OlderBrad, Angelina & Kids in Cambodia
UK’s Hello Magazine have exclusive pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s family photo album from their recent stay in Cambodia. Big brother Maddox, 5, is from Cambodia and this was his first trip there. Also pictured: Sisters Zahara, almost 2, and Shiloh, 7 months.
Mommy Angelina said, “It’s an absolute joy to be in Cambodia. Cambodians are incredibly resilient survivors — they have overcome so much. After many trips over the years, this is the first time Maddox has really understood this is his country. He enjoys his home, is comfortable there, and recognizes himself with (?) the people, which is a wonderful thing to see.”
Daddy Brad commented, “It was incredibly moving to visit my son’s country.”
P.S. Other pictures of the happy family are floating around, but they will not be published here. They are absolutely to die for though. Here are some descriptions of what the other pictures are of:
- A close-up of baby Shiloh’s face (gorgeous portrait, especially Shiloh’s beautiful eyes, eyelashes, and full lips)
- Angelina carrying little Maddox, both of whom are staying at a sign warning of danger of landmines
- Maddox shaking the hand of a military ranger, who was enlisted to protect wildlife
- Brad carrying Maddox on his shoulders
- Angelina laughing with one of the children at a school funded by the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Project (MJP), one of her humanitarian programs
- Brad holding Cambodian school children in his arms and smiling
- Brad and Angelina walking along a dirt road, Maddox seen running ahead of them
Added Angelina: “This project (MJP) is very close to my heart. The people have taught me so much. I’ve been quiet about this for over four years but now I’m speaking out because we’ve learned so much and I think we’re on the right track.”

AG, I’m hoping that the post is either from a very young person or someone extremely naive. That kind of thinking scares the hell out of me. To place that kind of responsibility on someone else’s shoulders. It’s up to you to make me happy.
The old saying that happiness begins with ourselves and if we can’t make ourselves happy, then we can’t contribute to someone else’s happiness is so apt.
And people that put that on someone else always make their worse fears come true and that’s push the person they love out the door because they blame them. What happens when they’re gone and these people are left alone. Guess what? They’re still unhappy. And now they’re unhappy and alone.
Angelina said in 2004, she didn’t need Brad. There is a huge difference between want and need. She doesn’t need him, but she sure as hell wants him. No matter what happens between the two, Brad doesn’t define her or she him. They make their happiness. And because of that, they will always be fine.
It’s a good place to be to be able to look at someone and say, I love you and I want you in my life. You are not my happiness. I earned that all on my own. You’re my cherry on top.

The issue about why Jolie brought up the subject of Aniston is that she has opened the door to communication with JA and possibly resolving bad feelings but also in some ways encouraging JA to recognize her own failure in the demise of her marriage. On Jolie’s part it was a sophisticated and “adult” next step. Note she said that it would be up to JA to approach her. Firstly, so she does not impose herself onto someone who may not be “now or ever” ready to deal with the issues of why her marriage failed. Secondly, she put the control into JA’s hands which is what it should be. JA is the one who has been rejected and Jolie is saying JA will not be turned down if Aniston wants to approach her. The scenarios to follow would be that
1. Aniston would do good to improve her image by taking Jolie up on that offer and mend any confusion, bad feelings, gossip, misconceptions, she would improve her public image immensely and the media would lose interest in this triangle if that’s what she really wants 2. Aniston could refuse this offer to heal wounds but the question in everyone’s mind would be why would she refuse? if she didn’t, she would appear to be petty, hateful, unable to deal with her responsibility in her marriage, unsophisticated and come across as someone who wants to remain the victim, trapped in her own making. 3. AJ was very clear and public about a clarification into the relationship with BP, JA could deny this offer was ever made but in the eyes of the public and the media, she would be exposed as a fraud again. The ball is clearly in JA’s ballpark…the true test of graciousness and adult like behavior is at her feet…stay tuned. Very intelligent gesture by Jolie.
I am so not bringing Snoop to the site anymore.
