Moviegoers Avoid Angelina Jolie?

before I get back to hitting the books, just wanted to thank jared and audrey for all their hard work.

I could not sleep…watching the movie ” Frequency” on the Scifi channel…anyhow just want to check to see what is all the hoopla is in here today.

This is getting out of control here, this is just a blogg that JJ ( bless you JJ for all the wonderful threads) post for all of us to enjoy. So debate, disagree or agree, but please never attack the hand that feed your thirst/hunger for all things BAMZ?

Please Ladies, you have to see the intention of this thread, it is just to show how ridiculous the poll is. I mean come on 108 people do not represent the billions of people in this worlds. These 108 people ( if they are really 108 people, not one person that vote 108 times, it could happend) are ” chump change” or ” pennies in the jar”. Please read JJ introduction again, he did stated that he has never heard of this poll and he answered his own title question ” Moviegoer avoid AJ?…NOT LIKELY. JJ also disagree with the poll.

Well…..just look at her past box-office record.

It´s the fact that she always seems so stuck up in all of her pics and interviews.
And let´s face it, the “normal” people who only see these pics and read this negative papers (and who don´t bother to decide if it is the truth or not—why should they?) have this image of her.

I know that she is very funny at some interviews…even shy- but we rarely see these things shown.

that doesn’t actually mean she’s stuck up if people portray her that way. Like you said, she can be funny and is shy……………………….so if people have their own warped up opinions, than that’s their effin messed sh^t that they need to take care off. It ain’t Angie’s problem!

I think Angie does not care much about cloths and fashion. You can see her wearing same cloths again and again. I think even the white coat is not hers but provided by S. Johns for the functions in NY. I like this about her – cloths are not important to her but she wears good and fancy ones when it is required of her as an actress, and doing wonderfully. Angie is gorgeous regardless what she wears.

About her treatment to fans, Angie is really great with her fans. When she goes to her premier she spends more than an hour to sign (people say Angie is one of the nicest actor/actress and spends so much time to sign and hug fans – you can see example in her MMS premier video we have in youtube). However, when she sees paparazzi, she does not smile. So if you just look at her pictures you might assume that she is a cold person. But she is actually so nice to people. Some actresses smiles at cameras so much but they do not spends time to sign and hug fans, and Angie is apposite she does not smile at cameras much but she spends more time with fans.

As for JJ’ format, this is his site and I think he is quite fair. But I understand Cliniqua. When I saw the title at first, I go “what”, and I thought why JJ put this as the title. But then I thought that we discussed this issue in our previous section so why not put it in as title. I like Cliniqua and her posts, and as someone said we are all BAMZS fans and we agree to disagree peacefully and intelligently unlike to some fans.

ugh——————–that´s exactly what I´m saying, but unfortunately it is important how actors come across in photos or whatever….because they need someone to watch their movies.

Like I said avarage people don´t give a damn about the small amount of people who call themself Angie fans.
They see a woman who looks like she´s in a bad mood most of the time, and that´s it!
They won´t go looking for a deeper meaning or for the cause of her distress…..they just see it like this:

Angelina Jolie= foul mood= no fun to watch

So she really needs a better agent or whatever.

I don’t understand what kind of organisation the Gallup is, but I fond it very unreliable. Angie has an Oscar and the other awards which are highly respected by all. So???? The results are quite strange. We go on and watch her movies, the rest I really do not care at all.

BABEL DVD pirated copy is already available for sale in MANILA, PHILIPPINES. I guess other Asian cities may have the pirated DVD copy as well.

BABEL has not been shown yet in any Asian city, but by the time it hits Asian cities many people may have already bought a pirated copy and would not care to watch it in the theaters.

You do not know Angie and you do not even try to find about her but just assume and make conclusion by just watching pictures.
1. Just look at her premier video
2. listen to people who went to her premiers
3. there was a article about actors/actresses – who is actually nicer to people?

Every one of them says that Angie is so nice to her fans and appreciates fans. She even hugs her fans. When people ask her to sign, she always signs not like some actresses who pretend to be nice but actually spends more time for camera than her fans. It is ok if you do not like Angie but do not say something if you do not know the fact.
