Brad Pitt And The Skipper Too
Brad Pitt rode the “Red Hooker” and enjoyed a beer and ciggy stick in the Virgin Islands earlier this week, on break from filming The Case of Benjamin Button co-starting Cate Blanchett. More pictures of baby Zahara playing on the beach with her nanny and bodyguard after the jump!
Here are some select quotes from Angelina Jolie’s interview with Elle UK:
- On looking for the right somebody: “I wanted was to find somebody who, first and foremost, was a great father, because I was already a parent.”
- On Brad being amazing: “We came together because we’re similar. He’s a really amazing father - he didn’t just become that around me. He’s a thoughtful, intelligent man.”
- On Maddox, Zahara, and Shiloh: “The world has this opinion about the difference, then you wonder if there is a difference. In fact I found the opposite. I think I feel so much more for Madd and Zee because they’re survivors, they came through so much. In some way they’re strangers because they had this life before me. Shiloh seemed so privileged from the moment she was born, I have less inclination to feel for her. I have to do the opposite from what I expected! I met my other kids when they were six months, they came with a personality. A newborn really is this… blob! But now she’s starting to have a personality. The three of them are very funny together, very loud and in each other’s faces. She’s grown up with Zee screaming in her face in the morning! But, yes, I’m conscious that I have to make sure I don’t ignore her needs, just because I think the others are more vulnerable.”
- On the kids rebelling one day: “We were trying to figure out how because we shoot guns in movies, we have motorbikes and planes, and mummy’s covered in tattoos. All that’s left for them to do is to become Mormons.”

How long it took her to get pregnant. The divorce was final in october, and Shiloh was born in may. You make sound like he had years with the children before the Messiah was born.

The haters think Angie trapped Brad by having Shiloh because that’s what THEY would have done.
They are angry about why Aniston didn’t trap Brad by having a baby. Because they realize what a stand up guy Brad is and they are bitter that their manipulative idol didn’t have a baby to guilt Brad into staying in a loveless marriage.
For these bitter X fans, Shiloh was what sealed the deal for them in their hearts that Brad would never return to X. These racist people don’t see Maddox and Zahara as Brad’s children. Even their idol doesn’t….it was stated in VF magazine that she would be heart broken if Brad and Angie had a baby . But she couldn’t realize that Maddox and Zahara were already Brad’s kids too.
So for these crazy X fans, even though they are in denial to actually acknowledge the truth, they think Shiloh is the reason Brad will never return to X. That’s why they come up with these ridiculous statements like Brad’s not the dad, Angie doesn’t love Shiloh, and that Angelina trapped Brad by having Shiloh.
Because in their loony minds, if they can prove any of these three statements, they think then there is a chance that Brad can escape from evil Angelina’s voodoo. ROTFLMAO.
I did not want to bring her up again but this is what it really boils down to. Fanistons can’t deal with the fact that Brad is not going to go back to that fraud of a child woman.
They don’t want to read all the reasonable thoughts the BAMZS fans have presented because that would mean for them to acknowledge that Brad and Angelina are happy together and love all their kids.
This has nothing to do with people worrying about Maddox or Zahara or Shiloh …it has EVERYTHING to do with the fanistons trying to hold out some tiny glimmer of hope that Brad will go back to X.

Is there a time frame that justifies when a person can be a father?? Does someone have to pass tow years with a child to be called their father?? It doesn’t matter if it was months or years or decades. My point is that Brad was already living as a father and he was inclined to be the father of M & Z regardless if Angie would get pregnant or not. Brad went with Angie to Ethiopia for Zahara and he would be there for her no matter what before Angie got pregnant. Brad didn’t need a biological child to fulfill his desire of being a father. Shiloh is a child born from their love. Not a mousetrap

Yeah, that comment about Shiloh rubbed me wrong too, as a mom. AJ makes such great efforts to show the world a family can really be built anyway you like it.
She has said on GMA I think it was, that she doesn’t see race, or borders, yet that is about all she talks about with regard to Mad and Z.
I think she is probablly still trying to find her own emotions and sort them out, and thinks outloud.
She should go with her natural feelings- of course she is a bit more connected to the one she carried and nursed- those are chemical and biological connections and to ignore it is unjust for both of them.

Any interview COULD be taken out of context which COULD results in total opposite meaning of what was intended. No one COULD be that stupid to make such careless/damaging remarks about his/her children, especially AJ. AJ said it in other interviews that she loves all 3 of her kids equally. The ELLE writer must left out someting that bridges AJ comment about Shilo.
It’s true Shilo is a very previleged child by her birth. Whereas Mad & Z’s birth was underprevileged & almost tragic, but they’re leading a very previleged life by adoption. So if one is talking about one’s feelings on the aspects of an individual’s birth only, then by no means one would have no compassion or deep feelings towards Shilo’s birth. On the other hand, one would have much compassion or feelings towards someone like Mad & Z’s birth. The truth is we are NOT all born equal.
It’s funny how most of us COULD get mislead by printed quotes. I guess that’s why any kind of reporting has so much responsibilities.

You have to believe she actually these things in order to think she needs to be careful. I for one don’t believe it.
I’ve read all of her interviews while promoting The Good Shepherd, watched her on CNN, Charlie Rose, Diane Sawyer and the red carpet . Red Vogue and the People interview from Cambodia. All of those interviews have been consistant. This interview while very similar does not sound at all like Angelina nor does it match up with the others.
While doing PR for TGS and in her People article she said something to the effect that Maddox and Zahara fight over toys and that the Brad and she the night before had watched them arguing right in front of Shiloh. That comment has now become Zahara screams in Shiloh’s face every morning. Angelina in Vogue mentioned the visit from the case worker on Zahara’s adoption and she and Brad having a hard time explaining their relationship to now she doesn’t know what to call him. Angelina has gone from calling Brad a wonderful man, good father and my partner, my love to “My baby’s daddy” and Angelina herself liking the label of “Babymommy”?
Angelina went from saying she feels the absolute same about all of her children to now there being differences in how she feels and approaches the children in Elle?
Angelina went from saying they have a home in LA but would like to live abroad at least 6 mos out of the year to the house in Malibu is too small in Elle? They moved to the LARGE Los Feliz home way before they went to India.
Sorry. None of it matches up.

I think it’s today but I could be wrong. Someone said yesterday that the event will start at 7:00 pm witch means… now!! So be prepeared for pictures from Getty and articles in a couple of hours or so.
What time should we start to wait for pictures from the Palm Springs International Film Festival, because it’s getting late here?
