Britney Thanks Fans, Album Release Update

I am apalled by her behaviour! Please get the police! and save the children from this woman. She is not fit to be a mother.

One question where are Britney’s parents? All of a sudden they seem to have faded totally. She needs parental guidance right now. Also there are new photos of her partying again. So which is it? Does she want to repair her image or does she want to keep partying? I mean it is her life and she can decide what to do with it but she needs to make up her mind about all this and decide. She should have said I am young and I want to enjoy myself leave me alone. Either way this girl does not have more than a few more years in the business. Can’t sing or act. Mandy Moore, Christina and Jessica Simpson have all tried hard to manage their lives if you ask me. Jessica handled her divorce with dignity and is not a party animal. Nor does she hang with the wrong crowd Say what you want about her father but at least the Simpson camp is doing something right. She should take some cues instead of trying to be friends with Paris.

Sorry if this sounds harsh but I don’t care what Britney does and think the world should stop caring too. We should stop caring what party bimb*s like Paris, Nicole, Lindsey, and Britney do. They obviously do not care how destructive they are being and neither do their parents. Their parents are just making excuses on behalf of their daughters and covering up their antics with lies. If the parents don’t care, then why should we? They are all going down a dangerous path, maybe what happens to them will serve as reminder to what will happen to all those girls that think these girls are good role models. Let them self destruct so they can be immortalized as a reminder for every person out there that chooses to defend their actions. I for one will not worry my head about they do. They do these things for attention, once the media and people stop providing them with that attention they feed off of, they’ll either stop or do worse things to get attention. If their actions causes them to self destruct, go right ahead. Then maybe finally will get it through their heads to stop defending this kind of behavior and prevent others from going down the same path.

My general observation is that Britney’s prior success was due mostly to the image she sold to the public. Her first image was that whole Lolita ploy with her sexy school girl outfits–that balance between innocence and blossiming sexuality. She played to that image (for her tween/teen fan base) by that whole I’m a tease but still a virgin gimmick (until Timberlake busted that myth). After that, she cultivated the sexier image of young woman in control of her sexuality/life/destiny thing and since her fan base was growing up with her, that image proved successful for her since some young women could still relate to that. These past images/personas however are no longer viable for Britney for as she has so publicly demonstrated, she is neither the sexy innocent anymore nor the young woman in control of her life (see downward spiral since marriage and break- up to K Fed).

Britney did have talent and although that may not have been exceptional vocals, she could at least dance and sell an image and a catchy tune. These days, though its unclear whether she even has that going for her. If Britney has a chance of making a comeback, she needs to find a new image to project that will ring true for her and that a significant segment of the population can relate to. Liberated young mom? Introspective artist? Who knows but she better find one aside from the Hilton/Lohan character she’s been exhibiting lately because otherwise, she’ll discover that the number of people willing to buy her next album can all probably fit into Hilton’s SUV.

“Like”, “Y’all”, “Whatever” would be more along the lines of a Britney-ism.

Skewed is a publicist’s word.

Britney write your own mea culpa next time. You’d be more believable.

christina Mite have more talent but aint near as famous as britney is and doesnt come near how much money britney has made. BUt Britney hasnt gOt any excuse to act they way she acted and she needs really to make up for her actions. Everybody makes mistakes.But she needs to show that she is coming back not by words but by actions.

she’s quite pretty and her music is ok but i’m disgusted of how she treats her children. She goes partying till early hours in the morning and just got out of rehab.
what is she going to do next?
