OlderBrad Pitt Filming in the Caribbean
Brad Pitt (dressed in a Lacoste polo) and Cate Blanchett were spotted filming scenes earlier today in the Caribbean for their new film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Thank goodness Brad’s character ages backwards because all that baldness and that fat suit did not suit him. Plus, it gave him pimples.
A zit for Mr. Pitt? Well, according to Cate, the fat suit and the prosthetic make-up Brad had to wear caused him to break out in a rash. Cate told Scotland’s Daily Record newspaper: “We went through three weeks of make-up tests and he was covered in eczema from it all. We were talking about what we were going to do because our skin was taking a battering. So I had this girlie conversation with him and put these skin creams down, lined them up in front of him and he and Angelina went around the table trying them. Brad is so smart and generous. He’s so wonderful I love him. I don’t love him in the sense that I love my husband, but I adore him.”
A little more about the plot: As Brad’s character (Benjamin Button) regains his youth, Cate’s character (Daisy) grows older. The movie’s million dollar question: Will their love continue to grow? (I also wonder how young Brad’s character will get in the film.)
Brad, 43, and Cate, 37, were also seen taking a lunch break after filming a few scenes on a sailboat named “BUTTON UP.” Below the boat name is “NEW ORLEANS.” The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is directed by David Fincher (Panic Room, Fight Club, Se7en) and is set for a release between Christmas 2007 and May 2008. Light years away…

it’s quite simple, Sweetpea. some people are confusing love with compassion. the same compassion that drives angie to work for UNHCR, and donate 1/3 of her income, is the same compassion that drove her to adopt two orphans from underdeveloped countries. they’re her family now and she loves them, but that compassion, that pull is still there in addition to the parental love which she feels for all her children.
That reads EXACTLY to me that she has to remind herself to pay proper attention to Shiloh’s needs because she thinks the needs of the others are “more valuable.”

NEVER ONE FREAKIN TIME EVER have I said a damn word giving any indication I had a problem with ANY Of that. You don’t know me, you don’t know who I am, where I’m from or who my friends and family are. Please remember that the next time you decide to make baseless accusations and/or assumptions about my motives for posting an opinion about something.
In addition, Angie giving Mad and Z more love/compassion/attention has absolutely nothing to do with what the media, press, blogs, or paparazzi say, do, print, or think. SHe has said time and time again that she doesn’t read or pay attention to what is said. She doesn’t read the tabloids or watch entertainment news programs, let alone read blogs. Why would that factor into her decision to overcompensate by giving Mad and Z more love/attention/compassion/whatever? It has nothing to do with it. Its about Angie and Angie’s feelings of whatever it is that causes to her to “Feel more” for Mad and Z.

My bad…it says vulnerable, not valuable. However, the fact that I’m blind and don’t have my glasses on doesn’t really change my point or my opinion of her words/opinion :-)
FITR only comes out of lurking when she has something negative to say about B&A, like Brad’s comment about marriage, it wasn’t want she wanted to hear, to she had to rant about it… they weren’t showing any PDA so that please her, (they weren’t in love)

Ojpf I respect your opinion and I like debating as well but to tell you the truth…
I’m SICK and TIRED of it!! Since I first came to this site back in Jan 2006 all we are doing is debate and debate and debate. We have also had and still having great times and we have formed a “bond” and we are constantly having very informative discussions about a variety of things that as you said makes Jared a special place. Maybe something more than just a Celebrity blog. And I’m not talking about every single debate or discussion we are having. But there are times like this one that all this back and forth won’t lead anywhere. I find it very exhausting trying to overanalyze every tiny detail about everything. Whatever they are doing there where always but ALWAYS be a complain or a misinterpretation or just pure hate. It’s damn if they did damn if they don’t with some people. I’m just stating my opinion here. There are sometimes that I really feel that way.

No, I only come out of lurkdom when I have a free moment at home to read JJ, which is very very sparingly since I am at work for many many more hours than the regular 40 hour work week per week. And I’ve been traveling and visiting family over the holidays And when I do have time to read the treads, any response that I may have to any post, issue, or anything else is usually so late, that the subject of discussion has come and gone long ago.

You’re welcome Andromeda. Although the people playing it need to brush up on Angie’s bio because a lot of them believe that it’s “doubtful” that she’s left handed lol When we all know she is!
FITR - I understand what you are saying - and it does appear she said something off. However, listening to Angie speak on TV interviews recently she seems to think and speak on her feet. Very free. At times things come out of her mouth that are a bit disjointed - kind of like stream of conciousness. I think that her wording in this case was a bit of that. What I think she may have meant is that Shiloh being biological has a very strong pull on her affections and the other two being from disadvantaged beginnings seem more needed. It is so easy to slightly ignore the strong (shiloh) and overcompensate the affections to the weaker (M & Z) - I can see this happening easily. So she has to remind herself not to let that happen and to treat them all the same and has having the equal but different needs. This happens a lot with minister’s kids. They seem to get neglecte because their parents are out putting all their effort into the congregations families and kids. They are thinking that their own are their and don’t have the same needs - obviously this is not correct. I know this is bit of a mish-moshed answer but I found it hard to put into words. I do think Angie has it under control. She’s a thinker and doer. (can’t find spell check so please ignore errors)

Maybe AJ has friends who keep up with the gossip magazines. Just a thought.

You are right. Based on past experiences/discussions with this particular BAMZ fan on both Bradforums & BA Forum, we need to agree to disagree and move on, otherwise there is going to be 20+ pages of additional back and forth discussions w/ no end in sight!
