There have been very few Hollywood stars who have both great looks and a bigger than life authentic personality. Lauren Bacall, Catherine Hepburn, as someone posted above.

Angelina is one of them, and the most beautiful of all, possibly the most intelligent as well, and started making her mark very young.

I think Brad must have found Jesus, simply because he must feel the need to thank Someone up there, very often, for bringing him this gift of a woman. Same for Angie.

I can’t put my head around how they found each other and how they’re so well-matched-I can only think that they are really good people, and good Karma came to them. They will be together for ever.

LMAO Sad, I agree! I first thought of Oprah right off when she said that, although it’s clearly genius, because she’s putting everyone who ‘took sides’ and “exploited it” and those who continue to do so, in there as well. Notice when she tells you what the “good news” is, she leaves out the bad - my guess is ‘the bad news’ is that she thinks Maniston is an idiot. lolol It’s so cool how AJ is supporting everything the bamzs fans have been saying - how this ‘triangle,’ that Maniston started with that horrid VF piece, has essentially f**ked her over, as much, MORE SO actually, than Brad. The good news is they’re through the worst of it, the bad news is that it was all so unnecessary if she had supported Brad and honored what she claimed to have felt for him. I think from what is not said, that Maniston in the days/weeks following the VF piece and/or Oprah - may have apologized to Brad for it…in fact I’m almost certain of it….she claims to have spoken to him on Larry King (her “pleasant, DONE” remark) - realizing that she had created a monster she probably made sure he knew what she meant in the VF piece, and what she wished had not been said. I think that was Angelina being generous when she said they had come through none the worst for wear, and cared about each other. I think both she and Brad got an apology from Man.

A : You dont remember? Oh my God, it was a nightmare. She was hounded for almost 3 months after the adoption. I met her in July of 2005, when Zahara was sick, so I was very involved. The baby’s mother was dead, but a woman came forward and said, ” I’m the baby’s grandmother, and I want her back.” There was no grandmother; it was never proved. Angie suffered terribly.

And yet, she never went on interviews crying over her suffering. I love how she is tough, yet so vulnerable also. Sometimes people think she doesn’t suffer when certain things come up against her, but I think she does but just hates crying over it. I’m so glad she has Brad now to be with her and share with her the joys and struggles that life offers.

Hi anyone out there up to trying to sort this out for me (thanks santaluv for the work in typing this interview) Here’s the thing: The first quote kinda proves they were just having a really strong freindship - obviously there was something more there but not acted on.
“we were so used to not being together that when i was adopting Zahara and going through the follow-up home study, the woman said, ‘How long have you been together? And can you explain your relationship? And she’s obviously not a reporter. She’s just a woman doing her job. But we both got hysterical. We couldnt answer the questions. We were like two idiots. ‘What do you mean? Were not… We’ve never had a …’ We’re like two great friends, and if we talk seriously about the relationship, It just seems odd. I mean , on occassion we are obviously capable of being very adult with each other.”
Then comes this next part where Maddox called him dad during - it looks like before they picked up Zahara - so how could he become dad and they decide to be a family if they had never “been together” — do you follow. First quote is when they have Zahara and they are telling social worker they are not really a “couple” but this quote is saying they had decided to be a couple because of maddox and before Zahara. I am confused.

“He just out of the blue called him Dad,” she says. “It was amazing. We were playing with cars on the floor of a hotel room, and we both heard it and didn’t say anything and just looked at each other. And then we kind of let it go on and then he just continued to do it and that was it. So that was probably the most defining moment, when he decided that we would all be a family.” By this time Jolie had already set in motion the process of adopting another child, and even though it was her signature on Zahara’s adoption papers, “we both saw her picture in a file on the same day, and we both went to Ethiopia t see her, and we both had the same fear because she was sick at the time, and we both made the decision that no matter what, we were going to look after her.

Great point Janet. If that had been Maniston, she’d have gone directly to Oprah, do not pass Go, curled up on the couch, whined and cried.

Not that Maniston will ever in life even think about adopting a poor third world orphan.

So sad, I heard she got rejected from ‘24′ and is dating Carrot Top. Life is good for Jen. She still have her millions and dog. Why doesn’t have to live next to COX? Is Cox her mother?
