Good morning BAMZS fans.

Today’s the day, we get to see Angelina the Star. She wears so many hats, quite beautifully I might add.

We shouldn’t spend so much energy being defensive. We are out of the weeds as far as the negativity goes. There was a time when we as fans took a beating, but those days are finally behind us. We’ve stood firm in our support for them in the dark days and now the sun is shining on them.

As we see from Apocolypto’s showing at the box office, a celebrity’s personal life has nothing to do with filling the seats in a theater. The are so many other factors in the equation. Some movies are blockbusters with bad actors, directors and plots.
Brad and Angelina don’t concern themselves with that kind of mentality, we shouldn’t either. They make money at everything they do, and then they give to the ones in most desperate need.

The haters will interpret everything they do in a negative way. We shouldn’t get torn up by these things. They are the most popular couple in the world.

Those that maligned them two years ago, now applaud them. Those that felt pity for “the woman scorned” now realize that they were duped. Only her most zealous die-hard fans don’t acknowledge her duplicity.

Brad and Angelina have so much to be grateful for and so do we.

When are people going to realize that we come in all shapes and sizes, and just because one is leaner than others doesn’t mean they aren’t eating just as normal as anyone else. This idea that thinness equates to not eating is wrong. She doesn’t stuff, and from the few things that have filtered out about her eating habits, she eats very much as the French which is small meals, smaller portions of, and no snacking in between. She’s an active person, and apparently someone with a high metabolism at this period in her life. She’s been heavier, but she’s never not been slender, and I doubt she will ever be NOT slender, but that should translate into her not eating imo.

Dropping by and saw so much drama over a pointless poll. Yes, pointless. The Gallup poll is well-respected, but numbers and statistics deserve more than simple absolute number interpretation. 18% no matter how one spins it is nothing. Why?

Please watch the video and you will see why Angie does not smile when she sees paps. We only see pictures usually so we do not know what is going on. If you watch the video, you will see that the paps also say things to BAMZS. One of the guy kept on saying ‘Angelina, we love you baby’. This is not quite ugly but I think some paps has fascination with Angie and might say sexual things to Angie, so this is why Angie walks behind of Brad and she does have no facial expression when she sees paps.

I like the way you put that!

When my father hooked up with his younger woman he was not to long back from Vietnam. He picked up a nasty drug habit while he was there and it was nutured with his younger wife. I remember clearly the day that I went to fill in the family tree section of a baby book for my first child and I realized that my child would never know his maternal grandfather and I was saddened. It was also around this time that I decided to slow down my bad girl persona out of respect for my first born and any others there after. When I had my second child I starting filling out her baby book and for some reason the family tree part bothered me. I went in the closet and pulled out my son’s and noticed that I never did put a name for maternal grandfather. I was ashamed of myself. I told myself in high school that I had forgiven him but I stayed away. I decided to write my father a note and explain to him that although I had forgiven him that if he continued to use than I would have to keep my children away. (I rationalized that it was better for them not to know him at all than to know that he was on drugs.) I am happy to say that my father is clean and has been for many years. He says that it was the thought of never knowing my children who would learn forgiveness from me that is what pushed him to get clean and make drastic changes in his life.

Don’t mean to give everyone a long story just decided that maybe a little insight as to my personal experience would help to understand my stance. Maybe God will reveal a way to mend their problems before anyyone has to live with a “if only I would have…”.

I love working abroad, and I love being with my kids and I love being with Brad,” Jolie, 31, said Friday at a press event for her movie The Good Shepherd. “I’d like to add many more children and many more obstacles and many more things to my life.”

Asked if she’d ever again work with Pitt, with whom she costarred in last year’s Mr. and Mrs. Smith, she replied with a laugh: “Who’s going to watch the children?”

Indeed, she chooses her films with Maddox, 5, Zahara, 23 months, and Shiloh, 6 months, in mind. “I don’t think that I’ve shot for more than seven weeks on a movie in two years,” she said. “I need to make sure that I have time with my kids.”

And she makes every effort to give her children a normal life, despite her own fame. “I’ve made a point to not let it change the way that I live my life, other than I carefully plan my holidays or where we go or where we stay or things like that to try to ensure some kind of quality of life that is private and nice for the kids. But we simply don’t let it affect us.”

She does admit, though, that there are challenges: “I think that the only time that it is hard is when the kids want to go somewhere and want to see something. I’ve had so many people offer to take my children to Disneyland or places that I can’t take them. And they don’t understand how upsetting that is.

“People offered to take my kids trick or treating or take my kids to whatever – things that they assume my kids can’t do. So we plan to find ways to do all of those things. There are worse problems and so we’re okay.”

This Halloween, she said, “We were in India and so we had this really odd celebration at the hotel. We just had candy and costumes sent from the states and so we all dressed up. Z had a really big afro and Maddox had dreadlocks. We had some fun with dress-up.”

Princes Di had the same problem with her children. But when they got a little older I remember seeing pictures of them somewhere like Disneyland. Angelina is not 5′7. I know for a fact because I’ve seen her many a time in and around NYC. She’s barely 5′5. I’m 5′6 and she’s shorter then me. Plus, I think it’s pretty obvious by looking at her standing next to Brad when she has 2inch heels on she’s still really short. It’s pretty obvious to figure out.

ITA with you. Last year they were really taking it slow, they only showed up in public at the Muhammad Ali event, and they were very careful to show very little PDA. This year, they have really come out as a couple, going on a joint press conference (right after Shiloh’s birth) and then showing themselves handholding. But I am glad still no over the top PDA ala TomKat.

They have definitely moved on. However, all the Fanistons have not. Everything Brad and Angie did in their pasts made them who they are now. Their different paths brought these two people together and THEY HAVE A FAMILY TOGETHER which they never experienced before with someonelse. Having a child makes you eternal in time.

Well I do have to disagree here.

They were undoubtedly enthusiastic about there then partners *at the time* - but in retrospect both of them seem to have admitted to mistakes.

Brad, for instance, actually said he was ‘WRONG’ on Paltrow and that she was a ‘mistake.’ God only knows what he’d say about Maniston, who smeared him publicly (and the mother of his children) which is way worse than what Paltrow did.

Angelina also, has said of both BBT and JLM, that she realizes now, she “married her friends.”

I mean, that’s it in a nutshell. You can bring back however many quotes from the past you want (Brad’s ‘my angel,’ Angie’s ‘I’ll love him forever,’ etc.,) BOTTOMLINE it’s what they say now about it - and MORE importantly, it’s what is plainly obvious, they are in love and it’s for the long haul.

“We’ve got a long life ahead of us…” says Angelina.

It doesn’t get any plainer than that.

I wasn’t a fan of Brad before Angelina but I really like him in The Mexican so I recommend that. Warning though, not a lot of people liked the movie and it didn’t do well but I loved it. So funny! I thought Brad was so on as “Jerry”.

Angelina is no two-bit actress, she was Brad’s equal — remember how he stipulated that Nicole K’s replacement for M&MS must be of equal stature to him? The only other A-listers named to replace NK was Cate B, Catherine Z-J and Angie. No mention even of the Fraudiston. So she was her own person before she started dating Bradley.

I know everybody hated “Meet Joe Black” but I loved that movie — to me that was Brad at his handsomest. And when he and Claire Forlani were making love, his expression was to die for — oops, no pun intended! I don’t know if you’ll like it though, it’s quite long.

Oh, i see, the haters are in panic mode again. They just can’t stand to look at this beautiful family. Do you know what’s the difference between Angelina and Jen? Angelina is evolving, Jen is regressing. Plain and simple.
It’s strange that today Cliniqua is the main target of attacks. No problem, Cliniqua is good at defending herself, and we like her witty posts.

Dozens of paparazzi were crouched like lions outside the entrances and exits of a Manhattan hotel last Friday, and not because they’re big fans of Oscar-winning screenwriter Eric Roth and really wanted to take a snap of him. The more attractive half of ‘Brangelina’ is in town, on break from filming A Mighty Heart in India, and she made a late agreement to show up at the junket for her latest project, The Good Shepherd. The film, which is best described as ‘The WASP Godfather,’ originated with Francis Ford Coppola some years ago and tumbled through many levels of development hell before finally landing at the feet of Robert De Niro. It tells the story of the birth of the CIA through a tight-knit group of ambitious boys, including Matt Damon, who first meet at Yale and then continue their secret-handshake games throughout World War II and into the Cold War. Among other things, the film marks the return of Joe Pesci to the screen after an absence of eight years.

Thanks to the barely controlled chaos of the day and the various gossip columnists who muscled into the event after catching wind of you-know-who’s RSVP, Cinematical wasn’t able to drum up much time with the attendees, but we were still on hand for most of the day to watch De Niro, Roth, Damon and Jolie sweat it out under the hot lights for the sake of their pet project. Here is a sampling of what went on:

Cinematical: Can you give an update on Atlas Shrugged? What sparked your interest in developing it? “I think it’s a wonderful book. I’m a fan of her writing. I think it’s an amazing project. It’s, in many ways, a controversial and complicated project and I think it needs to be done right. There’s been a lot of talk as to how that can be and ‘what are the important reasons for making it?’ There’s a lot of really great people involved. It’s being written now, and we’ll see as the script comes out, how close we are. Then we’ll know how close we are to possibly making it. Everybody involved, the producers involved, we all sat down around a table and we all agreed that if we couldn’t do it right, if we couldn’t do it justice, if along the way any one piece didn’t come together like the right director or the right script, then we would all just fold it and not do it. So that’s where we’re at right now. We’re taking it step by step, and we’re going to make damn sure that it’s done right.”

Cinematical: What are the ‘important reasons’ you referred to? “I think it’s too complicated to get into, because I think the discussion about that project, the misconceptions about her [Ayn Rand], different interpretations of her, that script … it is a huge subject. So I’d be tentative about speaking lightly about it.”

Non-Cinematical Question: Have you ever been made aware of any CIA activity in developing countries during your humanitarian work? “I’ve never been aware of something specific, but I’ve witnessed our foreign policy and I’ve witnessed the change in the perception of America’s foreign policy in the last few years. Every trip I take in the field has been different because of the changes we’ve made. I’m sure the CIA has had a hand in that. What changes are you referring to? Well, to be completely honest, about five years ago when I started traveling and I would say I was American, everyone was very, very excited and they thought it was the greatest thing in the world, the greatest place in the world. Now you feel cautious. You feel that people are not so joyful about that. They question my country or they say things like ‘Oh, it’s extraordinary that you’re here, because you’re American.’ And that’s not true to the American people. The American people are very caring, generous people. That’s been proven with the work every individual household has done, the charity they do, and who we are as a people. But it’s not what our government has represented in the last few years, so it’s been difficult to go to places abroad and see that. I think we all know exactly what I’m saying.”

Non-Cinematical Question: Bob De Niro and Matt Damon both met with lots of CIA people in preparation for this role. Did you research by meeting with CIA families? “I didn’t, because most of the people they could talk to were men in the CIA. Women like Clover were absent, or quieted, or moved to Arizona. It was almost impossible to talk to the women, and I think the reality is that the women knew so little. There would be very little to talk about. So my choice was almost to really talk to nobody, understand nothing, and be trapped in this world. Sometimes De Niro’s character would come in and I hadn’t focused on exactly who he was in the script and exactly what he did. I didn’t do my research on it, so he walked in and I really wasn’t sure who he was. That was kind of how I stayed in the dark.”

Non-Cinematical Question: Do you want to work with Brad Pitt again? “Who’s going to watch the children?”

Non-Cinematical Question: Talk about how you connected with the character. What was it about her that you identified with? “I think that kind of ‘feeling alone’. I haven’t necessarily felt that in a marriage, per say, but in my life. She’s surrounded by a lot of people with a lot of secrets. A lot of quiet, a lot of people just ‘accepting’. As much as she’s broken, she’s also the only person who is desperate to scream out and try to get some reaction, something honest. I’ve found that in my life a lot. And it would break me, I would start drinking or something terrible, if I was in a situation where I was surrounded by lies or secrets or quiet, and just not a real life.”

Non-Cinematical Question: Do you think a certain amount of deception or self-deception is necessary in a relationship? “No, I think quite the opposite is the only thing that works. I don’t want to spend my life having to pretend to be someone else. And I don’t want the person next to me to have to pretend, ever, because we’ve got a long life ahead of us. You want to just be able to be who you are in every moment, and that’s the only way you’ll ever be truly happy, anyway.”

Non-Cinematical Question: Are you still interested in Sin City 2? “Yeah, we’ve talked about it and I read the comic. I don’t think the film is being made at this point, so when it’s actually going to be, then I’m sure we’ll talk about it. It was a funny thing because the idea came to me when I was pregnant. It was this idea that ‘I’ve been Clover and depressed and quiet’ and now I’m maternal and pregnant, and here was this idea of….sexy, violent and loud. I thought, ‘after I’m pregnant, maybe that will be nice to do’. It didn’t come at that time, but we’re still talking about it. I have no idea when it might go, and if I’ll have time when it does, but I think it’s a very interesting project, and I like the comics and I love him as a director, so it’s a possibility. A strong possibility.”

Non-Cinematical Question: How did you feel about seeing yourself in age make-up in the film? “Well, my mom is aging gracefully, so if I’m anything like my mother….she’s lovely. I love age on a face. I know that in this business, there’s not a lot of leverage for the way people have an opinion on how people should look, but I personally love it. I love to age in movies. I love to see my face old and in different ways. I actually feel there’s something very comforting about feeling yourself as an older woman. You know that when you get to that point, you’re going to have earned so many different things and be rooted in so many different ways. There’s a kind of comfort to it. Clover was a little different. I hopefully will not break apart as she did. We had these big yellow contacts and yellow teeth. I had ‘alcohol age’ if you look closely. A lot of broken capillaries and a lot of yellow.”
