In related news, Angelina says she and Brad Pitt plan on having more kids — through adoption.
Angelina Jolie says she and boyfriend Brad Pitt want more children, and will likely adopt their next child to try to balance their “mixed-race family.”
“I want Mad (Maddox) to know that as our family grew and we all came together, we didn’t just start having children, biological children,” the 31-year-old actress said Thursday on ABC’s Good Morning America.
“Yes, we have Shiloh and it’s been a wonderful experience, but we want to find another brother or sister in the world for our family.”
She added: “I’m on the pill.”
Jolie said it’s important to balance how their children perceive their family.

December 15th, 2006 at 11:43 am - last time I’ll address one of the troll haters, but…you’re wrong, actors don’t EVER talk about their private lives UNLESS they have a movie to promote. You think Aniston did that Vanity Fair cover because she didn’t have anything to promote? That was ALL about her private life and she had 3 movies coming out around that time.
The public wants to know about their private lives…and they figure, the only reason they have to talk about it, to get people intrigued so they’ll go see their movies. This is not a new phenomena and Angie isn’t the only one who does it - EVERY SINGLE DAMN ACTOR IN HOLLYWOOD does it.

ITA, What nerve, what makes them think they can control what she has to say, they want to control when and if they can take THEIR own kids out and about, they want to control her weight, Brads hair, when and how they can have kids. Pleeease, this is Their life, and they are living it to the fullest, with no regrets, And they are on top of the world. How is it that the PR QUEEN FAKERSON can go to every magazine and cry on every talk show and it was ok. But when AJ talk about their FAMILY and RELATIONSHIP 2 yrs later it’s a problem? If the public didn’t care there wouldn’t be ANGIE’S PREGNANT ON EVERY TABLOID. She didn’t say it haters, all she did was respond to a question that was asked, but I guess you’re gonna believe what your’re gonna believe no matter how much TRUTH is shoved in your faces. Oh well BAMZS and their FANS will still be here and happy when u guys come around.
BP and AJ reminds me of another Hollywood love affair. Tracy and Hepburn. A true and longlasting love affair. The added joy of raising a family together is so romantic.

December 15th, 2006 at 11:49 am - so Angie doesn’t trust anyone fully…she said she doesn’t trust HER OWN MOTHER completely. Its not abnormal for a woman whose own father left the family at an early age. She said she trusts that Brad wouldn’t hurt her….and that they are in competition and that they’re growing and changing and that she’s LEARNING to trust is not an unhealthy thing, it is, in fact, probably the most healthy thing you can do in a relationship.
If you read between the lines of what Brad has said w/ regards to Aniston, not continuing to grow and change and learn together is probably a big part of why their coupling FAILED.
Angie isn’t any unhealthier or more abnormal than anyone else in the world, INCLUDING Jennifer Aniston. in fact, Angie is probably more so because at least she’s HONEST, OPEN, FORTHRIGHT, and CONSCIOUS of her trust issues.
Public figures do a lot to persuade our thoughts - alas, the history of politics and celebrities. . .
Revealing ones issues is a tool but it is dangerous because you are allowing everyone to believe that they have a piece of you. . .as if you are now in on their life, a best friend. . . you have to be careful with what you give because it is actually very little. So people grasp on to it and look for consistency. You know, people like Leo Di can have impact in his passions because he doesn’t have so much baggage with his personal life. He’s not constantly under scrutiny and he’s private. So when he has a cause, people listen. I’m not convinced people listen to Angie - I think they are too caught up in her appearance and her issues for them to hear her.

Don’t you share your opinions and beliefs all the time with people you meet in life? Do you then think they “have a piece of you” too?
Also you only need to open the dailies to hear of many people (even A-listers) who are now thinking of adopting because of her - so yes, lots of people do listen to her. Of course many others won’t, but hey that’s life, you win some/lose some.

Isn’t it funny how people come on here and have nothing intelligent to debate or say? How they continually bring up JA even though they supposedly don’t want to hear about her anymore? Isn’t it funny how an article is released and a blog is made, which is a chronological diary of people’s thoughts, and the only thoughts her “supposed” true fans have are regarding her sex appeal, their OWN fantasies of BP and AJ together, and how they “RAWK”?

She is open, lovely and herself like she’s always been. I admire her even more after reading this interview - they are living their lives the way they want. Wish them nothing but happiness! BTW, pictures are gorgeous - grey dress is my fav!
Did anybody else noticed in GMA inteview today when DS asked about Brad’s comment on marriage, and Angie loughed and looked at Matt and said - you should answer that, Matt said: I didn’t even know you guys were not married!lol
About promoting movie by disclosing private life (if there’s such a thing!). That could have worked for M&M Smith, since they were playing a married couple. But then, on the contrary, they refused to answer any media question about the two of them off screen. Here’s a movie about CIA and an agent with his ignored wife, she’s talking about her love and life with BP!

You need to go and re-read the last paragraph. The interviewer is saying by Angelina’s own actions in the way she greets Brad, is a complete contradiction to her own words about trust and hugging. In that moment with Brad, she’s doing both.
If you want a real slice of the game, how about you glance at what all the “TRUE FANS” are responding with and what they have to say. Then you can get an idea of the influence AJ gives to society. If she had some impact, then her fans maybe would be talking about Darfur or Unicef or the Cambodian Rainforest Dilemmas but instead they say things like “SHE’S SO HOT, THEY ARE SO IN LOVE, THEY ROCK!!!” My original intent was to say - no actually I don’t get any of that from the article. It was not impressive and she didn’t do anything to intrigue me. In fact, she disturbed me with her looks and thoughts.
Everyone is all atwitter: Brad is coming… Brad is coming. We are standing around, several hundred yards from the runway, when a craft comes into view. As Pitt lands their other plane, an eight-seat Cessna Caravan- the family minivan to Jolie’s sports car– we are all asked to stay put as Jolie, still in her white linen suit and heels, begins a long, dramatic walk alone to meet Pitt at his plane. As she gets closer, the propeller kicks up dust and she waves to him in the cockpit with one hand while holding her hair with the other. Suddenly, the door opens, stairs are lowered, and Pitt scurries down and nearly scoops her up. He hugs her tight and then reaches down and grabs her ass. As they walk back toward the group, talking and laughing the whole way, Jolie has wrapped an arm around Pitt’s torso, and she has her head on his chest, almost nestled into his armpit. It is the first time i notice how small and delicate she actually is. And then, as they get closer, I notice something else: Jolie had her other arm wrapped around him, too. She is holding on with both hands.

*sigh*……it must be LOVE! What better way to best describe their love:

The problem is that celebs are open to criticism from all sorts of people… we share our opinions and thoughts more discriminately, to people we like/know/know us, and they are easy targets for people who don’t like/they don’t know/don’t know them… and then the cycle of trying to justify, retain fans (for work purposes) - must be so tough… and people visciously tear them apart, with absolutely no idea of what they are about, without knowing them at all - here are two people who know each other and love each other, and love their kids… who appear to have very clear ideals and beliefs and who live their lives a lot better than a lot of us do, and yet who are still a target for “haters”, coz that’s all it comes down to in the end - people who need to hate to feel good - talk of issues? there are some, right there… so pot/kettle/black - wouldn’t you hate to be judged based on what you post here?! give them a break FGS…
I just read the whole article and I love this family even more. The funny thing is that you can tell that she is being honest, but of course haters are going to believe what they want to which is great because Angie herself said that she really doesnt give a damn.
She and her family is living the best live for them and no matter what people are going to talk *hit but thats not gonna stop them from doing what they want.
I couldnt imagine Brad being this happy, doing what he loves with X, and that divorce was the best thing that happend to the both of them. He is so happy and being himself.
This family should be an inspiration to others. Just do what you want, lead a great life, be happy and do not pay attention to all the negativity around you because at the end of the day its only you…haters may think they know it all but they have no idea.

ITA, especially when her candor was the main thing that attracted said fans to her, at least, that’s what they always proclaim.
It isn’t Angelina’s problem that these people can’t accept what she’s saying now, so they are laying it on our doorstep, as if we all have a secret Angelina phone to relay their disappointment to her.
