Brad, Angelina & Kids in Cambodia

I’m glad that Angelina said what she said about Aniston. The same person that interviewed Angelina, is the same one that interviewed Aniston for Vogue earlier this year. And while Aniston side stepped Brad and Angelina and allowed the interview and the interviewer to make them the pink elephant in the room, Angelina didn’t give him or her that kind of power.

She took it back and basically said, look, whatever Aniston and I have to say to each other, I’m going to do it to her face and not in the press. I’ve got no problem looking her in the eye. It’s a move that Aniston refused to make and Angelina just check mated her.

You don’t go at us in the press like you have, you be a big enough person and do it face to face. If you can’t do that, than you’ve got no business talking about us at all.

Adult. Yeah, Angelina has shown she’s always been more mature than Aniston in just about everything.

50% of all marriages end in divorce. 75% of 2nd marriages end in divorce. 30% of all married men who cheat, cheat with other men. With all that, why so much fuss over Brad and Jen`s divorce? They were married, they were happy, they became unhappy, they divorced. Brad moved on with Angie. Jen moved on with Vince. Things have worked out great for Brad and Angie. Not so great for Jen and Vince. How is the divorce a humiliation for Jen?

Ok, she’s made her desires and wishes known to us for quite awhile. What kind of life she wanted, how she wanted to live, the work, the things she wanted to try etc. Pretty much an open book right? She’s talking about she and Brad wanting very VERY similar things, and so I’m now wondering if he never felt until Angelina anyone would understand those desires and so never devulged them? She’s so emphatic about their joint realization that it’s making me wonder if the guy he ever let any of the others in on it and found no takers, or if he pushed it down, and Angelina awakened it.

Not the usual predictable interview you will read from other stars who always wants to get sympathy to the point of being ridiculous. Man, I just watched that - thanks avalon. She looks gorgeous. I hope Larry didn’t obsess over Ange and just ignore Matt and Bob for the rest of the show. Hopefully he got off of her, and on to them…I half expected Matt and Bob to start talking amongst themselves. Angie looked like she was just tolerating LK’s questions, as they were the usual fare…’are you getting married?’ I mean, come on! WTF! You know his interns did the research, he had Trump on their blabbing his version of it..he knows what they said…AJ seemed to be containing herself, answering his questions politely but looking at him like, come on…dude,please - the movie? Hello? lol

I loved her answer about ‘hopefully this will be as bad as it gets,’ the razzi’s and the kids and the taking of pics, and how it might affect them…she was talking about in answer to whatever he had asked…but then she said something along the order of, as they grow up, and get to be teenagers, they’ll see their parents doing other things besides ‘this’…..anyway, I say all that to say….

….it was another great instance of she and/or Brad speaking to permanency, and being together for the long haul, as she talked about their family unit, and them together down the road when the kids were grown, or getting to be young adults. It was as if she sees Brad and herself really accomplishing more in this life other than movies.

I swear, the woman…or the man…could get to the UN one day, or something equally important. LOL :-)

It is time for Angelina to speak and tell her (their) side of the story, because Brad is fully aware of whatever she says in Vogue. She is to be admired as she speaks for herself unlike certain people who use others to do their underhanded dirty character destroying missions. The parts of the article that have been printed clearly describe an intense almost immediate totally surprising attraction on the part of both individuals that evolved into a deep friendship and then much much more, the much more clearly after both Brad and Angelina did some soul searching and evaluations and made some far reaching total and serious changes in their lives. Neither of them appear to be people who just jump from one thing to another without throughly thinking about the consequences.

Neither one appears to be people who want to intentionally hurt others if at all possible, as they both appear to have been wounded by others with whom they were in serious relationships and emerged as fragile and somewhat mistrustful of love. They both found safe harbors, Angelina as a mom, and Brad with a “best friend” who described him as her “best bud”. So when they decided to make the leap and be together come what may, they must envision being together for the long haul.

Angelina said in the interview with AC in Namibia that “people do not know Brad”. Brad said to DS that Angelina was misunderstood, misperceived. See how well they know one another. Notice also that neither has ever said that they won’t ever marry, just that marriage is not at the top of their to do list right now. Brad even said at the Babel foreign press conference in LA that they are just as “dedicated” to each other as married folks are in response to the ever asked marriage question.

Brad was totally protective of Angelina at TGS yesterday. He has now put everyone on notice that “don’t mess with my Angie”. He is like a proud possessive hawk keeping watch over her. Angelina said in one of her interviews that she was so happy to have him there to hold her hand and support her, and her expressive eyes followed his every move. He and she both smiled and grinned and held on to each other for all to see that they are for real, no fake excessive over the top slobbering PDAs for them. Only the truly blind/delusional fail/refuse to see the total love and bond existing between these two at this time. They act as if they would walk through fire to be together with each other and their kids.

Okay…I’m getting through some of the post and one thing I can’t get out of my head…ya know I love them, write fanfics about them and all but help me out with this one.

Months ago, either on this thread or a private thread/blog (with dolphingirl, diana, elena, cindy2, etc.) , we were discussing emotionally cheating…big discussion, we all opened up about our family and life as we are living it now. So my question, does it sound like they emotionally cheated during filming or is she saying after everything wrapped up that’s when the feelings REALLY surfaced. You can’t really tell with excerpts here and there and it’s not in order as she probably discussed…answered my own question kind of…just wait for Vogue…then ask the question.
