The holidays were actually not as wonderful as Thanksgiving was. I’m planning on something different next year but what I don’t know. I really want a more meaningful experience than it’s become for us. It just seems like when I was a kid it didn’t get so rushed and caught up in sales etc. This last month was so “boom boom boom done/over, back to whatever you were doing before” and there’s really a weird sense of the anticlimatic for me.
Ok, enough of the deep/dark. I don’t recall the last time I watched a GG. I’m not one to watch awards shows accept the Tony’s, and maybe the Oscars, and so I think I’ll tape the GG’s and watch it later so I can ff lol. Isn’t it the one with the round tables? I bet Matt & Luciana, Cate and her husband, Brad & Angelina, and maybe George C………………btw, last night I fell in love with him on Leno. I never knew the guy was bashful! I kinda swooned after it was over! I’m going to have to break it to AG that I’ve got a crush “I think” on her man.

I agree with you and this is JMO, but I think that some people forget what is the true meaning of Christmas, now it is all about buying buying and want, want and want. Christmas has become to commericalize to me.
And as for Award Shows, I don’t usually watch them unless people that I like are nominated, and since Brad and the Babel are nominated I will be watching the GG, to see if they win and they better lol, plus I can’t wait to see the Red Carpet. I can’t believe that you are going to tape it and watch it after, there is no fun in that :). Yeah I do believe that the GG is where they have all the round tables, it would be great it they put the tables with the cast of Babel and the Departed close together.
I adore GC. I think he is funny and so damn cute. I start liking him since from his days of the “Facts of Life”

However, Oprah does give a hand to the celebrities who have chosen the adoption route.

Tweety complimented him today! For some reason, he was expecting Jimmy Carter’s eulogy at Gerald Ford’s wedding to be all political and about Iraq. He said, “I think Jimmy will have a ‘Special Comment’ of his own.” Keith laughed uncomfortably and said, “His will definitely be better than whenever I try to…” To which Tweety replied, “It can’t.” :shock:

I hold out a timy smidgen of hope for Tweety, not Scarborough though even though sometimes he’ll blurt out a comment once or twice that I’ll agree with. Maybe having Tweety work with KO’s is doing him some good after all. Lol.
I understand the paranoia you have. While KO was talking, I couldn’t help but think about the “special package” that was sent to his home. Scary things are happening.

Hey there. It’s going nowhere fast is were it’s going lol. I’ve basically wasted the day and I’m not happy about that. I hope your b-day was wonderful and fun. Btw has your company ever been part of that show “Who’s Wedding Is This Anyway?” I wanna say that it takes a special person to be a planner because some of those brides to be, and even a few of the grooms were just crazy, and I’m surprised they even found somebody to marry their butts. In fact one guy did come to his senses and called it off.

BCBG, I have seen TGS three times. I saw it the first day it was released, but I was about 15 minutes late so I stayed and saw it a second time. My girl friend wanted to see so I went with her. Each time I saw it I saw something I hadn’t seen before. I asked this question on another Jared thread, but no one responded. Does anyone want to discuss the movie?

I forgot he was on that! I didn’t get the humor of The GOLDEN GIRLS when I was younger but love them now to the point of having them on DVD, and there’s one epidsode that has GC on it and I think it must have been around the same time as when TFOL was on. He was cute then, and he’s hansome now, but my favorite GC look was during his stint on the hospital show I cannot for the life of me remember the name right now lol. Anyway, you know which one. Man, I thought he was seriously handsome then.

How can anyone take Tucker seriously after Dancing with the stars? Not that I ever did take him seriously. lol..with all that’s happening…..I can’t wait for TDS and TCR to come back. The good thing is that usually after their vacays, Jon and Stephen are even funnier than before…if that’s possible.
Didn’t the TCR have to start auction over after the $99,999,999 bid? The only part that bothers me about this ebay auction is how the dealer is advertising it so bluntly that the car was owned by Brad parents. What people won’t do for an extra buck! jeez.
