OlderCraig & Kidman Get Hot and Heavy in Bed
Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig take on the February 2007 issue of W Magazine. The A-listers connect twice this year on the big screen — The Invasion and His Dark Materials: The Golden Compass. Here’s an excerpt of Nicole and Daniel’s interview with W:
Daniel Craig can’t stand listening to Nicole Kidman. In fact, it’s so painful that he has stuck his fingers in his ears and is humming loudly to drown her out. Meanwhile, Kidman is happily responding to a question about whether the 38-year-old actor changed after landing his role as James Bond last year.
“Oh, completely,” deadpans Kidman, 39, who was with him, shooting one of their upcoming films, The Invasion, when he got the call. “In 24 hours he became a diva,” she adds, with a nod toward Craig, who continues to hum his tune as the pair sit in the cozy bar of a London photography studio, where they’re sharing a bottle of sparkling water. But then Kidman breaks down and tells the truth: “Oh, he didn’t change at all,” she says in her haute-Aussie twang. “The thing about Daniel, and the reason I like working with him, is that he’s an actor’s actor.”
Of course, Craig has heard the whole thing, and he seems far more alarmed by the compliment than by the faux insult. “How dare you!” he shouts, and they both giggle.
It is a chilly, slate gray autumn Saturday, and Kidman, who’s barefoot and still wearing a caffe latte–colored Dior gown from the fashion shoot, and Craig, in a navy blue cardigan more suited to Mister Rogers than Mr. Bond, are punchy after a long day posing under hot lights. On Monday they’ll return to the London set of The Golden Compass, a fantasy-adventure film based on the first book in Philip Pullman’s trilogy His Dark Materials. The movie, to be released later this year, is their second collaboration, the first being The Invasion, which is loosely based on Invasion of the Body Snatchers and is also due out in 2007.

ebEL appreciate ur honest opinion but what makes her a bad mother cos she doesn’t flount them around like some piece of possession(or i’ld expect u to say u don’t see her at their soccer games, don’t be fooled we all know why TC/KH are there with camera’s trying to get the public to luv and adore them something TC never used to do b/4 but his celeb status is down the **** hole he cooks up another strategy use his kids and have his scieno wife tag along play happy family if that in your book is great parent i’ll say wait till u have ur own kids cos i tell u it takes more than watching ur kids soccer game to be a parent infact it is nothing compared to the real PARENTHOOD) put urself in her position watching a lunatic ex turn ur kids into a showcase i don’t know about u but me the only thing i’ll do is give them the normalcy they deserve

Rage and Julie, sorry hons, I tried to make it through your messages but I just couldn’t get past all of the abbreviations, misspellings and atrocious punctuation. I’m entitled to my opinion, you’re entitled to yours, so get over yourselves. I could tell you the exact street that I saw Ms. Kidman on, but if you don’t live in London, it’s not going to mean much to you, is it? Shall I draw you a map and send you a link to the exact location? As for how I look: 5′8″, 120 lbs (8.5 stone), brunette hair, blue eyes, toned and taut thanks to daily runs and cardio. Am I jealous of Nicole Kidman? Hhmmm…let me think….a high school drop out who makes money constantly pretending she’s someone else…. yeah, not bloody likely that I’m jealous of her. Darn my ability to speak 4 languages, my fantastic job and my Master’s degree! If only I, too, could live in a perpetual fantasy world! Oh, and rage, I’m not a fan of Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Nicole Kidman or any of their ilk. I’m a Daniel Craig fan. :-P
in my opinion Nicole is very beautiful and a real “lady”, i just think these pics very sexy and i adore Craig too.
I think they do a great couple but not in real life.

Nic is classically beautiful but not sexy. Daniel is sexy but not classically handsome.
I’ve seen him in 4 or 5 movies now, and he generates heat in every one of them, no matter the role. He steals every scene. You just can’t keep from staring at him. There are lots of actors but only a few stars, and he’s definitely one of them.
