Brad Pitt And The Skipper Too
Brad Pitt rode the “Red Hooker” and enjoyed a beer and ciggy stick in the Virgin Islands earlier this week, on break from filming The Case of Benjamin Button co-starting Cate Blanchett. More pictures of baby Zahara playing on the beach with her nanny and bodyguard after the jump!
Here are some select quotes from Angelina Jolie’s interview with Elle UK:
- On looking for the right somebody: “I wanted was to find somebody who, first and foremost, was a great father, because I was already a parent.”
- On Brad being amazing: “We came together because we’re similar. He’s a really amazing father - he didn’t just become that around me. He’s a thoughtful, intelligent man.”
- On Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh: “The world has this opinion about the difference, then you wonder if there is a difference. In fact I found the opposite. I think I feel so much more for Madd and Zee because they’re survivors, they came through so much. In some way they’re strangers because they had this life before me. Shiloh seemed so privileged from the moment she was born, I have less inclination to feel for her. I have to do the opposite from what I expected! I met my other kids when they were six months, they came with a personality. A newborn really is this… blob! But now she’s starting to have a personality. The three of them are very funny together, very loud and in each other’s faces. She’s grown up with Zee screaming in her face in the morning! But, yes, I’m conscious that I have to make sure I don’t ignore her needs, just because I think the others are more vulnerable.”
- On the kids rebelling one day: “We were trying to figure out how because we shoot guns in movies, we have motorbikes and planes, and mummy’s covered in tattoos. All that’s left for them to do is to become Mormons.”

I agree. Angelina Jolie loves Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt more than she loves herself or Brad Pitt. Don’t get too carried away by comments, etc. She loves Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt more than words can express. SNJP is her baby and will forever be her baby no matter what. Remember, she carried her for 9 months. All mothers will understand. SNJP is her first born and will always be. No disrespect to the other two children as she loves them very, very much but there is a difference, trust me. As Brad Pitt once said love takes different shapes and form.

I would rather hear from someone like AJ who is honest to a fault then the PR drivel; going on talk shows to refute rumors; and going to tabs to refute tab stories that a lot of celebrities do. BP and AJ kept their heads up high even when tabs, people, blogs and mainstream media were circulating the same old nasty lies/rumors. Their charitable contributions, their relationship, and their dedication to their art have been extensively examined. It is amazing how people are fascinated with one family. You can disagree with me, and I can disagree with you. Doesn’t really matter, that’s just my opinion, and the opinion of an awful lot of sane people. This is a woman who has told the world she chooses kids based on “race” and feels more for the adopted kids than her own? I really think she is seriously mentallly screwed up. She keeps talking, and every time she opens her mouth it gets worse.

Stardust, I don’t know if you’re here but I was lurking around on a KO board where most of the members, much like us, aren’t too fond of Scarborough but they did commend him last Thursday night. Now I only watch when Arianna Huffington or Bill Maher are on, after they’re done I usually turn the channel. So, I went to MSNBC’s site to find out if they were right to commend him on laying into…O’Reilly! I had to see it for myself and sure enough..he did! He even challenged him to a debate! Not only that he yelled at one of his guests that d*ck Bob Kohn who loves accusing every news organization of being liberal yet he puts on his kitten gloves when it comes Fox News. Also, he writes for a conservative online publication too!
Anyway, the other day I said for every 5 idiotic comments that Tweety says there’s 1 that’s a keeper. Well in the case of Scarborough it’s 1 for every fifteen because of his BAMZS bashing and his willingness to have that hypocritical, homophobic, and overall bigot b*tch Dr. Laura on his show. After seeing him just rip O’Reilly I was reminded why I’d prefer him over Tucker :lol:

The adoption has been final as PT pointed out. And exept from the Neeweek article there is always an ABC article that says the same. But don’t expect to see the adoption pappers on the net or elsewhere because they are private documents. But a name change petition is not. That is why we saw those pappers. So there you go.

Westwood, she doesn’t choose kids based on race. Did you see her interview with Diane Sawyer. She says she’s adopted from the places she has because of the effect those countries have had on her.
And yes, race will now factor into their decisions because they have a multi racial family. As many sane people have said, it takes people with huge hearts to open them up to accept children of different races as their own. Alot of people are incapable of doing that.
You don’t see Sharon Stone doing that do you? No. Her kids all resemble her. Which is fine, but, I don’t hear anyone banging on about her possibly having issues about having kids that don’t look like her.

The thought is to have another person in the house of the same race so the children have someone to look to when certain things in life come up. People who come to the conclusions you’ve come to are basically people who went in looking for something to bend and twist to your purposes. You offer nothing to the debate because you know you have no argument, and you have no argument because you’d rather walk your ass around with the above opinion then investigate further. You don’t like her in general and so why not just say that instead of trying to bullshit it away with some excuse that ’s built on sand?

I have maintained ever since Jolie got with Brad that she was indeed looking for a man. She should stop denying it and be truthful with herself. When she made public quoted comments that if she found a man who would be a good father, she would have to marry him (not exact, but you get the point), Jolie was dropping hints people. I said to myself then that if Brad got a whiff of that, he would know that that is what he would have to be for Jolie to find him acceptable. It was like getting the green light. So, he naturally started getting closer to Maddox and spending time with him so that the boy would begin calling him daddy. Come on you fans. It is so obvious that Jolie did not want to raise Maddox alone. Maddox was her first priority and she wanted the best for him. Throwing “marriage” in there was a way to get Brad’s hopes up. Now that she has him, she doesn’t want to do it. She’s not a bad person, but from this situation, I think she also goes after what she wants. This whole relationship did not just pop up one day. I don’t believe her when she says she didn’t know much about Brad’s situation, etc. I think she knew, but we’ll never hear that from her.
Is there any wonder? Look at her relationship with her father, she may very well have a skewed view of biology virsus adopted children as a parent, as her OWN BIOLOGICAL FATHER betrayed her in so many ways. But, to be totally honest, I think Angie does protest too much, I think she DOES LOVE Shiloh more and loves her differently, why would someone in her position ALWAYS have to under line and punctuate EVERY interview with the fact that they are all equal in her eyes, We know that adoption is important to her, but she makes it TOO IMPORTANT, “I think I made it clear that we would think of adopting next to BALANCE our family, WTH.
I think the fact that she does this is the truest indicator of her real feelings, she doesn’t want to feel different, but she does and she is trying desperately to surpress those feelings, which I think in the long run will probably be harmful to them all, she should just be natural, and just let things flow, and not try and CONTROL the uncontrolable things, but in the long run, Brad will be a tremendous source of mental and emotional help to her, someone that is still arguably and by her own admission a little damaged, and I think that’s why she feels SO LUCKY to be with him.
