tell they had so much fun. The photos you have are from probably the best season when they ran the show over the summer months when nothing else but reruns were on to get us all hooked on the show. That’s when Dylan and Kelly started their secret affair and kissed while having a bonfire on the beach with “Damn - I wish I was your lover” playing in the background. Awesome!

This show always reminds me of when things were simpler. By that I mean I was still at school and didnt have to worry about too much but having fun. Oh for those days when all of the drama in my life was nothing compared to the guys on 90210 and I spent my week looking forward to Friday nights to catch the next episode.

I absolutely LOVED this show. My friends and I would get together every Wednesday night and watch this and then Melrose. We would even sit and try to think about how incestuous the characters were and who had kissed who and who had slept with who!! 90210 ahhh i loved that show, i watched it everytime and anytime it was on and I still do. That show brings me back to the days where i was in highschool and had no real worries in life, just basically going to school, working part time and then watching 90210 and if i couldnt be there to watch it, i would have it taped. But it was definitely my comfort show. Im in my 30’s now and I still watch the reruns and I know my friends watch it too, they just don’t admit it!!!

I loved BH 12…that is what my friends and I use to call it. BH=Beverly Hill and 12= all the numbers added up. It was just a easy way to say it without saying Beverly Hill 90210. I watched it every week all seasons! I grew up with all the cast of the show I even graduated from high school when they did in 1993. Class of 1993 -woo-hoo! I would love to have it in my DVD collection so please pick me!

Beverly Hills 9010 was my favorite show growing up. To this day I miss it so much. I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE to have the dvd.
I still have a 90210 night shirt with Luke Perry on it and I STILL wear it. You’d think it would be falling apart by now but it’s in really good shape! Love this series and I love to have the DVD!

honestly, after shannen doherty left the show, it wasn’t the same…(regardless, if you liked brenda or not)she was the one character that was more interesting than the others, the show went down hill from there. i still watch the re-runs, because it brings good memories. it reminds me of the 90s…which i miss
