The edwin ones, including the “frustrating” ones and the soccer one is good to watch.

(CR)….. saved my evening….. Good Night All.

when LK starts off the interview calling the movie “Good Hunting”…it can only go downhill from there.

OH. realized i can now say ASS here. How about ****?

Original jpf - I always suspsected Angelina will give up acting pretty soon. She did say that she doesn’t know what the future holds but she does know that she will continue to travel, work on Refugees issues and have kids….do some acting here and there.

Angie does have impact on being an activist. Read this article from Forbes, June 06

http://www.forbes.com/businessinthebeltway/2006/06/14/celebrities-lobbyist-indecency-cz_ms_0614lobbyists.html

…………. But it underscores the success a new breed of celebrity lobbyist has been having in Washington. A growing number of performers are being taken seriously on lobbying issues unrelated to their profession.

Here are the five most notable celebrity lobbyists in the past year, according to Capitol Hill staffers, lobbyists and nonprofit officials who spoke to Forbes:

– Angelina Jolie’s crusade for the world’s less fortunate is moving Congress closer to committing 10% of total U.S. AIDS-relief funding for orphans under 18. Jolie, who D.C. insiders say was this past year’s “most effective activist” among movie stars, held private meetings with several powerful committee chairmen, including a testy one with staunch law-and-order conservative Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., about the legal rights of unaccompanied alien minors.

omg she mentioned “The Baby” on her own! wow. was beginning to wonder…

Gosh…I LOVE the LK commercial..if only to show how articulate and well-spoken Angie is and how LK is such an ASS of an interviewer.

NO no…not LK commercial, but the Larry King Show.

ITA….news media seems like intimidated by Angie during interview….PT summarize it all….Angie is not intimidated by anyone….she mingles with some ordinary people with extraordinary lives and powerful people….decision makers in this country and other countries….even powerful people in HW….so she was not intimidated at all during interviews….as a proof, the Showbiz tonight guy….he asks some thing that already everyone knows….that interview sucks and he also sucks like LK

i hope Charlie Rose is better though need to wait for 2 hours more….so to pass the time, i am watchin chitty chitty bang bang…

^^

She said on CR that she was blessed to be in a profession were she could slip away for a yr and know she could get a job. I think she’s only going to do a movie if it’s close to her in some ways (TGS, AMH, AS). No silly stuff just to make money or be in the spotlight.

happy birthday buddy brad!

wow was that painful, i was gonna wait for it @ 11pm, but now i’ll pass and read the transcript…..thanks to you all for watching and sharing, much appreciated….i wish anderson cooper did the interview instead even though he is all about hard news. even seacrest would hav done a better job, but the old **** wanted the whole world attention on him. archaic as well as vain.

much better interview than LK but CR is still a pretentious, lymie b a s t a r d!

—PT( Positive Thinking)— she is the first one that asked for my email, we were to keep AG in the dark… She came up with the first phone-fics and I jumped in and so did everyone else…That was soooo much fun….

guli, do you mean PT >> Passing Through ? TP >> is Think Positive. You mixed it.

guli, you are not going anywhere!

Well, just watched Charlie Rose and I thought it was a great interview. He didn’t focus on one individual at the expense of the others and his line of questions was really directed at the movie and their experiences filming it. Very good hour well spent. What a change in Angelina from the “dark” girl who hung on Billy Bob. She really shines. Matt Damon was intelligent and informative and Bob D was a bit pulled back but good all the same.

JJoy:

The Charlie Rose interview was excellent. All the interviewees were excellent and seem genuinely fond of each other. The questions were thought provoking without being personally invasive. Not a fluff piece like Diane Sawyer. Hope you enjoy too

I think he looks great for his age. He seems to mature more and more each year (in a good way)

Charlie Rose interview was excellent - he was very patient and supportive to Robert De Niro’s answers.

Matt was good as well - He was comfortable and ease, and very thoughtful. He said he wants to direct someday, that’s why he choose acting in films according to whoever is the director.

Angelina was of course very eloquent and confident. You noticed that she is wearing what appears to be an “eternity ring” in her fourth finger (right hand) - Married women tends to wear an eternity ring (I do, and most of my married friends). She looks beautiful….

Overall, very focused and thoughtful interview
