Angelina Jolie’s Inside ‘Vogue’ Pictures
New samples of Angelina Jolie’s photo spread in Vogue Magazine January 2007 have surfaced. Black, white, and loving it!
In the upcoming issue of Vogue, Angelina gushes in working with Brad Pitt: “Whether it was gun protection or dance class — we just found a lot of joy in it together.” Can’t wait for more!

Ugh. Lost my post. I hate when that happens…anyway…catching up:
1) Sh*tzygal is on her meds today! Praise be to Jeebus. It’s so fun to not have to deal with her ‘Michael Richards/Faniston’ alter-ego, and she actually makes sense in some posts. I would like us to all chip in and get Sh*tzy one of those continuous drips for her meds (you know like B.B. King advertises for his diabetes) — when she’s feeling particularly racist, or nasty in general - she’ll just press a button and get her hit, and we’ll all be the better off for it. :-D
2) Thanks for posting the Babs Walters youtube link NaNa! This is IT. This is the interview that turned me from saying WTF? and shaking my head at Angelina sometimes, to being a bonafide fan, and in her corner. I didn’t know her before this interview, had only read other’s perceptions ABOUT her - when I cared to. I knew she was a force to be reckoned with, acting wise - but I also thought she was a young woman who was lost. But after THIS interview, and hearing her truthfulness — I was completely turned around, it was so eloquent, intelligent, straightforward, honest and poignant - it was UNIQUE….anyone watching couldn’t help but be on her side after seeing it. It’s kind of the way in which DrewBarrymore turned me around also…I used to think she was a messed up desperate girl, until she actually started talking about what she was and what she had been through - both Angie and she, have big hearts and are all exposed nerves, sensitive people….they want authentic love in their lives. No big mystery why they admire each other and are friends. I have a feeling a LOT of people in Hollywood, industry folks saw this Babs Walter interview of AJ, and just immediately reevaluated her and also were rooting for her. People in the business that know her, know how righteous, and true, and fierce she is - they also know she is undeserving of the b.s. that’s come her way. Which is why, in my opinion, she is toast. Another sit-com awaits - and I hope it sucks. Isn’t it funny, how those people that dared f**k with two good people, are miserable (Maniston) and/or not so hot (Paltrow). People used to always talk about ‘Karma’ with these two, and how it would be visited upon them or something…but I would suggest you take a look around and see who’s really getting a beat down w/ the karma….says a LOT about who’s sh* was not correct to begin with, don’t you think?
3) OMG…if that’s true that ‘Brangelina’ is #1 on Babs upcoming special that has GOT to kill Oprah even more. Ahahahahahaha!! O’s MENTOR has embraced what she has disdained. O let her own ‘loser girl faniston side’ dominate on this one and now she’s totally screwed. She’s had the tv sit-com hack on, 3 TIMES in one year, talking about nothing — that is, when she even TALKED and didn’t give monosyllabic one word tight-lipped answers. Oprah allowed her audience to project ONTO Maniston, to make it seem like she was going to have an interesting interview about BP, about her divorce, about Vaughn - but everytime out the box, Oprah got JIPPED…Maniston gave up NOTHING…just sat their in silence and let the mini-van crowd fan. But the mini-van crowd has TURNED. They seem to have finally awakened and said, this b**ch has got NO GAME, why am I watching this, and WHY does Oprah care. It was all RESIDUAL PITT-ness people…that’s ALL it was…Oprah got fooled into thinking Maniston has some magic of her own. She does not, never did. …and you know what??? People are realizing that for Brad to have even TRIED to gamble on a life with that woman, just makes HIM all the more unsuperficial, REAL and compassionate. As not even Tate Donovan, struggling actor, and by all accounts a nice guy - wanted to be bothered with her @ss. Brad isnow seen as even MORE of a saint to have stayed with the B* as long as he did. He is seen as the one who TRIED….she is seen as not only a BORING tv sit-com HACK…but also as PRETTY D’mned STUPID to have lost her good ‘thang.’ So while Oprah was mewing over the poor tv actress, trying to whip up sympathy. The Queen, Babs Walters and the rest of the world kept up their fascination with ‘Brangelina’ watching them ROCK the whole entire world. …and now, Babs got them featured on her show, and on her talkshow, Oprah is now stuck with a curtain of bleached hair that doesn’t do much of anything, even talk! Ahahahahahahahaha!!!

Um, please tell me she didn’t say that. I should think Brad wasn’t looking because he was married. But what exactly is she saying here–that she was the reason he left his wife?
I always thought that neither would refer to the initial attraction because the timing is surely murky and it only serves to make people think of Aniston.

I don’t think that is what she is saying at all. Of course the statement is taken out of context for the blurb of the picture so we would first have to read the article to see it what context the statement was given but I would think she might be saying that she had come to terms that a relationship was not for her and it would just be her and her children, how many she decided to adopt. Brad just newly seperated and entering a divorce situation was also not be looking for a realtionship. But that is when you usually find thing when you are not looking. I would think that is what she met by her statement.

If that quote is accurate, Angelina means Brad having ENDED such a high profile relationship, literally did not plan on starting another — BUT HE COULDN’T HELP IT…LOVE CANNOT BE DENIED….same FOR ANGELINA. What happened though, HAPPENED - they ignored their heads and went with their hearts and intuition, they did not want to wait any longer. (Brad said it to Innaritu, his Babel director…”He didn’t want to hurt Jennifer who he had great affection for, but Angelina makes it crazy.”)
To me, that quote speaks of Brad possibly having tried to agree not to date or engage in a public relationship so soon post divorce filing. This was done, because Brad is a gentleman, he knew the divorce was occurring because he wanted it too - and he was sorry. Maniston knows the kind of man Brad is (i.e., a GOOD ONE) so she THOUGHT she had him by the balls and could guilt-trip him out forever!
So, Brad most likely agreed to some type of loose time frame out of guilt, so that Maniston could ’save face’ as it were (much like she’s doing NOW with VV, the poor fat sap) — remember Sh*tzy, Maniston has already stated that her and Brad’s relationship was toast in the summer of ‘04…
….so what we’re talking about then is not any improprieties that would have occurred while they were married - everyone that knows Brad KNOWS that Brad didn’t cheat.
We are talking about the fact that Brad and Angelina got together so quickly in the public eye (see Kenya pics) POST Maniston’s filing for divorce.
It’s all there. Read between the lines woman! Why do you think Maniston actually said the following….
“I WAS SHOCKED. THE WORLD WAS SHOCKED.” (on seeing the April Kenya pics)
She said it because she didn’t KNOW. Brad was indeed TRYING to stick to plan, and at some point, said F*** IT!! (Huuuuraaaaayy!!)
Well, dumb **** Maniston was “shocked,” because in her small mind, Brad was humiliating her post split/divorce filing, by hooking up with Angelina Jolie so quickly. Brad knew how she’d see it - which is why he said what he did to his Babel director.
THAT is also why she holds a grudge to THIS day, and it’s why she SMEARED HIS CHARACTER IN VANITY FAIR - it’s all because of what she THINKS it makes her ‘look like,’ (a DUMPEE) to OTHERS, not because of what it ACTUALLY is: That SHE was a woman who admitted her marriage was TOAST way back in the summer of 04, and who had already gone through a 6 month ‘unofficial’ separation.
Now, Brad and Man, chose for whatever reason to shore up a facade - and PLAY like their marriage had NOT been miserable for the previous 2+ years…which meant 40 year old Brad if he had played by Maniston’s rules, not only would have to pretend that the previous two miserable empty years (possibly more) were just SWELL, but…he would have had to continue that LIE for at least another year post the divorce filing in March of 2005!!
That means Brad’s LIFE would have been put ‘ON HOLD’ a total of 4 YEARS!!!!
That means, if he had danced to Maniston’s tune, would have been waiting til’ the SPRING of *THIS* YEAR, before she possibly would have consented to Brad conducting another high-profile relationship (let’s face it, he’s ‘Brad Pitt’ they are all gonna be HIGH PROFILE - if he had hooked up with ME, it would be ‘high profile..lolol).
Brad said EFF IT, Angelina said EFF IT, MADDOX said EFF IT…we are already a family, we are in love, and we WILL be together. Brad wasn’t waiting, Zee wasn’t waiting and Shiloh wasn’t waiting either. LOLOL
..and that is the REAL DEAL, I know it as sure as I’m standing here — would bet the farm on it.
That is what Angelina means. She means they would not be denied. Read Innaritu’s words again.

Not all rich people are like Brad and Angie, so generous hearted. If all the rich people in this world donated a tenth of their wealth, there wont be sooo much poverty in the world. Rich keep getting richer and poor keep getting poorer. I have seen soo many children in India from slums eating from a dumpster along with the stray dogs. No, iam not exagurating! That’s why it’s so important to adopt from these countries because even if one child is helped, it’s worth it. I and my husband are seriously considering adopting a child when we go back to India. And Angie is my inspiration :). She’s one hellava human being! Love her!!!

When cameras follow the actress Angelina Jolie, it’s not just down the red carpet. It’s often a very long way from Hollywood.
Two important roles have taken Jolie around the world — her roles as U.N. goodwill ambassador, and as mother of her son, Maddox, and new daughter, Zahara.
“They’re the greatest little people I’ve ever met, and they give me so much joy,” Jolie said.
Both of Jolie’s children are adopted. Maddox came from Cambodia four years ago, and Zahara came from from Ethiopia, where her little body fought to stay alive in a world of hunger and desperation.
“She had a choice of life or death — because some children that were in a very similar situation to her passed away at that time, [kids] who didn’t get out in time,” Jolie said.
Jolie managed to get Zahara out at six moths old. She was one of the lucky ones.
“A child dies, I think the stats are, every three seconds in Africa from completely preventable diseases, for the most part,” said Sarah Mraz, director of child programs at Wide Horizons for Children, a private, non-profit adoption and child welfare agency in Waltham, Mass., that places children from 10 countries, including the United States, with U.S. families.
“The reason these children are placed with international families is because they cannot be cared for in their country of origin,” she added.
When Jolie arrived back in the U.S. from her last adoption trip, the cameras started clicking again. She and little Zahara graced the covers of numerous magazines, and the public took note.
“I remember being at the store and seeing Angelina on the cover of, I think it was People magazine,” said Ann-Charles Watt, “and I said, ‘Oh my gosh! We can do this.’ ”
Watt and her husband, Jason Hillard, residents of Athens, Ohio, wanted to adopt a child. When they saw Jolie on that magazine cover with her adopted daughter, their decision to raise a child from Ethiopia was clear.
“In the grand scheme of things, she changed our lives,” Watt said. “It’s kind of hilarious to think of, but yeah, Angelina Jolie probably brought us an African child.”
Interest in Ethiopia Doubles
Americans have been adopting from around the globe for many years. The highest adoption numbers in 2004 came from China, Russia and Guatemala. Ethiopia’s number is much lower. Some say it’s because of lack of awareness.
But that seems to be changing. Since Jolie adopted Zahara, international adoption agencies in the United States say inquiries about Ethiopian babies have doubled.
“Anyone similar to Ms. Jolie in celebrity status does bring increased media attention, and does increase interest for other parents to come forward and help these children,” said Mraz.
As for the Watt and Hillard, they should hear in the next six months if they will make the trip to Ethiopia to pick up their new baby.
“It feels like we are reaching out in a way,” Hillard said. “We’re inviting a whole new geneology to our family line. We invite culture and diversity into our family and those are the things that inspired me to adopt.”
Jolie hopes more people follow in her footsteps and discover the rewards of saving a child who might not otherwise live to see a first birthday.
“It makes me very happy,” Jolie said. “And also [it makes me happy] for the parents, ’cause they’re going to be lucky … with those babies ’cause they’re amazing.”
I don’t give a damn if some people say she only buys children as accessories which I really don’t believe. This is causing inspiration in many people to adopt internationally and give these children a home. In the end no matter what her reasons are for adopting it still serves as a good deed to millions who are inspired by it to adopt.

I just had dinner with my son and I was talking to him about someone here saying something about a santamonious attitude and my son said to me about a generational gap concerning tats and if that who AJ is ,tats and all its probably my attitude because of an age difference.. so I accept his opnion, and I stand corrected.. but I still feel what you do with as a mother does reflect on your children..again just my feeling
