was she partying pantiless? hanging out with Hohan, Paris & Brit Brit? OMG! was she out wearing just the crown and banner?!! well, what kind of image does that portray of the United States of America? what will other nations think of a country full of girls gone wild? shameful. truly shameful.

on a less sarcastic note: she knew what she signed up for when she entered the contest. she also knew that she was up for a year of indentured servitude as an example of “all-american” no drinking, no smoking, no partying beauty and morals. but i guess since she’s trump’s next babymama, it’s all good.

LOL@ Out wearing just the crown and banner, too funny. I really could care less, I hate beauty pagents, I have not seen one since I do even remember. I don’t do fluff very well, And watching a pageant, would probably make me want to jump out of a window.

Anyone get the impression that the LK show only used Bobby and Matt and the movie as a way to get Jolie on to talk about her life? Bobby looked pissed a bit - as though he knew he was being used and was not impressed by the questions. LK made sure to ask him the same as Angie - about celebrity, kids. tabloids etc. but I think King only did that to be courteous to Bobby and not to seem obvious? Am I way off base with these observations?

there were a lot of question LK asked that came completely out of the blue. i’ll bet angie was thinking “what the hell have i got to do madonna’s family?” and she’s probably very aware that some members of the media *cough* lainey, would like to perpetuate a cold war between them. but as both women have said, they don’t really know each other. their connections are flimsy at best.

They were an opportunistic business merger. That’s all. They had a brief 3 year emotional connection and then realized it took more to maintain a healthy and successful marriage and relationship. After trying an addittional 3 year try, they took 1 more year to come to terms, inform their families and try to let the public down easy and then they ended their 7 year, childless union. One said “It just didn’t work out. We had a good ride while it lasted. I’ll always respect her. She wouldn’t hurt anyone.” Eventhough that is exactly what she did with her VF interview and the major “Pity Me Party” she threw herself. And what did the other say? “Woe is me. I don’t believe he cheated.” While insinuating the oppsite.

So basically “Piper” it was a business merger, tinted with “rebound” shades.

I agree. And add to it the fact that Angelina doesn’t criticize or critique other people’s choices.

I do think that she had to dispel the notion that she adopts on a whim. I mean, for a while, people like Glen Beck and Joe Scarborough deemed her the ‘trendsetter’ in terms of adopting an African baby, which was entirely unfair and quite frankly, a callous thing to say. People got away with having their say on her adoptions, her relationship with Brad, her sexuality, etc.; it’s high time she has her say.

When she was asked the question about Madonna there was a noticeable tightening to her body. As if she wanted to say, why did you ask that question?!!!!!!! I like the way she put out there that she does not know Madonna but she says that she was sure that Madonna was smart and knew what she was doing (or something like that). But I got that she does not have a care for Madonna and did not want to be forever linked to her either. I think she supports the whole concept of adoption but I just felt like there was something else there.

Or I was doing some major projecting…

…btw, what was it that I said I was putting on YG…I’ve put two letters up..one was to some grrlfriend writing for the Sun-Times with an attitude about AJ (the whole manstealer thing), the other was a similar article, a Betsy Hart…starting off trying to be objective, but then entitling the article ‘Brangelina doesn’t value vows.’ It was yet another attempt from an embittered jealous female to project onto Ange. I should check my e-mail to see if either of those b* got back to me. lolol
