OlderAngelina Jolie on ‘Larry King’
Angelina Jolie will be on Larry King Live this Monday with The Good Shepherd co-star Matt Damon and director Robert De Niro. Here’s a little preview:
Larry King:: Are you gonna get married?
Angelina Jolie :: No…
LK :: I wish you lots of luck. Someone said you’re planning a Christmas wedding in South Africa.
AJ :: [giggles] No… but thank you for your support if I was. But I’m not.LK :: You sold the pictures of your baby, right?
AJ :: We did for charity, yes.
LK :: Oh, it went to charity? And the money?
AJ :: Yeah. [The paparazzi] were gonna get that picture. They’re gonna get pictures of my kids unfortunately no matter what we do, so we chose to control it and give the money to charity and not paparazzi.
Angelina also addressed how Brad and she will handle raising kids as movie stars: “As we get older, maybe we’ll do less films. We’ll be less focused on [films] as our children hit their early teens or at times when it’s really, really on them. So this hopefully is as bad as it’s going to get for us. And we don’t raise our kids in Hollywood. They don’t go to sets every day. They travel the world and do many, many other things. So hopefully they don’t think this is just what their parents do for a living. They know many other things about who we are. … They’re restricted by they have a lot of other blessings. And like every parent, you just do the best you can with whichever situation you have.”

Kmillz,thanks for the info.I’m done talking about this interview until I have read the WHOLE interview.What I don’t understand is why is the divorce so different they any other?Why can’t certain people move on 2 years later?

It’s quite simple lou, fanistons and their idol don’t WANT to move on. They want to keep blaming Brad and Angie for EVERYTHING. 10 years from now when Aniston get’s a facelift, they’ll be blaming B&A for it! LOL! No responsibility!

Actually, Woody went on the record saying that he was not the adoptive father of Mia’s kids. Unfortunately for Mia, she either didn’t know or accept his assessment of his involvement with her adopted children. I think that there was one adopted child that he claimed, Satchel, and there was one biological child (I don’t remember his name). But since Brad has adopted Maddox and Zahara and is an active participant in their upbringing, your argument is lacking, which isn’t a surprise.

So what??? Well let me tell you that I know my friend almost 7 years. We have had many deep discussions and I have confined many things to him about my life and he have confined many things to me about his. This is something that happens between tow people that respect each other and have created a bond. Am I having an affair??

QQQQ: and I imagine he was more like saying: I want kids. Mad is so cute, I wish I were a father. I want many many kids, but the problem is that Jen has decided (just assuming) not to have any until….. and I don’t know if I can wait that long. :) Also, I like doing more things than just acting. And I like to travel to Africa, but Jen is only interested in Europe and the rich places, … etc. etc. :)
And, of course, there was this physical chemistry between the two obviously. So they clicked.

why did angie have to go there? why did she have to bring up the pitt dilemma and how they were just very, very good friends. she should have left it because it makes her look suspect. she recognizes he was with his best friend but she was willing to be a pair with him, get super close, and finally decide “to go there” when her son called him “Dad”. Has anyone thought that maybe the 3 year old was trying to say “Brad” ???!!!! And for the love of god, Angie, gain some weight. She looks like a joke of herself.

who said i wasn’t a fan. i WAS a fan. seriously. she just has done nothing to get me to be a fan again except be a sham. i actually do NOT like JA, but i am convinced that with how wasted AJ is getting, that a catfight would result in JA kicking her butt. the idea of a wrestling match used to be exciting but i’d be scared to see AJ in a bikini these days. . .skin hanging on bones.
The critics choice awards was annonced, Brad was not nominated for Babel, but the movie was nominated for best picture, and the two women were nominated for supporting actor….Lets hope for better results from the Golden Globes.

I just read Cindy Adams and I can’t believe it’s the same old crone who has been so nasty, so i guess people can change their tune. She has to be somewhat smart and discerning to survive writing a column FOR ALL THESE MANY YEARS, so I’m going to credit her turnaround to the realization that Brad and Angie will be in the limelight for many, many years–and the other one is headed for late night mini-blind commercials, a la Mariette Hartley.

I’ve heard that the movie is long, but, I will go to see it and make my own judgements. A long movie doesn’t put me off at all if it’s a good one. If I followed that logic then I’d never pick up a book to read!
