- best screenplay Guillermo Arriaga
- best original score Gustavo Santaolalla

For Brad Pitt, Will Smith, Clint Eastwood, Meryl Streep, Sacha Baron Cohen and the other Golden Globe nominees, Thursday morning’s news might have come before dawn, but it didn’t take long for the reality to set in.
Pitt, a supporting actor nominee in the dramatic category, said in a statement, “I am so pleased this morning to be nominated along with my fellow actors in Babel for a Golden Globe. I am very proud of this film and I congratulate Alejandro (Gonzalez I ñárritu, the film’s director), Rinko (Kikuchi), Adriana (Barraza) and Cate (Blanchett) as well. As a producer with Plan B, I’d also like to congratulate Annette Bening and all the nominees from The Departed.

For the people wishing AJ and BP would stay out of the spot light, get a reality check! For one, the media will never leave them alone because high profile celebs like these two are the ones that sell publications time and time again. If there was no demand there wouldn’t any supply.
As for the both of them looking a little underweight, do you haters (or whatever the hell you are - judge/ jury/ god/ satan/ all knowing) realise they have 3 kids, movies to work on, charitable actions to carry out, have a relationship with friends/ family/ kids/ each other/ industry types and the rest. Of course they’re going to look tired and in need of a sit down and some wholesome food in their stomachs! Yes, we all have to try to balance things in our lives, but come off it, we don’t have the lifestyles or commitments these people do.
Oh and I bet you (the nay sayers and haters) would analyze AJ’s and BP’s sh*t as well if pics of it were posted on here. Yeah I know you would. PEACE.

There is no way in hell that I’m going to allow anything that Scarborough and that In Touch writer say ruin my mood. People, we are talking about a guy (Scarborough) who made excuses for Jessica Simpson when she flubbed her performance at the Kennedy Center. He also said that Simpson was a good actress. ‘Nuff said.
As for this O’Neil guy from In Touch Weekly, well, I’m not going to let an insignificant member of the braintrust who were largely responsible for the ‘Team Aniston/ Team Jolie, Brad should’ve waited six months before hooking up with Angelina, meanwhile Aniston can creep around with Vince Vaughn in Chicago hotels for the whole of the summer; but then again, Brad should’ve told Jen that his baby with Angelina was on the way; no, wait, Brad should’ve told Maddox that Jen was his ex-wife instead of referring to her as ‘nobody’; no, wait, Brad should’ve accepted Jen’s call in the hours after Angelina gave birth…’ tomfoolery that has saturated the press for nearly two years.
Meanwhile, there was no in-depth discussion of Vince Vaughn, physically sharing a bed with a random stranger, confiding the inner workings of his relationship with Jen, to again, a random stranger, possibly before or after a pilgramage to a ping-pong show.

yes, i’m baking a HUGE cake. chocolate with kahlua buttercream icing. and of course the clones are going to be naked! can you imagine how much laundry i’d have to do if they jumped out of the cake fully clothed? besides…they don’t have much a wardrobe anyway…
