Angelina Jolie Kills it at Kitson
Celebrity Babylon has some great pictures of Angelina Jolie shopping at Kitson in L.A. yesterday afternoon. Angie was driven to the nearby hotel L’Ermitage where her mother Marcheline Betrand currently resides.
Other pictures include the future Mrs. Pitt in L.A. dressed in a $415 Joseph Alpaca cardigan and a $1,750 Celine Bittersweet bag on Dec. 13.

Some craftsmen and women here are maintaining their traditional skills, like weaving, and from their makeshift factory floor they’re producing the beautiful colourful cloth that is the trademark of the Karen Burmese.
At the vocational skills centre there are sessions teaching sewing and basic mechanics. The centre was built on money donated by Hollywood star, Angelina Jolie, after she visited in may of 2002.
Refugee Daniel Zu recalls that day.
DANIEL ZU: Oh yes, yes, in 2002 on the 19th of May. Yeah, this is really the day for Tham Hin camp.
KAREN PERCY: So tell us a little bit about that day.
DANIEL ZU: Good time. She has visited the camp as Goodwill Ambassador for UNHCR and after the visit she was touched by what she seen so she contribute I think $100,000 donation to UNHCR and most of that money has been used to set up this vocational training centre, this area.
KAREN PERCY: And what was she like?
DANIEL ZU: Ah, she’s really like a real human, a sense of humanity so that she could make this contribution for the sake of our Karen refugees here in Tham Hin.
KAREN PERCY: Did you know much about her before she came here?
DANIEL ZU: I did know her as a Hollywood star and I have seen some of her pictures, her movies, but then she’s really committed to the humanitarian also so then I really appreciate her life and her example.
KAREN PERCY: Daniel Zu and his family are headed to Australia. They’ve had their medicals and hope to be resettled sometime in the new year.

Enough with JA, let’s move on.
The lack of empathy X shows for her mother or anyone is rooted from childhood. Even when the reports of X seeing Shiloh’s pictures came out, or the Vanity Fair interview came out, she showed her lack of sympathy even for the kids. Shiloh’s birth was all about how it hurt her, not that a precious baby had been born into the world. Kristin Hahn stated that X would be crushed if Brad and Angie had a baby. That’s because she never saw Zahara or Maddox as Brad’s kids. She’s only thinks about the biological child because in her mind, that baby was supposed to be her’s. The worst is that they feel perfectly justified in their endeavors even when it causes pain and injury to others.

Oh, I see it’s the same old, same old in here. Some people just can’t get past that JA wrecked her OWN marriage and two years later her ex is ecstatically happy with a much better match and JA was only getting movie roles because of who she was married to. YAWN
I saw Good Shepherd. It’s definitely for people with brains — so it’s okay, Jeanne if you and all the other shallow folks who think JA is the best - the BEST, I tell ya!! — don’t get it and can’t go see a movie that doesn’t have simple storylines. It’s confusing in places, but for a quiet movie with a stone for a main character I didn’t even notice it was three hours until I went outside and looked at my watch!
De Niro said in an interview that he had wanted to have Angie age by gaining weight, but they only had a seven-week shoot, adn when he did it for Raging Bull they had a four-month hiatus. So he said instead he just padded her a bit and then relied on her acting and he was SO IMPRESSED with what she did and he was happier than if he had just made her gain weight. Yep, one of America’s best actors of all time has said he was IMPRESSED with Angelina Jolie’s PERFORMANCE.
The movie uses her very little, though. In fact, there is a line in the trailer where she toasts Matt Damon’s character adn says “To all your little secrets.” But I don’t think I saw that in the movie. She met him and was thinking this would be a good husband, her brother seemed to want them together, their families were good together, etc. But how it ended up happening was not planned.
Anyway, Damon has to do a LOT with very little, He’s supposed to be stone-faced and as the Turturro guy describes him, “overly serious with no sense of humor”. He’s duty-driven all the way. The idea of honor, class, self-sacrifice for the greater good — no wonder JA fans don’t want to see this movie!! lolll
It’s very good, but it will surely go over the heads of most who are looking for light holiday entertainment, so Gitane, take the older relatives there fto give the others a break for your good Christmas deed, and you won’t regret it. You can then all sit around and discuss it, because a lot of it also will ring bells for the older generation who lived through these times. I think it was a bit slow, and there a couple of confusing things in there probably caused by, as De Niro said, having to cut things out that might have explained things better, but the DVD will have them back in. Older people, and those sick of car crashes and stupid potty humor will appreciate this movie, and anyone who wants to actually think for a while.

I have been working so much the last few months, few days off, and lots of travel. It’s nice to be home, painting my family room, visiting friends and family over the next couple of months.
Lots of movies to catch up on, too! I saw The Departed — Brad sure produces movies that make you think, doesn’t he? loll GREAT movie. Babel was good, but even more than Brad I liked the Mexican woman.

I didn’t mean to ignore you. I just caught your post. I’m glad you went to see The Good Shepherd and I understand why you might be confused. Since you have very specific questions about the movie and even with spoiler alerts I’m afraid people will accidentally read the answers but here goes anyway. If I’m wrong about any of these answers, someone will correct me down the road and I welcome it.

I saw the movie yesterday. It really makes you think. Have you figured out the answers to these questions:
1. Who exactly took the pictures of the Matt D. character with his lover and passed it on to the AJ character?
Honestly, I’m not quite sure. It could have been Ulysses (Russia) or Archie (England) but since there was really no one he could trust, it could have been someone on his side.
2. Who were the guys who got rid of the poetry teacher? The FBI when he was in the US. And when he was back in England, his own government but they asked Edward and Richard to help because the English “are a civilized people and don’t like to eat their own.”
And what did they mean by shoe laces being tied?
It was supposed to be Matt’s (Edward) signal to the others. The teacher had committed treason and needed to be gotten rid of (he knew too much) and you know what happened right after he tied Matt Damon’s shoes.
3. Who killed the Matt D character’s german lover and why?
Matt (Edward) had her killed because she was spying on him and his office for the Russians (Ulysses).
I’m still kidda puzzled. Help!

^^^^ This does suck. I wonder if Brad’s manager would betray his trust and spill information about him to Courtney Cox or Aniston’s minions. I wonder why Brad stays with the CAA agency. After all that’s where Stephen Huvane works and his spin job against Brad is not good at all. Stephen’s brother works for Brad. What if the brothers share info and pass that information along to Aniston. And why does Brad continue to employ a person who is also a manager for Cox. The goddess circle seems like a catty and talkative bunch who probably like to share gossip. I hope those who work for Brad don’t betray his trust and share private information with Courtney Cox or Aniston.
I get a bad feeling about how these people are connected to Brad since they obviously have ties with Aniston.
Like of the Huvanes works for Brad and his manager is Cox’s manager too. It gives me a creepy feeling that Aniston is using these people to keep an eye on Brad wherever he goes and finds out personal info about him and Angelina because she can’t let go.

Remember that Brad decided to get a divorce and went for Angelina with those people working for him,so he must have told or shown them what he wanted,I think they are the people who know how much Brad loves Angelina.There is certain information which if it come out Brad will know that its them,so he can sue them,they have got to keep everything confidential.
I think the one with the problems is X’s publicist,he is so bitter.I can see him asking his brother about Brad.If you have noticed a lot of what they do as a family is handled by Holly.It must be hard for X’s publicist if he asks about Brad and Angelina,especially with Brad taking all those step to commit to Angelina by adopting and supporting Angelina’s humanitarian work.
